Cozy, clean, and matter of fact. Surrounding area is a walkable historic region with plenty of restaurants. Wish there had been more time to explore. Host is very helpful and very responsive.

We had an overall great stay at Sam’s place! My group and I were only in town for one night for a concert and this place accommodated us very well. It was exactly as described and everything was clean. It may seem small but it holds 6 people very comfortably! It was easy to find and easy to check-in. Thank you for hosting us and accommodating and early check-in!

This was our first time in Virginia Beach, and this stay was the perfect choice! The space was spotless and exactly as pictured. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras—games, snacks, and awesome beach chairs—that added such a special touch. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, and Atlantic Ave., with plenty of activities nearby. We barely needed our car, though having a designated parking spot was definitely a plus, even if space was a bit tight. The kids were captivated by the military jets flying overhead—it really added to the unique vibe of the area. The free trolley and bus passes were a wonderful bonus, too! This place was a great fit for our family, especially with the easy access to the sports complex and convention center. We hope to return—thank you!

Monica and David are my favorite Airbnb hosts because EACH OF THEIR PROPERTIES ARE MARKETED EXACTLY HOW THEY LOOK. They are also CLEANED EXTREMELY WELL, and there are never any issues. I always enjoy my stay in their properties. I wish I could gatekeep them to myself, but I also understand it is a business. However, whenever I am in the area, I look specifically for their properties because they are simply the best.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn't have been better - just steps away from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The boardwalk was right outside, which made morning walks and evening strolls so convenient and enjoyable. The area felt very safe. Emma was pretty responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beachside escape!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and comfortable. Our hosts provided some snacks and water which was so appreciated after a long drive with our baby. We have family in the area and would absolutely stay again next time we visit!

Location, location, location! Being right on the beach and having such a beautifully cultivated outdoor space was so nice! Really enjoyed amenities like the outdoor shower, beach chairs, and the hot tub.

Ventura’s place was great, very clean and tidy. Very quiet with a good vibe. Enjoyed being able to walk to several restaurants in the area.

Maria is a great host and very responsive, our group was planning to arrive late and when I raised those concerns to Maria she responded immediately. Check in instructions were very easy to follow, we arrived after midnight and had zero issues getting into the building and apartment. We had a group of four of us going to the city for a concert, the space was a little bit tight for the four of us because we had to use the pull out couch for sleeping, but had we not had to do that or had we folded the couch back up during the day the space would've been plenty. The location is great for a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars in the area as well. There's plenty to do in the area, if I were to go back to Virginia Beach I would definitely consider staying here again!

Cute, spacious, super close to everything Williamsburg has to offer but still a private and quiet spot. A gem!

Beautiful Airbnb in a quiet, beautiful location. Fully fenced yard was so nice for my dogs and they had lots of room to run. The inside was clean and the furniture comfortable. My pups enjoyed the dog bed in the living room and toys! Not one bad thing to say about this Airbnb and Roy did a great job communicating.

Beautiful, clean, peaceful - everything I needed for my stay in the area. Great hosts, excellent bed, pillows and linens. The plush bathrobe was a nice touch! I felt like a queen in a castle. Would definitely come back!

This place is beautiful and pristinely clean as well as spacious! We loved our stay and the facility was wonderful for the kids and our family. The only negative was the rude phone call after I expressed that I wasn’t interested in attending the timeshare presentation. I ended up just having to hang up the hotel phone after they wouldn’t take no for an answer. Other than that we absolutely loved this place and the outdoor pool / hot tub were a hit!

This was a great place to take the family for a weekend vacation, they had everything you needed to stay occupied and very close to off site restaurants and shopping strips.

This was a great place for a weekend away with my daughter. We were out and about so didn’t use the kitchen but it was very clean, had a comfy bed and the perfect size for what we needed. Also loved the area as it’s very quiet and tucked away but still close to shopping and restaurants.

Had a great time in Williamsburg, VA. Staying at Michael’s place made it an easy place to rest and recharge in between activities. Having multiple pool options was delightful, we swam and soaked almost every night we were there. Sitting on the private back porch in the mornings with my coffee under the crepe Myrtle was idyllic. The entire place was super clean, inside and outside. And most importantly, the beds were high quality and comfortable!

We used this space while our home was being worked on, do it was more of a “staycation” and did not use all of the amenities. The space was clean and newly renovated, so we were pleased with how nice things were. I highly recommend it for people visiting the Williamsburg area. Great location to Busch Gardens, W&M, etc. The only negative is that it is a time share, and they don’t take no for an answer.

This worked out great for our family of 4. Plenty of space and was helpful to have the pool and a playground right there and walkable. Would stay here again!
