Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

We have newly renovated a small but fine apartment in a very quiet local residential area of Oberndorf, and have furnished it pretty and practical for you. Ideal location for skiing and hiking. The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

The cozy apartment is located in a great location. Restaurant & shopping are available. In summer, many hiking trails can be reached directly from the property. Lakes, swimming pools, playgrounds, gondolas & downhill possibilities can be reached either by bike or with a short drive. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right around the house and is accessible by walking. Ski touring or downhill skiing is also reachable within 5 minutes by car.

Toni was very responsive throughout our communications. This is a lovely place to congregate our family for a very special ski vacation. The fresh eggs from the farm, local food specialties, the wood stove in the kitchen allowed us to just be together in a warm setting. we loved seeing the glow on the mountains in the morning and evening The beds had wonderfully warm comforters. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, coffee, condiments etc. We cooked most of our meals there. Awesome skiing is accessible in Saalbach and at Kitzbuhel. Toni pointed us to very convenient places to access Saalbach There are lots of things to do. We went to the Christmas market, a horse sled race, a cheese factory, down hill skiing, Nordic skiing, for a biathlon lesson, played drinking games in a crazy fun ski hut in Kitzbuhel, had shots of schnapps at Sport Patrick ski rental as we headed out to ski. Great family memories in a fantastic 'home base'. Thanks Toni!

Sankt Johann is a really lovely location outside the hubub of Kitzbuehl, and this apartment is at the quiet edge of the town with loads of trails right out the door. The apartment was perfect for 3 of us, with a fully outfitted kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture and nice hot showers with endless hot water. There were great views of the mountains from the balconies and the living room. The apartment was well priced and we enjoyed our time in Sankt Johann even though it was warmer than would be typical. Ski areas are about 6 minutes away and Nicky recommended a great ski school for our son, which he loved. Thanks for a great stay!
