A perfect 3 day stay!! The villa is very beautiful, as well as the garden and the pool. We were 3 couples of friends: we each had our own room and our own bathroom. The villa is well equipped. We didn't miss a thing. We were able to arrive without any problems at very late hours. The villa's environment is quiet. We are delighted and can't wait to come back as a family. We recommend it +++

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

Lovely place to stay, a little oasis with a secluded garden and pool hidden from the road, which we thoroughly enjoyed using. Anne was lovely and welcoming and happy to provide lots of suggestions throughout our stay. Lots of lovely touches - we had food in our fridge, fruit to eat and she left us a basket of fresh bread on our first morning there. Great location, easy to walk to the river and all the shops but close to public transport when needed.

The house and kitchen were very clean and extensively equiped with many condiments, cling wrap etc. Constance was very prompt and helpful when needed. Pool was heated which was a bonus. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We had a great time! The place was what we expected: super equipped, we found everything we needed even more . The hosting was very warm , very responsive when we had any questions. We would come back without a second thought if we had to come back to Arcachon!

We had a great stay in Guillaume's chalet surrounded by pine trees. Beautiful place, quiet and relaxing. The unit is well equipped there is everything you need... Games, coloring books and colored pencils are available for children there is even a first aid kit top 👍 We will come back without hesitation

We were guests of Anthony for 4 days on our way home from Galicia. The house is a place to relax and enjoy. A complete kitchen is rounded off by tasteful furnishings and a cool outdoor area with a small pool. We will return if possible. Kirstin and Swen

We had a 3 night stay here and wish it was longer! Such a clean and peaceful place. Super close to the beach to catch some waves, eat good food and simply enjoy the beach or go for a walk in nature. There was a massive fridge, nice if you’re with more people and want to have a nice bbq night. We were only with 2 and the house really felt like coming home. Indoor and outdoor. Nice spot for my morning Yoga and breakfast in the sun. The overall design makes it fun and brings you in complete holiday mode. The aircon keeps the house nice and cool. Nath & Fred's house is wonderful and in a great location - right behind the dune. It is super equipped and you have many possibilities to use the house; on the great covered terrace or in the garden with feet in the sand. It is very tastefully decorated with many details! Through the garden, the outdoor shower and another area under the terrace, you can get everything super clean & dry after the beach day, which is worth a lot! It's a special place! We were very comfortable! About the area: You can walk to the great wide beach in a few minutes. A great restaurant/beach bar is right on the street; as well as a great bakery and of course a surf shop (relaxed & cheap)! Mimizan is a small place, but you have everything you need! We were at Nath & Fred last year despite a very long journey (15 hours) - it is definitely worth it! Thanks for everything!

Excellent family stay in a typical Cap Ferret cabin. The location is ideal 2 steps from shops and feet in the sand, the sunrises are magical! The house is very cozy and fully equipped. The outdoor shower is a must. Thanks to Christel and Marie for this stay. We'll be back!

We had a very pleasant family stay at Cloée's. The house, ideally located in a quiet residence close to the lake, offers a perfect setting for family swimming. We were 4 adults and 3 children, and found the house well arranged and very well equipped. The children particularly loved the hammock, and we took advantage of the bikes made available for beautiful walks in the surroundings. In short, an accommodation that we highly recommend!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Alexandra has always responded quickly and is very accommodating. In the height of summer, it could get warm in the upper bedrooms, as the air conditioning only covers the main room on the ground floor. Otherwise, it's a nice place to stay with a great beach location.

We had a great time at Marion's place. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped and as described in the listing. The location is ideal, close to amenities and transport, which allowed us to explore the area without difficulty. Marion was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay, responding quickly to our questions and making sure we didn't miss anything. Her warm welcome and small touches really made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a comfortable and carefree stay. Amazing place to stay, just as described. If you are looking for tranquility it is the place. The location allows you to get to know the area perfectly. We have fallen in love with this home. It's very cozy. The garden, if you go with children, is great, and it has a mini porch for breakfast and dinner, ideal. The light that enters is magnificent. You have the hosts as neighbors but you maintain privacy. Claire is charming, very kind and attentive. We look forward to returning.

Guillaume welcomed us with great kindness, always very precise in his explanations. We were apprehensive about the middle school behind the house but we were quickly reassured, and even benefited from the calm and the garden, well protected between the middle school, and a few houses on the other side … It's a great house to unwind, and enjoy the Landes, go to the Basque Country, and go up the other side via Cap-Ferret. It's a little slice of Paris.
