Welcome to our modern 4-story villa located in 15-20 min walking distance to Stavanger city centre. The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a four year old daughther, and a two-year old boy, so there is baby chairs, babybeds, and changing tables available.

The home is fully equipped and has a lovely garden with beautiful terraces, a sving for the kids, grill and furniture. Children and youths lives in the house so there are toys, game consoles etc. 3 minutes walk to the bus stop, where the bus to the city center runs every 8 minutes. The bus ride to the city centre is 7-8 minutes. The kids beds in the pics have been replaced with 120 * 200 cm beds.
