We had a wonderful weekend, the apartment has everything, very clean and tidy, ideal for spending a few days with the family. Carmen, the hostess, a beautiful person, very attentive and kind. We recommend it 100%, we will repeat!!!!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

The room was stylish and clean as pictured.The host was friendly and I had no problems.The sea was right in front of us, and it was very beautiful to see the sunset from the window.There was also plenty of parking space, so I didn't have any trouble.I want to stay the next time I come.

It is a very nice place away from the hustle and bustle with a beautiful bathing bay. From the apartment you have a view of the sea. The apartment has everything you need, we were very satisfied.

The views from the apartment are spectacular: we woke up every day with the Atlantic in the front row and, at night, sleeping with the sound of the sea was tremendously relaxing. Although the morning weather was not always the best, waking up to the ocean more than made up for it. The description of the ad matches 100% with what we found and has everything you need to prepare something light; it also includes a practical beach pack, so you don't need to buy extras. The lack of mobile coverage helps to disconnect, and the fiber is powerful for "whasappearing". Thank you, Nazaret, for your attention and for a very simple check-in/check-out!

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

when we arrived the flat was pristine. there was a welcome basket of fruit and cookie's. there was also toothbrush and paste,shampoo, shaver dressing gowns, bottled water etc . the flat is right on sea and has amazing views. restaurants and small town are three minute walk as are beach and amazing lido. we had a wonderful stay for ten days.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Ocean. Ivan, our host, played a big role in this. Always friendly, always available, always helpful and accommodating without being intrusive. We were 8 adults in the very large house. From the terrace and pool (better to heat it up) you have a fantastic sea view. The rooms are very nicely furnished, the two upper bedrooms have their own bathrooms and sea views. The two rooms on the ground floor are windowless except for skylights and have a shared bathroom, which was completely unproblematic. Inside and outside there is a large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. The grill and beer tap were used a lot by us. You can't hear anything from the nearby highway due to the location of the house. There is plenty to see, hike and enjoy in the area. We felt completely comfortable, will definitely come back and recommend the house AND the host!

Place was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday! Pool area was clean and tidy and all amenities were in good working order. The neighborhood was friendly and had everything we could’ve needed. Very responsive hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would visit again!!

This place has an amazing view, and It is right in front of the “Los Gigantes” . There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We experienced some difficulties finding street parking during weekends because host mentioned May is not as busy, so a parking in the building was not provided as indicated in the post. Another item is the shower drain is slow, despite trying to clean all the hairs. At the end of stay (starting 5th day), we do need to stop water a couple of times during each shower to prevent water overflow. If you are coming during peak seasons, pay attentions on these details.

Very good stay in this accommodation located in a quiet and well-maintained residence, with a nice pool that adds a real plus. The apartment is clean, functional and perfectly equipped, ideal for feeling comfortable upon arrival. Everything is designed for travelers' comfort. Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea available to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It's a true gem, beautifully decorated and boasts high rooms with an exciting layout. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The various terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children from the lower seating area in the sun lounger while playing on the beach. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves made us sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it wasn't a bad thing that the wifi went down a few times. Great apartment in a really excellent and yet quiet location. Downtown and beaches are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and bright. Sea sounds with the window open. Juan was extremely friendly and gave helpful tips for exploring Puerto de la Cruz. The option to rent an underground parking space from the host is also very helpful and recommended.

We had a great stay in Maya's apartment. Everything was tastefully decorated. The terrace is very large, very pleasant and the view is magnificent. Parking space in a well-secured garage. Access is very easy and the instructions are very clear. Everything is thought out so that the stay goes well. Access to the beach and the very nice 70's is easy. We really recommend it. We would sincerely like to come back. The place is ideally located for visiting the Teide Park and the cities of La Laguna and Santa Cruz. It is close to Reina Sofia Airport but we do not hear or see any planes. When you arrive at the end of the day it is therefore perfect. Maya is responsive and welcoming. She is committed to her guests having a great stay and it is successful.

I had a fantastic stay in Tenerife! The apartment was just perfect — clean, stylish, and very comfortable with amazing view on the cliffs . It had everything I needed for a relaxing time, and the location was excellent — close to cafes, shops, and public transport, but still quiet and peaceful.
