The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

Staying at Maria’s place was just amazing. The location is stunning. Away from the main tourist areas, you have views from your own balcony… and they are stunning. Maria and her husband were wonderful and friendly. They helped with great local advice, restaurant recommendations and bookings and tourist info. The apartment was perfect. First class amenities. We loved it and would happily return. Thank you.

Excellent host, great views, very clean and new with everything I needed.

This place is absolutely worth it. We immediately felt comfortable and visited the animals ( sheep, cows) on site daily and pampered with petting. Thanks to the Ulten Card, we were able to try new things free of charge daily ( e.g. mountain and downhill ride on the cable car to the swivel arm, climbing hall, ice rink). After 6 days, we are a little in love with this great area, the Ulten Valley with its very friendly inhabitants and the many opportunities to hike.

We had an all-around perfect getaway in Sankt Walburg! The place was super clean, very well maintained and is in a fantastic location – with a breathtaking view of the mountains and down into the valley. Even more beautiful, our stay was made by the incredibly loving and likeable hosts, who not only provided us with fresh milk and eggs from the farm, but also enriched us with great tips and nice conversations. For us and our dog, it was the ideal retreat away from the hustle and bustle – absolute tranquility, pure nature and a lot of warmth. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice and cozy place with lots of wood. The place is new, everything is very clean. Communication with the host was very easy. The property is perfectly located for activities in the Ultental or around Merano. Glad to come back!

Beautiful apartment and beautiful panoramic view. Very kind and helpful host for all our requests. I highly recommend it to those who want to have a peaceful stay and wake up with a view of the South Tyrolean mountains. P.S. My partner and I were also lucky enough to wake up in the morning with snow to color the landscape!🥰

Irene's house is absolutely perfect, everything is taken care of in every detail, very clean, super equipped kitchen, The large windows overlook the valley and you feel in touch with nature, the host's parents were very welcoming both with us and with our children who were able to roam in the outdoor areas. Even before our departure, Irene was very present and proactive. If you're looking for a place in Val D'Ultimo, you absolutely have to come here.

Nice place to stay, quite, peaceful and the view was quite nice, the Apartment location was good and you can explore dolomites area. Aaron the host was very helpful and very communicative, he will assist or give you the information whenever you ask. In the morning they always serve you with the special cake, you just have to pick up in front of the door. I recommended you guys to stay at the apartment..

The host welcomed us very kindly and immediately gave us a lot of interesting info. For example, we were allowed to use the beautiful swimming pool of the campsite, which was an added value. It is a very good and clean apartment, nice bathroom, several balconies with beautiful views. We enjoyed the apartment and the area, nice excursions, the distance to certain attractions in the dolomites was rather far.

Very nice host, fast & easy communication; accommodation was great & family-friendly; as an architect, I found the house very beautiful and high-quality; we also used the bread roll service and had a great breakfast in the morning

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!
