Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sanchong District

I travel often and use Airbb most of the time. Charles is the most receptive and caring host I've ever experienced, feom booking until leaving. His description was accurate, checkin was easy, and the price worth every penny. Comfy bed, clean, and in the middle of everything. Anytime I find myself in Taipei, my trip will be based around the availability of Charles' apartment!

We had a great time staying at Jacky’s 3-bedroom home. It was perfect for our work trip, with the three rooms and desks offering plenty of space to get our tasks done. Unfortunately, during our 7-day stay, the building had water maintenance for four days, and we were without running water from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. While we understand this was beyond the host's control, it did cause some inconvenience, especially on the days we were working from the house. Thankfully, there were nearby cafes where we could use the bathrooms. The location is about a 10-minute walk from Ximen Station, tucked away just far enough from the busy areas to be peaceful and quiet. Overall, the home was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The only addition that would’ve made our stay even better would have been a microwave to heat up food.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the incredible hospitality of Adam and Fancy. We were so grateful that they patiently waited for our late arrival (past 10 PM) on check-in day. They were incredibly helpful, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything about the apartment and providing excellent recommendations for local activities and food. The location is a major advantage, conveniently situated between Ximen station and Longshan Temple. Both are just a short 5-10 minute walk away, and there's a convenient Family Mart right outside. Even with 6 people and a lot of luggage, the apartment felt surprisingly spacious and comfortable. We found this place to be excellent value and would absolutely recommend it to other groups of friends or families, especially given the great location and ample space.

Ming Chun was so nice and super accommodating the entire trip! They allowed us to check-in and cleaned the room for us a few hours early and was so kind when we had to get the house key replaced. If I’m ever back in Taiwan, will definitely come back!

The location is great, surrounded by plenty of good food options and a well-known local temple. The room is spacious, and there’s a laundry shop nearby. However, the entrance is sometimes obstructed by cars parked haphazardly, making access a bit difficult. There is also some mild mold on the bathroom door. Overall, it’s worth the value.

Easy to find and responsive as well. Building looks old but the room itself is very clean and neat.

I really don't write reviews like this, but if I come back to Taiwan next time, I definitely want to come back. The accommodation is so clean, pretty, and well organized. The location was great and the check-in time was adjusted, so I had a really good rest. Thank you so much. I'll use it again next time!!

The location was so central to everything! I loved my stay and and all the recommendations of food spots to eat. It was easy to check in and out.

Good wifi Can do laundry clean toilet and heater has a ref and blower Mugs for coffee 2 blocks away to Ximending Night Market and Exit 6 to Ximen Station 2 nearby 7/11 OK good job 🤙🏻

We had a lovely stay at En-Chia’s place, she’s very friendly and quick response with any questions. The apartment is close to convenient stores and Ximen shopping area which is very handy. Highly recommended for next time. 😊

Great place for my boyfriend and I’s week long stay in Taipei. Conveniently located in ximen and within walking distance of the MRT and various bus stops. Would recommend!

For the price that we paid, I think this place is quite good. The host is very helpful and responsive no matter how late we texted and asked for help. However, there's one negative thing which is the toilet, it smelled like piss. Still, because of how nice the host was/is, we still think it's worth giving the place a high rating

Excellent spot in the heart of Ximending! We absolutely loved our stay. We were very grateful to the host for the flexible check-in time and all of the local recommendations. Three things I would note are 1. the beds are very hard, which many people enjoy but it was a bit too hard for my mother. 2. The room is beautiful and smells lovely, though the nextdoor neighbour smokes and the hallway does have a notable cigarette smell (my mother is sensitive to this). 3. The sound of the rain is very loud so I would suggest earplugs. We really enjoyed staying here and had a great trip. Thank you to the host!

It felt local, and the accommodation was very clean and nice. If you take a photo in the hallway just before sunset, you can get a good quality photo. The price is good, and the location is close to the inside of the cement, so it's good to control the accommodation, outside, accommodation, and outside. I highly recommend it.

Amazing location! Right next to the Ximending shopping area but still away from the crowds and noise. It's about 10-15 minutes away walk to the Ximen mrt station and only a 10 minute drive to the Taipei main station. Place looked just like the pictures and was clean. The hosts were very responsive and helpful! The only downside was that the hallway outside the apartment smelt like cigarette smoke but we didnt have any issues with it getting in the apartment. We would definitely stay here again though!

I had a great stay here! The room was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect—close to a convenience store, so I could grab snacks and essentials whenever I wanted. Pei was super quick to reply and really friendly too. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a hassle-free stay!

I stayed as a group of 7, and it was really nice in every aspect, including the location, space, and friendliness of the host. Based on the central space, there were 3 rooms on the left and 1 room on the right, so it was good to use the rooms separately for men and women. Ximending is a 10-minute walk, and there are many places to go, such as a convenience store, a pork noodle restaurant, and a breakfast restaurant right in front of the accommodation. I recommend it!

Absolutely an incredible host and location was perfect! Near everything with great restaurants literally right below where you are l staying.

Good Airbnb, easy to find, easy to check-in, close to Metro station. Good communication, was flexible in changing my duration of stay because my plans changed! Laundromat and washing detergent is present, easy to use. Hangers are also provided to dry your clothes easily Water heater power was weak, but sufficient for quick shower.

The host is very responsive, and the place is great—perfectly located near Ximending. It’s an ideal spot for solo travelers or groups of friends. The internet connection is also reliable, which is a big plus!

We had a lovely stay! The host was incredibly welcoming—waiting for us at the doorstep when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The house itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Although it’s located in a lively and bustling district, the place was surprisingly quiet and felt very safe. It’s also close to lots of amazing local eateries and just a short walk to Meng Ga, which is a big plus for food lovers! The host also checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!
