Apartment holiday rentals in Sanchong District

I stayed for two weeks.Everything was perfect as if it were my own room.We're thrilled to hear that this quality is in Taipei, and we're sure to be the top list for your next stay.It was a two-week stay, so the washing machine and kitchen environment were very important, but there was no problem with laundry because there was a private balcony, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils.It is recommended to know the area that you can buy vegetables at the nearby Xining Market.(Other areas are no problem at all) I am sensitive to the scent of the room, but the aroma diffuser is installed everywhere, so I feel very good when I return to the room.The bed was comfortable and I felt like I was able to sleep more slowly than at home.The wifi in the room was also fast enough to work remotely sometimes in the room for a day, but there was no problem at all.The TV provided can also be connected to Netflix, etc., so we had plenty of fun.All kinds of appliances were made in Japan, and we were able to use them with peace of mind.The host was perfect and I was able to communicate without any inconvenience!I'm nothing but grateful.I'd love to stay here again.

This room is beautifully finished. The lighting and its color is very adequate, which makes everything feel like home. 7-11, food, and metro is only a few minutes away by foot. Refrigerator, hair dryer, and air conditioner works very well. However, the room is small and its smell can sometimes be unpleasant. Ventilation fan in the shower room emits a faint cigarette smell when running. The heated shower can be a bit finicky to get going, but water is well pressurized and odorless. If you can live with these negatives, this place is a very nice place to stay in Ximen area, especially for the low price.

Perfect apartment on every level! This is my 2nd time staying at one of Jack’s listings and they truly stand out. Clean, cozy, extremely well maintained, amazing location, great for remote work (strong wifi), plenty of natural sunlight, ACs work extremely well, smart TV. I loved the 2-floor layout! 24/7 building security, clean building, just 3 minutes from Ximen walking district, 3 minutes from the riverside, 8 minutes to the green line and blue line MRT. This is my new #1 place for when I’m in Taipei!

Loro is a great host! The inside of the AirBNB is pretty nice with good AC and clean rooms. The host was super great with working with us for early check in. The area is pretty nice with a nearby night market! The host even provided umbrellas for the rainy Taiwan weather! The only thing is that the room is on a higher floor with no elevator (in case you have a lot of luggage) but Loro did already say that in the listing! Just be careful because the stairs are very old and the handle is super rickety (like dangerously so) so be wary of that. Thank you for a great stay in Taiwan!

This is wonderful apartment in a central area where you feel right at home when you walk in the door. It is comfortable, quiet, clean, and has all the ammenities you need for a stay. The location is very convenient with lots of stores, restaraunts, ammenities, and public transit nearby. Highly recommended for visitors in Taipei.

The overall accommodation for 15 days is not bad... The space is large (family friendly) and fully equipped, and the landlord will respond quickly to any problems... The point is that it is very close to the subway station and very convenient...

I love coming here as it's on the 1st floor and easy to get into Ximen via the nearby bus, just a short hop across the bridge or you can go to Sanchong Station and go straight on the airport main line or into Taipei.

I booked it because it was the most liked of the many accommodations near Ximending, but it was so good that I wanted to book again next time. The security is good and the location is convenient. The interior of the listing is cozy and clean. However, the bathroom was not remodeled, so I was a little surprised, but it was neatly organized instead. The toilet water pressure was too weak, but other than that, I liked it all.

The place is very convenient because it is near at Ximen station. The host is also very responsive. But we suggest to have cook wares because in the first place it has induction cooker there and Maybe if can provide also utensils like plates, spoon and fork so the guest will feel like home. Especially when the guest decided to eat in this place. Just to add on to put sponge so that the guest can wash the dishes when used. Overall experience was good.

Location was unbeatable, it’s located right in the middle of the main shopping district. Late night food was just 30seconds walk away. House was very clean, toilet was well stocked. One caveat is that we have to be quiet since it’s in a residential area, I had security come knock on our door once but we lowered our volume(with 2 young kids) and had no issues afterwards. Check in process was easy, he came down personally to handover the keys.

Great location - right in the middle of Ximending. The accommodation is on a higher floor, so it isn’t too noisy at night. Would stay again!

A great stay at the apartment very central location within short walking distance to many popular eating spots. The aparment was as per photos and description, very clean and tidy. Google document provided by Jon was very helpful and clear instructions with images. We had small issue with washer/dryer but Jon was very responsive and it was resolved quickly. Would happily stay again. Thanks!

We had a great stay at Ola’s place! Checking in was seamless thanks to Tiffany, the serving co-host, who was waiting for us right in front of the building. The location is fantastic — conveniently situated between Longshan Temple Station and Ximen Station, both within a reasonable walking distance. If you’re traveling with a toddler, this place is perfect as it’s well-equipped with baby essentials like utensils, dish dryer and a baby bathtub, which made our stay much easier. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was some construction noise, but it wasn’t too distracting, and it seemed like the work was in the final stages. Overall, a very pleasant experience — we’d definitely recommend it!

We had a great 5 night stay at Andrew's apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and nicely renovated. It is very large in size and we really enjoyed having so much natural light from the big open windows. The jacuzzi tub was also a highlight. If you're coming to Taipei for the first time, this neighborhood isn't very convenient though. There are no metro stops anywhere near the apartment and most of the major places to visit in Taipei are far away. Obviously this is not at any fault to Andrew. Also, compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed in that feel more like an apartment rental, this one is more like renting a few nights in a friends place where their stuff is everywhere and it isn't as setup for guests comfort in the way other Airbnbs are. But we really loved our time here and still highly recommend a stay if you have the chance.

Thank you for hosting me. I really appreciated the flexible 4:00 p.m. check-out time. Two double air beds were provided, which was very convenient. I found it a bit difficult to recycle everything, as there was no general waste bin available in the basement.

We had a wonderful stay, and really appreciated the location. Lots of good food and convenience stores downstairs, and 6 mins walk to the heart of Ximending. Will recommend!

The location is very good, close to Shilin MRT Station and Shilin Night Market, the bed is also very comfortable, and on rainy days, they bring an umbrella to pick us up at the designated location, and leave a mop so that we can simply mop the floor and maintain the internal cleanliness.The trash can is also very large, super awesome, and doesn't make it difficult for us to clean up, and the cutlery and refrigerator are provided, making everything very smooth for us.

Convenient location, comfortable environment in the accommodation

This is by far one of our favorite experiences and places we have stayed. The apartment is very clean, open, and contains practical amenities like a washer, drying rack, utensils, soap, and more. The location is extremely convenient. The red and blue line were below our feet for whenever we wanted to travel the city. However, it is quiet and peaceful in the apartment. The bed was also comfortable! There is a ton of food and coffee nearby or even in the building itself. It is the best location! The host is the kindest we have ever met. He showed us how to navigate the building, restaurant recommendations, and even checked in on us when it was over 38 Celsius outside. He is amazing! If you are traveling light and only have 1-2 people, this is the perfect place.

Had a good stay here - a family of five with two kids. Everything was as described and it was a comfortable stay near lots of amenities and restaurants. Super convenient location next to the trains and buses
