Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Santa Cruz

I would surely book this place again. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including laundry facilities. The location was great for walking and also a easy close drive to Nicene Marks Forest for a lovely hike. Communication was very pleasant and quick. Loved this stay.

I just want to thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place. My family didn’t want to leave. It was so helpful having the beach cart , toys, and beach towels!! It was an easy walk to the beach, great food, and amazing coffee. The place was very thoughtfully laid out and very clean. The check-in was seamless and was always easy to get in and out of the home. Thank you again and I can’t wait to stay here again hopefully sooner rather than later!!

Suzy’s place was perfect! I was in town for a wedding held at Shadowbrook and Suzy’s place was within walking distance to not only the restaurant but also all the spots in the village. Suzy was super responsive and worked with me. Even though I wasn’t able to check in early, we worked it out so that I could at least park in the designated parking spot so that we could walk around town while things were being cleaned. The place was super safe and private. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!

We were just passing through on a roadtrip and stayed here for the night. This Texas girl was very surprised to find no AC in the place but I’ve been told there’s not much of a need for it in California and I understand why now! We slept comfortably. I think it’s important to note that this apartment is on the third floor and there’s no elevator but don’t let that keep you from booking the place! We will definitely be back!

Nice, clean and well-equipped apartment within walking distance of convention center. Cecilia is very quick in responding to any small issues there might be.

The studio is well laid out and has high quality cabinets and furniture. It had the best stocked kitchen we have seen in an Airbnb. The views were very nice. The skylights were great. So much natural light. Parking on the street was OK. Definitely hope to stay again.

This house was a beautiful and it provides easy access to everything that Pacific Grove and Monterrey had to offer. When you walked into the house, it felt like home. Most importantly, Jane was the perfect host. She is always available to make your stay enjoyable. Everything we needed was there. I love sitting in the living room sofa and enjoying the great views. I loved the outside fire pit for those cold days when you wanted to sit and watch the world go by and to watch the seals sleeping across the street. You could not do any better than this place. We had the most amazing stay with our newborn & dog. Walkable to a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach, and a short drive to the cliff walks. We loved being able to put the baby down to sleep in the dark bedroom & eat dinner in the peaceful backyard. Plus, the fenced yard made it easy to let our dog out to go potty (it’s the little things!). We are eager to stay here again!

The copper nest was a great place to stay for our long weekend trip. It was ideally situated 30mins drive from UCSC. The beach house exceeded our expectations, and comfortably accommodated 8 guests. All aspects had been thought about by the host, from the detailed text messages pre arrival through to the prevision of supplies, saving the immediate necessity to go basic food shopping. The house was pleasantly furnished with high end product and the beds were so comfortable. The state beach (only foot steps away) was so peaceful, with barely a sole on this stretch. Both hosts were responsive to any issues or questions. Thank you

Kimberly is an amazing host, very organized and easy to reach and communicate. The house is spacious and airy, in a walking distance from the beach and Downtown. It is equipped with everything you might need and more. We had a wonderful time and we hope to come back again soon!

Our stay was wonderful. Our two girls especially did not want to leave. Everything was so comfortable and clean, we loved the toys and books, and the projector set up. The architecture and remodeling was beautiful. Appreciate the lack of tacky artwork on the walls. Tracie and Dave were such generous hosts. Hope to be back, thank you!

Lovely, quiet place in the woods with wonderful views from the ample deck. House was very functional and clean, with the kitchen well equipped. We used it for a family getaway with the grandkids. Convenient for those wanting to enjoy the Santa Cruz Boardwalk or the Roaring Camp Railroad, and a very short hop to the funky but quaint downtown Felton. Communication was excellent, as was ease of check-in.

We absolutely loved this house. It was a great place to hang out both inside and in the backyard and an easy to walk to the ocean.

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

This stay is absolutely amazing. Comfy bed and furniture. Stocked Kitchen. Steps to the beach. Closet full of beachy things. We had fun flying the kite. Built bonfires just over the dune on the beach. 🏖️ Don’t hesitate to book. This place is it.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We had a wonderful stay in Aptos! Hosts were very helpful, responsive, and flexible. You can tell they take great care of the house and think of all the details and amenities a visitor might need. Although we didn’t use the kitchen and bbq, everything you might need is there. The beds were very comfortable as well. The view is breathtaking, we even saw whales! It’s the perfect location to local restaurants, coffee spots, and grocery stores. Very close to Santa Cruz without the hustle and bustle. My family would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This was our second stay at Harbor House and it was just as great as we remembered it to be. Super easy check-in starts your stay on the right track. Perfect location, great parking, amazing view, friendly neighbors, amazing outdoor space and well-equipped kitchen and beach supplies make this better than most other properties. We will always return when visiting Santa Cruz.

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.
