Townhouse in central Sandefjord

The townhouse is centrally located in a quiet residential area in Sandefjord, 15 minutes walk from the city center and train station. There is also a short distance to several convenience stores such as Coop extra, Kiwi and Rema 1000. On the terrace there is sun from the morning and into the evening. No loud music and noise after 11 pm are not allowed. In the summer it is allowed with street parking, otherwise I have a parking space belonging to the house. There is also a guest parking further up the street for one to use.

Large great single-family home

This is a large single-family home of 300 sqm over three floors and 1 acre plot. The house is recently renovated with two living rooms, loft living room and large kitchen, bathroom, 4 bedrooms and a large porch with associated garden. Here there is plenty of room for 7-8 people. The listing is at the heart of a blind alley. It is child-friendly surroundings and about 10 minutes to walk down to the city center. To the nearest beach it is about 3 km. There are space for several cars in front of the house.

Dette lille sjarmerende huset ligger i første rekke til sjøen på Nesbrygga, som ligger på Nøtterøy. Huset er renovert og holder gjennomgående høy standard. Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

Small house in central Sandefjord

Annex/small house with walking distance to the sea (750 meters) and Sandefjord city center (900 meters). The house contains a small bedroom with window and double bed 160cm. Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The lower floor is out of use when renting. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Eksklusivt hus med høy standar i rolige, landlige omgivelser. Huset ligger i område Breidablikk som er et av Sandefjords mest attraktive boligområder der det er trygt og fint. Solrik hage, gåavstand (1-1,5km) fra sentrum og havnen. Mokollen og Midtåsen skulpturpark og cafe ligger i nabolaget. Boligen er lys og moderne. Det er vaskerom og fullt utstyrt kjøkken i huset. TV på rommene om man ønsker å trekke seg tilbake. Ellers er det stue med TV og salonger. Badet har boblebad og steam dusj.

Sun from morning to night

We rent out our spacious 70`s holiday home, sleeps 8-10 (4 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry room. The house is located on a mountaintop, with sun all day and fantastic view of Lahellefjorden. The house is located 100 meters from the water in the air line. 5 min walk and you can swim on the local dock or beach. Hiking areas just outside the door, with a great coastal path beyond Østerøya. Here you will quickly get to Skjellvika and other lovely sandy beaches.

Fjellmo er et idyllisk tømmerhus i et landlig og kystnært område, ca. en km til vakre Verdens Ende og 400 meter til Færder nasjonalpark (Moutmarka). På Verdens Ende er det restaurant, nasjonalparksenter og kulturarrangement. Sydspissen av Tjøme har en spektakulær natur med med svaberg, blomsterenger, og hav så langt øyet kan se. A gem with a view and direct access to the beach. Newly renovated outhouse with kitchen/ living room, large bedroom with doors directly out to large terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets all year round! Perfect for a couple or small family.

Large brewery house near the sea on Østre Nes.

The brewery house is an old log house, built in 1910. It has been renovated a few years back and appears as bright and spacious. The home sleeps 6 people. There are 3 beds on each floor. The second floor appears as a loft. There is a power outlet outside with the possibility of charging a car. The house is located rural and open.
