Stanton was an amazing host. Very quick to respond to the 2 minor issues we had and they were resolved within 24 hours or less. The pool and hot tub as amazing and made it nice to come home to. The place was clean and a perfect location. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. I when stayed a lot of places and this by far is in top 3. I will only be staying here on my next trip to Destin area!

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

This condo is conveniently located on the beach and near local stores and restaurants. Lisa was responsive and gave clear instructions. The condo was clean and we felt right at home. We really appreciated how spacious the condo was and we could spread out. Great condo, highly recommend booking here. We’d definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay! Loved that golf was included! The condo was very nice, and the staff was very quick to respond to the couple of small issues that came up. The only recommendation to make it better would be new mattresses for both bedrooms.

We stayed in this beautiful home for 7 days with our family. The house was perfect, right on the white sand with beautiful turquoise water. We highly recommend this home. We couldn’t ask for anything better. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of beach toys for our grandson and beach chairs. The location is on 30A with easy access to all the beach towns. We loved our getaway.

This is my family’s 2nd time staying at Ken’s and it was great! Our neighbors upstairs were quite loud with their kids stomping but that’s not Ken’s fault. Besides that, we do plan to stay again next year but preferably with both units and more family to avoid the loud upstairs. The location is perfect to grocery and shopping stores and the beach is directly across the street. Ken even met us to formerly introduce himself which made us even more comfortable. Overall, we will be back and cannot thank Ken enough for the awesome hospitality, home, amenities, and cleanliness. This place is a gem! Highly recommended :-) plus our daughter loved feeding the turtles in the back yard and the perfect sunset views over the lake. Thank Ken!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four nights stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It was so great to walk out the back of the home directly onto the beach. The house was clean, well decorated and just the right size for the two of us. Jeff was a perfect host. If I had a question, he responded with in less than a minute!

We had a fantastic time at Thomas & Yiniba’s condo. It was clean, comfortable and had amazing views. The resort staff were helpful and friendly. Although we never had a chance to try the onsite restaurant, it was nice to know it was there. The location has 4 fast elevators, which was great during busier times of the day. My family and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Allison is an amazing host! So kind, helpful, generous, and quick to respond if you need anything! Honestly she’s probably the best host we’ve ever had! The cottage is absolutely wonderful - It’s so beautiful and cozy! We even heard people biking by saying, “Wow that place is perfect! It’s got a pool, a porch, a deck, and an outdoor shower!” and we couldn’t agree more! Allison has truly thought of everything you would need and we were able to naturally make it home for the week. Having the bikes and the beach chairs available was a big plus as well. It’s in the perfect spot too! There’s the beach, a hiking/biking trail at the end of the road, and the town of Seaside all within a short walk/bike. Can’t recommended staying here enough! If we ever get the chance to come back we’ll definitely be staying in one of Allison’s rentals!

We had a great time. House was perfect. My family would love to come back and stay here. The two golf carts made it extremely easy for us. Some went to pool and some would shop. We loved having the gas grill for grilling. All around a great place.

We had a wonderful time at Linkside Luau. The location is perfect and we loved having the golf cart. We took it to the beach, pool, dinner, ice cream and grocery shopping! The house looks just like the photos and is quite cozy. We loved the outdoor living space and enjoyed watching the ducks, turtles and lizards. Courtney is a great host and very responsive! Highly recommend and we cannot wait to go back!

This is the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at! The location was a 10/10, the house was beautiful and spacious, and the host thought of everything. There was a well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra blankets, hangers in the closet, beach towels, and more. We felt right at home during our stay, and would definitely book with Laura again. The house was so clean when we arrived, which was much appreciated. The neighborhood is amazing, quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. We enjoyed walking to get coffee in the morning at the coffee shop in the front of the neighborhood, or visiting Blue Mountain Creamery after dinner. Truly a gem!

From before arrival till after departure there was never any doubt we were receiving all the value that could be expected. We feel sure others would have the same experience with this property and its management. Staying here is a “no risk” decision.

We loved our stay at the house! Not only was the house perfectly clean, but it was also adorable! I spent a long weekend here for my bachelorette with 8 girls total, and we never felt cramped and had enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The house was perfect! We also loved using the golf cart to drive around to the pool, beach, to get smoothies, and sight see. Everything was so convenient and easy. I would absolutely stay here again!! Julie was a 100/10 host.

We loved the location of this house. It was so close to the beach which made it easy for us to walk to with the young kids (ages 4,3,1). It's also a convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. Everywhere we wanted to go or needed to go to is within a 10 minute drive. The house was huge and easily accommodated our large family. It was very clean and had plenty of space for cooking, eating and relaxing on the main level. There was ample parking space and seats by the pool as well. Each room was spacious and had it's own bathroom with was ideal for each couple/family. We loved the area, very quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our family vacation here and would recommend to everyone! The location was on point close to all the needs including shopping malls and all. Super close to the beach as well and the private beach area was a super plus! The back yard was to die for and we spent many hours enjoying the pool , grill , and fire pit! Parking was plenty for three cars. We had a family of ten and there was plenty of space! Everything we needed for cooking was present in the home! Any questions I had Brian was a quick response away. Will definitely be staying here in the future trips when we have a smaller group. If only Brian had a place for 20 people we would definitely rent from him! The whole area was beautiful and very family oriented! We loved it can’t say that enough ! The beach is mine and my family’s happy place and home away from home. U definitely felt at home here! ❤️❤️

Lar's place was comfortable and clean for our families stay. He and his co-host were really friendly and fast to respond when we had questions. The location was safe beautiful with a park and water view right up the road. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place and great host! The pictures shown do not do the place justice! We were shocked when we walked in. Very easy short walk to the beach too. Kids also caught plenty of bass in the pond out back.

This was by far my favorite AirBnb to date. The price, the location, the amenities, the communication was all top tier. From the moment I booked, Hello Sunshine has been great at responding and communicating with us. We loved the private beach and the pool area, both a quick walk from the house. Everything in the area is kid friendly. The house has a nice area just fir the kids, stocked with games. I would definitely recommend and book again on our next trip.

We had a wonderful stay! Great size for our family (3 adults, 1 toddler). The backyard was a bit smaller than the pictures led me to believe, but this was only a concern because my son wasn’t really able to play back there like I’d expected. It was a lovely property, and the golf cart was an absolute must—we took it almost everywhere! The home was very clean and comfortable, would happily stay here again.

Great Place. Short drive to anything we needed. Not far drive from a beach. Very clean. Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath, Washer and Dryer. Didn't get a chance to use their great kitchen.
