Villa on two floors with large grounds with garden living room very close to the sea. Suitable for 2 families. Rented to adults over the age of 25. Smoking is not allowed. Partying is not allowed, this is the goal of the stay we recommend another booking. Parking for up to 4 cars, electric car charger Located in an area with detached houses, public beach 5-600 meters from the villa, several good swimming opportunities and kayak opportunities. Distance to Stavanger city center 6-7km. Laundry by appointment.

High standard house in central Stavanger. Walking distance to the center, restaurants, beaches, playgrounds, football fields and grocery stores. Easy access to the bus that takes you to Preikestolen. This is a family house. No partying allowed. Free parking outside the house. The place: The house is located on a hill, which means that you get sea views to the south east, a nice garden with a large terrace and little insight. 8 people can easily sleep comfortably here, divided into 4 bedrooms.

Welcome to our modern 4-story villa located in 15-20 min walking distance to Stavanger city centre. The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a four year old daughther, and a two-year old boy, so there is baby chairs, babybeds, and changing tables available.

Flott nyere villa i rolig nabolag.

Beautiful villa built 2017. Located in quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly families around. The home is fully equipped and has a lovely garden with beautiful terraces, a sving for the kids, grill and furniture. Children and youths lives in the house so there are toys, game consoles etc. 3 minutes walk to the bus stop, where the bus to the city center runs every 8 minutes. The bus ride to the city centre is 7-8 minutes. The kids beds in the pics have been replaced with 120 * 200 cm beds.

Villa Ramsvig - quiet and by the ocean

Big villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, office space, 2 living rooms, kitchen, laundry room with treadmill, garden, garage and parking space for 5 cars. The whole house is wheel chair friendly with elevator and wide doors. Located in a quiet dead-end street, no traffic. Safe neighborhood and very close to the ocean and a small beach. Shirt walk to train or bus! Electric scooters available in the street too.

Ground floor in Sveitservilla with 10 min walking distance to Stavanger city center. Plenty of space with everything you need for the city break. The host family lives in the other floors. Bedroom 1 has a queen size double bed. Bedroom 2 is combined bedroom/living room: Queen size sofa bed (with extra comfortable mattress) sleeping two people. Large kitchen with adjacent dining room.
