Holiday rentals with a patio in Sandestin, Miramar Beach

Beth is HIGHLY accommodating, which was super appreciated, especially when trying to schedule around flights. The unit is clean and cozy, and functional. She really added thoughtful touches, like small shampoo/soaps and even a little dish soap. We took advantage of the beach towels AND beach chairs that she keeps on hand for guests. Those touches are things you don’t see in every rental. Beach was so accessible, a couple restaurants in walking distance. Beth is willing to take the time to give great recommendations. If you’re visiting Destin area, this is a WONDERFUL place to call home for your stay.

We had a wonderful double-couple trip here. The hostess is very sweet and is quick to respond. The place is private, right across the street from the beach(not even a minute walk), and has plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The house had all amenities described and was super clean. We felt right at home, and this has been our best vacation so far. Hopefully we will be back soon!

We will definitely book this condo again! It was bright, cheery, CLEAN and well equipped! The location is as close to being on the beach as can be without being on the beach. We clocked it at an easy, lovely, peaceful 3 minutes! Our pool is fabulous! The property staff were friendly and helpful. The resort has so much to explore and enjoy. We always felt safe and anyone we encountered was so friendly!

Eileen was a great host, her instructions made the check in easy and finding the property easy. The place was clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Very nice location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Would stay again!

Great location with everything you could possibly need! Wonderful balcony and so close to beach. Susan was so responsive making sure we had everything we needed.

We had an amazing time! It was close to the beach and had a beautiful view! We rented a car and went to several good restaurants. We went to the restaurant onsite too and it was wonderful! I have no complaints and Destin did not disappoint!

Paula was a great host and very friendly with a quick response time. Her unit looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach front balcony had the perfect view of the beach and pool area. We would definitely rent from her in the future.

Susan Elizabeth’s place was beautiful! The golf cart was the perfect method of transportation. We never moved our automobile! The drive to the beach took a little longer than 5 minutes, but it was enjoyable. This was a great family vacation, highly recommended and hope to visit again, soon!

We had such a wonderful time! This is our 4th year coming to Sandestin & this was our favorite. Very pet friendly with a fenced in backyard! The golf cart was in great shape and we had a blast driving around. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time. House was perfect. My family would love to come back and stay here. The two golf carts made it extremely easy for us. Some went to pool and some would shop. We loved having the gas grill for grilling. All around a great place.

We loved our stay at Eric’s place. He responded very quickly to any questions we had. One of the golf carts would not work and he had it switched out with another one within a couple hours! The golf parts were a huge perk. We also enjoyed watching the turtles outback on the porch! Would definitely recommend!

We had the best time possible loved everything about the place. Didn't want to leave. Makes you wanna move in permanently. Very homely which takes all the stress away. Wouldn't go with anywhere else on next trip hopefully soon!

Great place for family ! We had a blast ! Kids wanted to stay in the pool than go to the beach ! Super peaceful and great attention we will defiantly book again !

This is a beautiful home! We felt right at home. Everything we needed was there. Excellent quality of everything in the house. Very comfortable beds. It was a treat to spend the weekend with our two little kids in this home. We will be back for sure!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The condo was exactly as described and in a great location. We had gorgeous views of the gulf. The host was excellent. Highly recommend.

It was super cute and comfortable. Very peaceful. Walking distance to beach. Had snacks, water, sodas, coffee, creamer, and sugar. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

The place was amazing and exactly how described. Condo is slightly of the elevators on the 4th which is perfect They provided a starter kit of necessary items. Beds were comfortable with the except of the pull out. My only recommendation is that should be replaced. We had a great time and plan on returning
