Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. La casa es fenomenal, ofrece muchísima tranquilidad y, sobre todo, es el lugar perfecto para relajarse. Está completamente equipada, con todo lo necesario para no querer salir. La alberca es increíble , las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar. La atención de Adele fue fantástica desde antes de reservar, y Florencio siempre estuvo atento a cualquier detalle para asegurarse de que estuviéramos cómodos. Sin duda, en nuestra próxima visita volveríamos a reservar esta hermosa casa. 🤩

Excelente casa para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos. La casa está totalmente equipada para la cantidad de personas que alojamiento. La alberca es pequeña pero suficiente para refrescarse y convivir al rededor de ella. La casa es muy cómoda.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Nova. The place is gorgeous. I really appreciated the daily cleaning service. We ran into the cleaner a few times and she was so nice and pleasant. The whole house and outdoors were impeccably clean. the house is on a busy road but the front wall and the positioning of the bedrooms at the back of the house made it so you couldn't hear it at night. I would stay here again.

Un alojamiento que vale la pena por lo que pagas. La zona si bien no es muy cercana al centro ofrece rapidez en las avenidas principales. No es difícil llegar y la casa se encuentra en una zona segura. Tiene amenidades extras que a veces te hacen querer quedarte en la casa, excelente alojamiento.

Wonderful hosts, beautifully decorated home and the location is absolutely perfect. Felt far from the main tourist areas but easy walk to reach. Even though it wasn’t very hot during our visit, the pool was a great amenity for the kids. Highly recommend this place for families.

Olivia and her team have created an oasis in the beautiful and vibrant city of Oaxaca. The home is immaculate and filled with high end amenities creating a warm and luxurious space for guests. Olivia and her team were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had every comfort and resource to have the best time on our trip. The home is a treasure and a short walk to city center. It was nice to have a little distance from Centro given the party doesn’t stop in Oaxaca! We had a peaceful home to retreat to after exploring. I would HIGHLY encourage you to stay here. We look forward to visiting again!

el lugar es tranquilo y cómodo realmente a 20 min del centro de Oaxaca, solo son 100 metros de terracería antes de llegar pero un sedan pasa sin problema la casa es muy grande y alberca privada.

Ximena's place felt like staying at a friend's beloved home.There's a relaxed, comfy vibe, as shown in the photos, but actually being there, is hard to find words for. It's just very special. Both my friend and I cherished our time there. Some words of advice, pack in your favorite foods, coffee, granola, there's only a small bodega down the road, and frankly once you've landed, you won't wanna leave. The first night Jhonny gave us the name of a wonderful local woman who on relatively short notice prepared us a lovely, healthy meal. Or, venture out to the small restaurant in the village. We ate delicious quesadillas made with fresh tortillas. On hikes, we were told to carry a stick to deter dogs. We never used them but good advice for anyone walking on country roads in Mexico. The dogs we saw were sun sleeping in the middle of the roads. Like I said, it's a good relaxing spot. We loved using the washing machine and hanging our clothes out to dry. We got emotional leaving.

It was our second time staying at Alans. All great and as described. The house is modern and well designed and area nice with some shops and a large kids playground nearby. Would def stay again

This place was truly so stunning and Sara could not have been a more gracious host. I unfortunately got very sick during our stay but was still so grateful to be in such a beautiful place for it. The hot tub was wonderful with a view that made you feel like you were fully in nature. They even brought in an electric kettle so I could make tea and gave us their personal doctor information so I could get seen. I would keep in mind it isn’t entirely private there’s places right next door and you can kinda see in when it’s day time and blinds are open. Some drapes and extra hooks in shower would be nice but otherwise it’s so worth it for a short trip since it’s a little pricy. Would absolutely stay again.

Muy amplia, LIMPIA, 4 habitaciones muy cómodas, camas grandes, dentro de residencial con seguridad, espacio para auto. Fácil llegada y salida. Todo excelente, muy recomendable!

Wir haben uns im Airbnb von Oliver sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gemütliche Betten, eine ausgestattet Küche und nette Dekoration aus handgemachter Kunst der Region! Kann die Unterkunft 100% empfehlen.

La casa de Mirtha es muy cómoda. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Pudimos llevar a nuestro perro y tiene un patiecito para que el perrito salga ahí. Es buena ubicación cerca del centro. Si no llevas carro, hay taxis colectivos que pasan en la esquina y te llevan hasta el centro. Tuvimos un problema con una chapa que se nos quedó cerrada y Mirtha rápidamente fue para darle solución. Ella estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo. El único detalle es que hay muchos perros grandes sueltos en las calles de afuera, entonces si llevas perro debes tener cuidado.

Excelente lugar, con un ambiente muy local y agradable, está cerca de centro (Yo llegue en auto), Moni estuvo al pendiente y nos envió recomendaciones de algunos lugares cerca.

Todo estuvo excelente, Leonor y su esposo fueron muy amables y siempre estuvieron al pendiente. El lugar coincide con las fotos, muy acogedor y tranquilo. Es increíble para descansar.

un lugar muy limpio y sobretodo muy calmado, para descansar, además de tener varios lugares cercanos para visitar y más sus pequeños lugares cercanos a la casa para comer.

Les diré que la casa es el sinónimo de paz y tranquilidad, la vista de luces en el cerro al anochecer es bellísima, el jacuzzi lo amé. El dueño es un ser atento, con espíritu de servicio 24/7, pensó en todo, para que mi Mascota, amiga y yo estuviéramos cómodos y lográramos nuestros objetivos en la ciudad. Adán es amigable y accesible, mis más sinceros agradecimientos.
