todo excelente! el departamento justo como en las fotos. el trato del anfitrión lo mejor, muy amable y siempre al pendiente, nos apoyó y nos dió muchas facilidades para nuestra estancia y fue de lo mejor.

Está muy tranquilo y cómodo el lugar, te puedes mover en taxi o transporte público al centro de Oaxaca, sin duda me volvería a hospedar.

Yazmín es una buena anfitriona que se preocupa por tu comodidad. Es una buena opción si lo que buscas es tranquilidad. Acceder al centro es sencillo ya que puedes viajar en autobús o taxi. Tuvimos un contratiempo con la dirección pero se pudo resolver y todo lo demás fue increíble.

Mi estancia en este alojamiento fue increíble. Es un espacio hermoso y cómodo, con una atmósfera que invita a quedarse a vivir ahí. La ubicación es excelente, a poca distancia del Zócalo y de muchos otros atractivos turísticos, lo que permite recorrer la ciudad a pie y aprovechar cada rincón. Además, el anfitrión es muy amable y flexible, siempre dispuesto a brindar tips y recomendaciones de lugares para visitar. Sus consejos hicieron que mi viaje fuera aún mejor y me ayudaron a aprovechar al máximo mi tiempo en Oaxaca. ¡Sin duda, un lugar al que me encantaría volver! 🌙🐇✨👌🏼

Loved our short stay. Host was very communicative and very attentive. The apartment is in the perfect spot and close to everything. I recommend it.

I had a great four weeks at Roci’s place. The space is beautiful and comfortable. Roci herself is a very hands-on host and was very helpful in my acclimation to Oaxaca. The internet in the apartment is strong and I was able to work without any glitches. The rooftop terrace is great, especially in the mornings and evenings. I also enjoyed getting to knowRoci and the other guests. I definitely recommend the place.

What an excellent AirBNB! Sara Isabel and her family were so incredibly welcoming and friendly. You will immediately feel like family. Sara and her family live on-site and are happy to assist quickly when needed. The AirBNB was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cookware to prepare meals at home. When not enjoying Oaxaca, I loved watching TV on the large Smart TV. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The AirBNB was very quiet day and night. The surrounding area was safe with restaurants and tiendas (stores) within a short walk. I enjoyed walking up and down the hill to Centro every day. It was a great workout! The water to the AirBNB ran out during my stay but was fixed very quickly. There are 4-5 large cisterns on-site so water was never out for more than one hour. Un excelente y acogedor lugar para llegar, y disfrutar de la ciudad, al igual que el anfitrión tuvo un trato amigable, cálido y muy amable

El departamento estaba muy bien diseñado, me encantó la distribución. Solo no había agua para tomar en el garrafón, llegamos de noche y eso nos faltó. La televisión nunca funcionó, supongo que no sirve. Por lo demás todo muy bien, los cuartos, la cocina, todo estuvo excelente. Sin duda volvería

Mario es un gran host, es muy atento y estaba pendiente de nuestras necesidades. A pesar de ser un host nuevo, él se esforzó mucho para hacernos sentir como en casa e incluso se ofreció para llevarnos a visitar algunos lugares de oaxaca. El WiFi es suficientemente bueno para teletrabajar y hacer videollamadas, el edificio es tranquilo y fresco, se puede usar el gimnasio y tiene una terraza perfecta para ver el atardecer. Pudimos usar la cocina y cerca del edificio hay un supermercado, el mercado municipal y otras tienditas donde se puede mercar sin problema. Ahora el lugar no está propiamente en Oaxaca, está en el municipio de Xoxocotlán, el cual está a unos 15 minutos en carro sin tráfico y si tomas un bus de transporte público, puede tardar entre 30 y 45 min. No está mal. Y si vienen para día de muertos, está muy cerca del cementerio (panteón) de Xoxo (Xoxocotlán) el cual es uno de los más tradicionales para esta celebración. También está cerca de monte Albán. Adicionalmente está a solo 10-15 minutos del aeropuerto de Oaxaca, lo que lo pone en un punto estratégico. Volvería a quedarme allí. Muchas gracias Mario.

Fue una grata experiencia hospedarnos en este lugar, todo muy limpio y ordenado. En la cocina tenía todo lo necesario. El único problema es que había días que no servía el elevador.

A gem near Oaxaca center! The beautiful house of Cesar is an amazing place to stay! Beautiful design and brand new towels and bedlinnen. We really felt at home. There were lots of toys for our 3 kids. The place is a short drive to the center and all other nice places to visit. The pool was beautiful also! The communication with Cesar was great. He is so nice and helps with everything! Gave lots of nice advice and tips!! Definitely recommend staying here!!

The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making us feel truly at home in their beautiful house. The host even added an extra bed to accommodate us, which I found extremely nice! The location was very central and walkable, with Santo Domingo just a quick five-minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, our only concern was the limited water supply in the house, which left us unable to shower or use the bathroom on our last day.
