Bob’s Place in Nipomo was everything we hoped for and more. The home was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of golf and exploring. The setting is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for rest and recharge. We loved the open layout and thoughtful touches throughout the space. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, with so many nearby destinations—beaches, wineries, golf courses and charming towns are all just a short drive away. It’s a great base for discovering the Central Coast. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and everything was just as described, if not better. You can tell Bob takes great pride in hosting. We had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located getaway.

We rented both the main house and the Zen Studio for the family to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. The setting is beautiful and made the weekend feel very special. We had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, and everything was clean and comfortable . Nice attention to detail such as cabinets with labels. Lots of places outside to rest, relax and enjoy the lovely views. Grocery store nearby.

Lots of room for extra friends/family. Great stove top/easy cleaning up. Clean pool, working laundry room. Amazing outside view! Checks off as a really great spot to stay for a few days. Outside amenities is okay could be better. But overall, the stay was pleasant.

we loved the cottage it was very beautiful place, peaceful and filled like a home, the best thing about the location it was 10 to 15 minutes drive to go around and have our adventures. We loved our host, Melani and christ, they are loving welcomed and great couples. solvang and Santa ynez it's very nice place to go back and if we do we're definitely going back to Melanis place.

My Husband and I absolutely loved the house it was exactly what we wanted!! We took our puppy star and there was so many doggy supplies you can use and it’s completely gated which was perfect for her🐶 The Horses are beautiful and breathtaking! They come right up to the gate to greet you(: definitely worth it and we will definitely be back with our son 😇

We were in town for a wedding for the weekend and this spot was perfect for us. We are a family of 5, we had a ton of space to relax in. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and water in the refrigerator which is really nice. There was also a delicious party to enjoy with our coffee the next morning. The property was absolutely beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

Jeanne’s cottage was an excellent place for our little group of 3 and 2 dogs, a quick drive to SY and perfectly located for road biking. There is so much wonderful space to wander on the grounds and perfect lawn for dogs to romp around. The cottage is thoughtfully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. Jeanne and her husband were so nice and made us feel right at home. Without question one of the most dog friendly Airbnb I’ve ever stayed!

My girlfriend and I stayed with our small dog for a quick weekend getaway. Arrived quite late as we came from OC but was no problem with the host and it was easy to find our place at that time. The property is amazing, so much walking, picking lemons, avocados, oranges, etc. sunset was amazing and jacuzzi/pool! Peacocks were very neat and friendly, the space was bigger than expected and lots of natural sun. Met Lauren and Will for just a moment and very kind. Probably one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at.

TL;DR: The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Erin and her family go above and beyond to welcome their guests. This home doesn’t feel like an Airbnb—in the best possible way. The kitchen is fully stocked, the furniture is plush and comfortable, and the entire space is beautifully furnished with a warm, thoughtful, and genuinely hospitable feel. Honestly, it looks like it belongs in Architectural Digest. Erin and her family were kind, responsive, and a joy to interact with throughout our stay. They were attentive to our needs without ever being intrusive. My boys absolutely loved seeing the goats and alpacas, and Erin’s neighbor was even kind enough to let them visit with his cows and pony—such a special touch that made our stay unforgettable. We all slept wonderfully in the luxurious beds with high-quality linens, and I truly enjoyed cooking in the gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen. We would LOVE to come back—and I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was extremely clean and included all the amenities needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. Using the August app to lock/unlock the front door was a breeze and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area!

This was a great place if you want peace and quiet and the serenity of being out of the city and in a large house with lots of space for large families. The bedrooms were great, and everything was very accessible, especially the large tables and the large counter seating which we made use of every night.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. The backyard was really well designed as there were many comfy gathering places which includes hammocks, campfires, and marshmallow pits. The house was overall well equipped and extremely clean.

Absolutely loved staying at Natasha's place. It's a short drive from downtown, so it was close enough but also very peaceful away from the buzz. The animals on the farm are super friendly (her cat Nacho became my instant best friend!) Natasha also was very nice and even turned the hot tub on in the evening for a great unwind. Will definitely be staying again!

I loved staying at this cottage core-like farm stay! I wanted to experience a farm area to live in and it definitely was satisfying. I loved walking around and exploring the cows, chickens, and pigs in their habitats. The living space itself was really cute and colorfully decorated! Loved the little pictures of cows and the towels were especially soft. There were helpful amenities like cotton balls, toothpaste, floss, lotion, chocolates, shampoo and body wash. It got pretty cold at night but the heater worked really well. They have a convenient AC as well. The bed was kind of squeaky and there was a stain on the blanket but didn’t notice it until afterwards. Otherwise this was a super peaceful and cute stay! The hosts were really responsive and let us borrow a phone charger when we forgot ours.

Iza was an exceptional host, warmly welcoming me upon arrival and always quick to respond to any questions I had. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, allowing for restful sleep. I’m really glad I was lucky enough to book this place!

We loved staying at this place, it is surrounded by beautiful nature, it is very quiet and secluded. The tiny house is spaceous in a way and very comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place to ofhers who visit the area.

David's place was perfect for us! It is so comfortable and we loved watching Directv...what a treat! The kitchen space is fully stocked with lots of clear directions. David was very helpful and accommodating. Even the main house seems close to the guest house, it is still VERY private. Thank you David for a wonderful stay!!

Exceptionally clean cottage with a well stocked and outfitted kitchen. Vicky is a terrific host and we hope to return to this property one day soon. I highly recommend this place.

This home was absolutely beautiful and peaceful with stunning views. The pool and Jacuzzi were the highlight for us—especially since the pool was heated, we were able to enjoy night swims. The house is very spacious, perfect for larger groups, and it was wonderful that it was wheelchair accessible, making it easy and comfortable for our client with dementia to join and enjoy the trip. We’re so grateful for this experience and definitely plan to return with more of our family next time!

Peter's house was perfect for traveling with young kids. Peter and his wife set up bedding for our young kids which was so helpful especially with our evening arrival. There were so many fun toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. Peter and his wife thought of everything and are great hosts. Thank you for everything!

Sophie and Isaac were great hosts: responsive, helpful and friendly! The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed for a cozy weekend of cooking good food, making beautiful charcuterie boards and savoring some wine on the deck surrounded by shade making trees. We enjoyed a hike at the nearby Enchanted Forest Trail, detoxed in the infrared sauna, and took the kids to the community pool. The cabin is divided into 3 floors- the main floor, the mezzanine and the basement. We were a large group, 5 adults, a teenager and 3 kids and the house was spacious and intimate at the same time. It had lots of areas to hang out in. We were there in the Summer but I imagine it is also magical in the Winter with the Pine Mountain covered in snow. Highly recommend!

This was such a delight. Located in-between Solvang and Los Olivos, close to everything! Amazing views, lovely home, and very comfy! I would love to stay here again! Kris was such a gem, very responsive to my silly questions. (I apologize again to Kris for bugging him twice) 🙂

We loved our 2 night stay here. The location is private and the view is amazing from on top of the hill. The location was perfect for our commute to San Louis Obispo for a family wedding. There is a pizza place and grocery store within walking distance. I love there being goats and chickens on the property. It was awesome that this place is pet friendly ( we travel with our Boston terrier). He enjoyed himself out in nature on our walk around the property. This is a memorable place. Book it if you can. Randy was very friendly . If we are ever back in the area we will go back here.
