Last week I visited the house with my family. It is a very nice place. The house is quite cozy and the pool is large enough to enjoy it. I liked it because we could play volleyball and fronton as a family. I would like them to give a little maintenance to the ping pong table and foosball, but otherwise everything was amazing. I would definitely come back another weekend!

Quiet and private environment if you are looking to rest from the noise of the city, I went with my parents and my two dogs, we had a good time! The hand-held soccer ball and the hammock were part of the things I enjoyed a lot, but I had to put on repellent first. The host Anyela is always friendly and attentive to my inquiries.

My first experience in this home was amazing. The place is really beautiful and very clean. A good place to escape for the weekend, near Lima. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy place to rest for a few days.

The house is small but well distributed with very tidy rooms and a living room/kitchen with a beautiful view of the landscape. The pool is also small but ideal for the fun of the children and the relaxation of the adults. We would definitely come back.

The house exceed our expectations is wider and more comfortable than what is shown in photos, really my family and my pets had an excellent time, I would definitely come back. The place is magnificent for walks along the esplanade and there are even archaeological sites to visit. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

Spacious place, with green areas, private, very quiet, very comfortable beds. It is ideal if you go with children and pets, they will have fun and close to the Aventura beach, which can get you wet with the sudden tide rise, there are also birds, sea spiders and geckos. Quick and effective communication with Manuel, who answered my questions and was always friendly. Mr. Javier, the gardener, very kind and cheerful, gave us fresh lettuce. A pleasant experience, it is recommended.

Yudmer's home is excellent, impeccable, clean and tidy, private as to enjoy as a family or with friends. The view is amazing from all the duplex rooms. Nearby there is a convenience store where we find everything and the parking is fabulous private and safe. We had a lot of fun and had a great time. Thank you Yudmer for being attentive at all times. My husband, my pet and I had a great time. The place is very intimate, quiet, well designed and had all the necessary equipment to have a peaceful stay.
