Beautiful home in the most upscale community in the entire city! Located on Sandy Beach, the premier tourist location with restaurants, bars and activities. Perfect place for a family vacation. House has tons of deck space for outdoor fun. First level has a huge patio with a grill, the second level has balcony with ocean views. Lastly there is a roof top deck with amazing views. Please note that this home has a stovetop but no oven, and no dishwasher. House has 5 bedrooms with 11 beds.

The newly acquired Condo has never been a rental. It is located in Casa Blanca Golf Villas. Casa Blanca is the only Sandy Beach resort allowing guests to bring dogs. Offering 3 pools, sand volleyball court, Cornhole, close beach access, BBQ's and more. This condo is well equipped with beach chairs, rafts and other fun toys for your use. Very nice place to vacation in Rocky Point.
