My family and I enjoyed the home during our vacation! Very spacious and loved the amenities/games they provided. The hosts were very responsive during our stay. We plan on returning soon!

Thanks David for letting us staying in your beautiful house. You had everything we need that allows us to have a great time. My only suggestion would be the 2 bunk beds. Since there was not a lot of space in between them, it was a little uncomfortable to sleep like that even for kids. A different kind of bed would be better. Thank you!

This house has it all. Everything you need and more is in this house. Clean, lots of entertainment. There was 12 of us and never felt crowded. It's a walk to the beach and the pool but they have a cart for you to carry all your stuff, worth the walk. Felt safe all the time. All the security was friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here, worth the price.

Great view and affordable compared to many others. Quieter part of the beach with just the right amount of vendors of you wanted to order or book a jetski. Not populated but populated enough so you don't feel deserted. Beach is clean, some corral, full of sea life.

Rafael was a responsive host and the place was great! Great location and felt right at home. Would stay again! 5 stars.

This was the perfect place to vacation for two couples and dogs! It was pretty much a private all to ourselves beach. Our favorite thing we would do is from noon to 1pm walk along the beach to a resort and take advantage of their happy hour lol. Highly recommended place if you want something secluded and don’t mind being approximately 30 minutes from the city

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how well-kept and thoughtfully designed the house was. Every detail—from the tasteful decor to the spacious, light-filled rooms—made it feel like a true getaway. But what really set this place apart was the unbeatable access to the beach. It was just a short walk away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day without any hassle. Morning coffee with an ocean breeze? Yes, please. Another major highlight was the host. They were quick, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Any time we had a request or question, they handled it with speed and care. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and determination, and it made a huge difference. If you’re looking for a beautiful, beachside home with top-notch hosting, this is it. We will be back soon! Highly recommend!

The house is gorgeous super comfortable and with great amenities, great please to relax and enjoy the views, however, if you want to go sea swing this isn’t the place to go since the tides go up and down (far away) twice a day.

10 out of 10 hospitality and the house are completely amazing, the house is super clean and has the best location I definitely want to go back.

The home was absolutely stunning and incredibly peaceful. The bedrooms were comfortable, and all had private bathrooms providing all of our guests the privacy and comfort they needed. The kitchen has everything you need, making your stay convenient. The outside area has so much space and different sections to relax from the pool area, sun bathing bed and chairs, a shaded table and a fire pit area giving everyone an opportunity to relax or enjoy their space. It was the perfect stay and I just wish we had more time.

Ana and her place were great We needed to reach out to her 3 or 4 times and she literally responded within less than a minute each time. The location is perfect, we didn't need any taxi's the entire trip, a big savings. This location is much better than staying in a resort. I was surprised by how sound-proofed the home was. You could have people in the living area but when you shut your bedroom door you could barely hear anything. The ability to park our vehicle behind a locked gate. There are 3 separate bathrooms with a logical layout, even if you're in a large party there's always a bathroom available. The beds were very comfortable with a variety of different pillow types, I am a picky sleeper but I slept like a baby in my bed. The rooms also have good blinds which can make the room dark if you need to rest during the day. Each room has its own mini-split air conditioner so you can cool your space to whatever you prefer (I live in the forest so I like to sleep cold).

Awesome stay in an awesome part of town. Vendors still walk up the beach in the off season it’s that good. The lot has two houses perfect for privacy between different families. Everything was perfect and we will be back! Very nice that the vehicles can be parked and the gate closed.

It was beautiful. The garage was oversized . The towels were very adequate. The frige was clean. I cannot wait to come back again. Thanks Gary.

Absolutely lovely home. We took our own food and didn’t have to leave during entire stay. We absolutely got what we wanted out of our stay: comfort, peace, and plenty of beach and play time. We never needed to contact our host for anything other than asking if we could be allowed to check in a tad earlier.

Such a cute spot! The decorations and furniture make you feel like you’re ready for the beach!🫶🏼🤗 the house was easy to find, our host was there to meet us and greet us before we entered the house. we had a huge parking spot with fenced in parking made us feel super safe.! Not to mention we were close to all the local spots. We went to Manny’s for breakfast then after went to the Malecon for some shopping and fun.! would definitely recommend coming back here🤗

I have been coming to Rocky Point for years and this was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed! The house was absolutely gorgeous and right on the beach. We totally missed that the master bedroom wasn’t available so that was a bummer and would have definitely been an issue if we had a larger group to be down a whole bed. We were also looking forward to the shower with a view and it was a part of the master bedroom that was blocked off. We also didn’t see bunk beds in any of the photos so that was a surprise. With that being said it ultimately didn’t matter because we had plenty of space for our group and had a wonderful time! We felt safe and the vendors coming over daily was honestly amazing because we felt like we had options for food, drinks and massages at anytime without having to leave the house. Would definitely book again!

Erik was amazing throughout the stay. There were some things that no one could have planned for and Erik made sure it was all taken care of in a very timely manner and very responsive unlike other host. He is one of the best host that I have ever dealt with. The home is phenomenal, with an amazing view. Go enjoy the roof top and watch the sunrise or sunset. Multiple restaurants within walking distance and the famous sand dollars are within walking distance as well. If you have a larger vehicle, the RV garage is more than accommodating and there is an upper level garage for smaller vehicles. I will absolutely be staying here again.

The house was quiet and easy to access. It was clean. There were two mini split units so it stayed nice and cool. It was close to the center but far enough to be quiet.

Very helpful and took care of the necessities of the home.
