Der Hallstättersee ist nur 30m entfernt und von den Räumlichkeiten und vom Garten hat man einen wunderbaren Seeblick. Auf der Terrasse kann man bei Kaffee die Morgensonne genießen. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC und ein extra WC. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

We had a great stay at Andrea's! I highly recommend this accommodation, close to nature, the river and very close to the city center of Admont. Communication was very clear and pleasant with Andrea, we felt at home! Ideal accommodation for hiking around Hall and Admont and 10 minutes' drive from Gesäuse Park! What a joy!

The accommodation "Laughing Owl" is definitely worth a stay. The rooms are clean and the bathroom, kitchen and living and dining area are super spacious. Unfortunately, we could not use the large terrace so extensively due to the weather, but in the sun you can also stay there beautifully. So the house definitely offers more than enough space and also the hot tub is definitely worth the extra charge. Especially in the low season, the chalet is inexpensive and I highly recommend it to anyone!

We had wonderful days in the mountains and can recommend the spacious accommodation. You are not entirely alone, as the chalet is located in an alpine village consisting of about 65 holiday homes. But due to the location in the top row, Marcus' house has the best panoramic view of the mountains and this view is really phenomenal! The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, the large terrace invites you to linger. The house is a good starting point for hikes, restaurants are within walking distance and there is also a small supermarket for the essentials. All in all, a very nice holiday accommodation.

We stayed in this beautiful house for the weekend. It was all as described in the listing. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. You also felt comfortable in the living room and in the bedrooms. We were lucky with the weather and were able to grill on the terrace with nice views. You can recommend this house with a clear conscience.

Extremely happy ! The place just fitted our needs 100%. There is a 24/7 organic farm shop around the corner with literally everything you would need and you can even easily place orders for bread and meat by hand note and it will be waiting for you for pickup. Super, super happy
