Perfect location for our family vacation. the golf cart is a great extra amenity and the resort is gorgeous. Great experience over all!

This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend getaway to the beach. Location was just a quick drive to the beach and was great for early morning runs before beach days.

Excellent location! Walk right out of lobby and you are at Baytowne Wharf! 3 floor pool was GREAT. Beach was crowded but we figured it out! Get up early take your things over get them set up in a good spot. Leave your car, catch tram back. Eat breakfast at Charlie’s or Ruby slipper. When you are ready to go to beach catch tram back beach . Enjoy your day! Drive your car back to room. This was easiest with children for us. This room was so clean, comfy bed, and clean linens. We will be back!

We stayed here with two kids and it was great! Directions were clear. The condo itself is big and we loved the patio! We loved going down to the pool and walking a short distance to Baytown Wharf. Free use of the tram was a great touch too! Such a beautiful area. We are already planning our return back!

We loved staying here. The condo is perfectly placed at the Baytown Wharfe, within walking distance of several restaurants and a terrific village filled with activities for families and children.

My stay at Julie's place was absolutely fantastic! The condo was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. Julie was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect for exploring, and the Golf Cart was a plus. That is all my kids wanted to do was ride the golf cart around the village. The swimming pool was SUPER CLOSE! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and convenient stay! Can't wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay so much at this condo, we would definitely stay here again! It has a great pool, it’s a short walk to the beach, it’s a short tram ride to a bunch of different places, and it’s very well located along the beach. There are chairs available for rent during the day, and you have to go across the street by the beach house every morning to the crave 30 a food truck, we got açai bowls every day We were here loved it! The sunsets on the patio every night so that’s really nice to get to see the sunset with big open windows

Natalie’s home was perfect! I was impressed with pictures but it looked even better in person. Clean home, towels, and bed linen. She gave clear instructions and was always prompt with her responses. She even had beach essentials available; beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas. My family and I were very impressed. It was spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. We would definitely book here again!

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! The unit matched what the listing displayed. This unit was private, backs up to a pond with lighted fountains, and has secured entrance for both the unit and the community. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and great restaurants. Responsive host as well. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again soon.

Christina and her Team were really friendly and responsive. We stayed with our 1-year old daughter in the appartment and it was a really good fit for us. It's a quiet place, no street directly next to it and just a few steps from the beach, some Restaurants/ Bars and a Minigolf course. So, everything is nearby. The appartment had everything we needed for our 4 Night stay. We can really reccomend it.

Beautiful and clean condo. Very short walk to the beach that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Pool area was clean and nice as well. We brought our dog with and felt she had ample time outdoors with both walking around Maravilla, and up and down Scenic Gulf Dr. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location, steps away from the beach. However, only 2 parking spaces are allowed (so you will need to fit your groups of 12 people in 2 cars). Bunk beds offer sleeping arrangement for 6 people, but have to deal with the squeaking noise from the bed frames. Other than that, good value for the money!

I would definitely recommend this place. Not only was the condo top notch so was Melissa. My husband fell while at Baytowne creating an issue for me to handle my two grandsons alone. My brother in law came to meet us and she stepped to make sure he had a parking pass and that we would be okay until he arrived. I cannot say enough about the place, location and the host.

Walkable distance. Very clean room. Love that it is on the ground floor and easily accessible. Also great to have a covered space to park. The room is small for the price you pay (not a full kitchen and 1 bed) but still very worth it in my opinion.

Stanton and his beach condo were great. Very responsive and offered lots of suggestions. The home was amazing, a short walk from the beautiful beach and pools. He offers a golf cart as well. I had to message him to find out where it was parked, but he responded within minutes and got me the answer. He has tons of beach gear for everyone from adults to infants. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Absolutely Amazing Stay! Kami’s condo was nothing short of perfect. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The view was stunning, and the location was super convenient. Kami was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

This was my 4th stay at the Luau. All have been very enjoyable. Miramar Beach is just across the street. The views from the balconies are always stunning. Sandestin's a very convenient location with easy access to nearly everything but just far enough from the center of activity to avoid the hustle and noise. Very nice! Great host(s)!
