Nice central apartment

Nice and peaceful accommodation in a very central location. Only 2 minutes walk to train station and 4 minutes to Langgata in Sandnes. The living room has a sofa bed. The apartment is clean and tidy with new or nicely used furniture. There is plenty of space in the kitchen that has a built-in dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. The kitchen has equipment such as coffee-maker and kettle. In the bedroom there is office space with views out onto the street. There is plenty of space in the bedroom in the drawers and cabinets for storage.

The apartment is newly renovated in 2022 and appears clean and tidy with new or nicely used furniture. Kitchen with built-in dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and kitchenware. Large sunny terrace of 26 sqm with outdoor furniture and barbecue. 2El car chargers in parking lot. Double bed in room and extra bed in living room of 3 people. Cozy historic house from 1900 right in the center of Sandnes with proximity to everything the city has to offer. Short walk to the train station "Sandnes center" and public transport hub. 24-hour gas station 100 meters from the front door. Lush hiking and play opportunities in lovely Sandveparken. Please be aware of somewhat steep stairs up on the second floor. Parking by the house. Animals welcome.

Welcome to stay in my apartment when I am not there myself! The apartment is located in the center of Sandnes with large terrace. Here you live centrally, and can walk to train/bus, shopping mall, restaurants and park. There is rarely noise from outside, but you may hear regular city life on some weekends. A little drive away from places like the Pulpit Rock and the Royal Park.

Village house

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Huset har sengeplass til fem. Reiser du med små barn er det er et eget soverom med barneseng. Ca 7 min til Kongeparken. 10 min til Sandnes sentrum. Grillplass på tunet kan benyttes. Vi har ender og høner som gjerne vil få besøk, kanskje finner du et egg?
