Family-friendly holiday rentals in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto de la Cruz. Luisa is a lovely host who replies quickly and is very happy to give local recommendations. She even met us very late on our first night (1am!) to let us in and show us around the property. The house itself is large and beautiful and very well-equipped for a big group. We had everything we needed to cook for a week as a group of nine, and more than enough space. The heated pool really is amazing and was such a treat in early May. Highly recommend this house!

Der Check-in und die Begrüßung durch Markus waren sehr herzlich – sogar an Wein und Schokolade zur Ankunft wurde gedacht. Die Sauberkeit war absolut top, und der Blick aufs Meer sowie die Terrasse sind einfach unschlagbar. Die Möbel sind hochwertig, und in der Küche findet man wirklich alles, was man zum Kochen braucht – inklusive frischer Kaffeebohnen für den Vollautomaten. Rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt!

I honestly didn’t want to write this review to gate keep it, however that would not be fair. 10/10 I only have positive things to say about the house as well as Lorenzo. The apartment was super clean and only a beautiful walk away from the city center, the only tiny little downside is that when it’s busy it can be hard to find a parking space but don’t let that stop you. Lorenzo was an absolute amazing host, He is super kind and so easy to communicate with and always ready to help! We wanted to check out a bit later and that was no problem, He was there to greet us when we arrived even after we had an delay and arrived much later than planned he was still there with a lot of warmth and kindness that made us feel super welcomed! He also helped with finding a parking space and kept communicating our whole stay. Even tried to make an effort to come and say bye to us.The apartment has an amazing view of the mountains and sea.Thank you so much for everything Lorenzo!😊

appartement très bien équipé, très propre, avec une vue imprenable. La place de parking est un plus non négligeable. la localisation permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l île. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. merci à Dahiana pour ses explications très claires pour trouver l appartement et sa réactivité à nos questions .

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely time staying here. The views are absolutely amazing, and the house is beautiful and rustic. The terrace is very spacious, and there is a little garden that attracts lots of little birds. The whole house is dreamy and surrounded by cute flowers and native plants. We loved using the log burner in the evenings, as it sometimes got quite chilly; this made it even more cosy and homely. Having a car is essential to stay here (and also to explore the rest of the island). There's a Lidl and Aldi nearby and plenty of great restaurants and beaches. Thank you so much for having us!

We were absolutely happy with our stay at the villa! Our host Daniel did everything he could to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The view was stunning, and the walk down to the beach was a little adventure in itself. We were a group of 7 adults and one baby, and the house was perfectly suited for us. A baby crib was provided, and Daniel even brought us a baby bathtub, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of space for everyone! Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the cinema room downstairs, but it looked amazing and very impressive. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend this place. Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en este alojamiento de María. La casa es amplia, cómoda, completamente dotada con todo lo necesario y con el plus del jacuzzi y la zona de barbacoa. Intentaremos repetir, sin duda !!!.

Davide was very helpful and welcoming. The villa had stunning views, was very clean and spacious and was well equipped. The location was quiet and peaceful and a short 15mins drive to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely consider returning to this villa. I would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique appartement. Le gros plus : le rooftop. Mariola est très réactive et fera tout son possible pour rendre votre séjour parfait. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la lessive à disposition, les pastilles de lave-vaisselle et les petites attention de bienvenue. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Merci beaucoup Mariola !

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Marion fue excelente. La comunicación fue rápida y clara, y las indicaciones para llegar estaban muy bien explicadas. Marion estuvo siempre atenta y nos recomendó varios lugares para visitar y restaurantes donde cenar. La zona es tranquila, bonita y sin ruidos, ideal para descansar. El alojamiento está muy bien equipado, con piscina y sauna, lo que hizo todo aún más agradable. Sin duda, lo recomendamos. ¡Gracias, Marion! ☺️

Apartamento tal y como se ve en las fotos. Es un bajo y las habitaciones dan a patios interiores. Está muy limpio y es cómodo para pasar unos días.

Wir haben 10 Tage bei Cynthia und Carlos verbracht. Die beiden und ihre Kinder sind einfach wunderbare Menschen. Carlos war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns u.a. sehr geholfen, als wir am ersten Tag in Puerto de la Cruz bestohlen wurden. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Die Anfahrt ist beim ersten Mal etwas abenteuerlich, aber spektakulär. Das Holzhaus ist wie beschrieben und unsere Kinder haben sich jeden Morgen riesig über den Besuch der Hühner auf der Terrasse sowie die frischen Eier gefreut. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

There was a lot of space, a large pool, and plenty of room for the children. We really liked that the property was divided into two separate cottages — the guesthouse and the main house. The house was well-equipped, with lots of dishes, cutlery, and tableware. There was also a great barbecue area next to the house, perfect for spending a relaxing evening. The internet worked well throughout the entire property — even by the pool and the barbecue hut. The pool water was pleasantly warm at 26°C, which made swimming enjoyable even on cooler days. We stayed there in May, and one minor downside was the noticeable drop in temperature compared to the beach or the highway. As we drove up from the highway to the house (a 10-minute drive), the temperature would drop by about 4 degrees Celsius. Sometimes, there were clouds up at the house while it stayed sunny below. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we had a fantastic time.

This was one special stay! This cave is a sacred and cozy spot full of an amazing energy. The place more spatious than it seemed in the pictures and super comfortable with everything you need inside. It didn’t take long for us to feel at home. The hosts were very responsive and detail-oriented, providing us in the cave with all things you may need to make you feel right at home. You definitely need a car to move around as there is nothing really within walking distance. But we love the quietness and remoteness of this space. It has a beautiful terace where we chilled and made a grill, and also a terace on top of the cave where you have an amazing view of the region and the ocean. We spent two weeks there and this cave made our stay 10 times more special! Thank you so much 💚

Fuimos un grupo de 4 personas al norte de Tenerife, principalmente para recorrer sus senderos y disfrutar de la gastronomía. La casa de José Ángel cumplió las expectativas porque se encuentra cerca de Anaga, La Laguna, Puerto de la Cruz, Icod, etc, que es lo principal que queríamos visitar; todo muy accesible a través de la autopista que se encuenta a 2/3 Km. La casa está alto en el municipio, por lo que se debe llevar algo de abrigo (dependiendo de la época del año). La casa se encuentra en una carretera con pendiente, por lo que aconsejo aparcar en un rellano de la carretera a unos 30 o 40 metros de la puerta y subir andando ya que se necesita cierta habilidad para maniobrar con coche. El salón, cocina y dormitorios están muy bien equipados y son cómodos. Los dormitorios se acceden a través de una escalera de caracol (no apta para niños muy pequeños). José Ángel nos regaló muy gentilmente una botella de vino de la zona. Las vistas desde la azotea son maravillosas. Volveremos!!!

Perfect stay for 2. Nearby to bus station, grocery store, beach, and the town. Slept very well in the super comfortable bed, along with the curtains that close in the room making it very cozy. Loved eating breakfast on the balcony and walking to the beach to see the sunset. Hope to stay there again!

Alejandro est un hôte exceptionnel ! Très sympathique, réactif et toujours prêt à aider. Il nous a recommandé d’excellents restaurants et lieux à visiter, ce qui a vraiment enrichi notre séjour. L’appartement était propre, bien situé et fidèle à la description. Grâce à lui, notre expérience a été fluide et agréable du début à la fin. Un grand merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

Das Haus entsprach genau unseren Vorstellung. Großzügig, hell, freundlich, viel Platz. Der Pool ist natürlich ein herausragender Faktor. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb Candelarias. Daher hatten wir komplette Ruhe und Entspannung fernab der Touristenströme. Trotzdem ist es bist zum Zentrum mit dem Auto nur einige Minuten oder einen netten Spaziergang entfernt. Die Lage oberhalb der Stadt fasziniert mit einem sagenhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Jesus Y Vicky sind proaktiv in der Kommunikation und erklären alles vor und während des Aufenthaltes perfekt. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der ein tolles Haus mit Pool etwas außerhalb der Touristenmassen sucht und trotzdem die Insel bequem erkunden will. Wenn wir als Familie wieder nach Teneriffa kommen, dann nur bei Jesus Y Vicky

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gefallen.

Dovolenou jsem v Lauřině bytě strávila již potřetí a opět jsem byla velmi spokojená. Bytový komplex je čistý a bezpečný, má velmi pěkný bazén a je hned vedle oceánu a pláže. Byt je čistý , dobře vybavený, s pohodlnou postelí. Plus je soukromé parkovací místo v areálu. Stavba hotelu naproti pokračuje, občas se trochu práší, ale velky hluk slyšet není a přes víkend nepracují. Laura je velmi milá, ochotná a ihned reaguje na dotazy. Minulý rok jsem v bytě zapomněla mikinu a potěšilo mě, ze mi ji Laura letos vrátila. Připadám si zde už jako doma a ráda se zase někdy vrátím.

We could not have been happier with the apartment - beautiful views and it felt like our home from home. Mouna was so welcoming on arrival, thank you for the stay.
