Razem z rodziną i znajomymi spędziliśmy świetnie czas u Giovanniego (6 osób oraz dziecko). Dom jest świetnie wyposażony, ma wszystko czego potrzebujesz, od sztućców i naczyń po pralkę, ekspres do kawy, kawiarkę i tym podobne. Trzeba pamiętać o tym, że pościel oraz ręczniki kosztuje dodatkowe 25 euro od osoby, ale jest to zawarte w ofercie domu oraz dodatkowo zostaliśmy o to zapytani przed przyjazdem. Taras przed domem jest świetny do wspólnych posiłków, oraz przestrzeń za domem pozwala się zrelaksować ponieważ panuje tu cisza i spokój. W skrócie oferta odpowiada rzeczywistości, a Giovanni jest świetnym gospodarzem, zawsze odpowiadał szybko na każde nasze zapytanie. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue est à couper le souffle on pourrait la contempler pendant des heures! Nous étions au calme en dehors de la saison donc peu de voisins. Le logement est identique à l’annonce, nous avons apprécié la cuisine dans laquelle il y avait tout le matériel pour cuisiner comme à la maison. Giorgio était très réactif et proactif dans les informations ou demande. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez passer un séjour ressourçant en Sardaigne plusieurs des plus belles plages de Sardaigne se trouvent à moins de 20 min de la maison en voiture et des plages sont également accessibles à pieds. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne nous relouerons certainement ce logement. Élodie et sylvain

The accommodation was absolutely fantastic and we felt right at home. Michela really thought of every little detail and looked after us really well. She had left all sorts of recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area, which were all great. Whether you arrive by plane or ferry, this accommodation is the perfect introduction to Sardinia.

Wonderful stay! Silvia’s apartment was absolutely stunning, super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We felt at home right away. Silvia is a fantastic host. Kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Patrizia fue en todo momento muy amable! Al llegar, tuvimos una demora de 6hs por parte de nuestra aerolínea y nos esperó cuando llegamos a la noche. Cada dia de por medio nos preguntaba como estábamos, si necesitábamos algo, y desde el minuto uno nos dió recomendaciones sobre que tours hacer/a que playas ir/ donde comer como un local. Desde que llegamos y hasta que nos fuimos, siempre estuvo predispuesta a todo, con una sonrisa enorme. Le pondría 10 estrellas, aunque solo puedo poner 5 en la plataforma. Gracias Paty! Vamos a volver seguro!

The four of us stayed for a week at the end of September and had great weather. Beautiful location, very comfortable accommodation and great for exploring surrounding area. A car is necessary but found the driving very easy. We had a wonderful week!

We had a wonderful week in a beautiful location and enjoyed all the amenities that the apartment offered. Not being in a main resort suited our needs perfectly. We were very pleased with Simone’s support throughout our stay.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen spektakulären Blick auf den Berg, wo sich der Abend gut ausklingen lässt. Roberto ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Er hat uns sogar einen Babystuhl für unsere 7 Monate alte Tochter organisiert! Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarschaft sehr gut. Vor der Tür gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze, sogar für unseren Camper! Ein sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Lorenzo’s home was fabulous! Right on the beach with a fantastic large patio area outside in the garden. The pictures do not show how truly beautiful the space is. Lorenzo is an exceptional host as he helped us figure out how to pay a parking ticket we had received. This is a great home for families.

We loved our stay at Manuela’s! What an amazing place. Stunning view, close walk to beach, very clean, and was stocked very well! We had everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend staying here.

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern im Oktober in Tomasino's Unterkunft. Es ist eine Wohnung mit eigener Veranda und Garten. Es war alles war sehr sauber und vor allem das Bad wie neu. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Küche gut ausgestattet und sie verfügt sogar über einen Geschirrspüler. Von der Veranda hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Olivenbaum im Garten. Tomasino wohnt im gleichen Haus. Er ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar selbst gepflückte Äpfel geschenkt. Die Kommunikation verlief hauptsächlich mit seiner Tochter per What's App. Von ihr haben wir bereits vorab alle wichtigen Infos zum Check-In und während unseres Aufenthalts viele Insider-Tipps für die Umgebung erhalten. Auf Fragen hat sie immer sofort reagiert. Sehr nette Familie!

Our stay with Daniela was absolutely amazing. Her communication is fantastic! The villa was better than what we expected. Spectacular views, the decor, and huge closets. Everything was super clean. The stay is something that will forever be remembered. She helped us with some of our issues and actually saved our trip when we had some problems. I cannot explain how fantastic this stay was. We will be back. If you are reading this just book. The price for what you get is truely worth it. The best Airbnb host we have ever had!

Всё соответствовало фото и описанию. В квартире есть всё необходимое для отдыха. Нам особенно понравилась своя территория на свежем воздухе, где мы проводили почти всё время, которое проводили в жилье. Постель была идеально чистой. Нам очень понравился пляж, рядом с жильём к которому можно добраться за 1 минуту на машине

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

It took us 8 minutes to get to Floriana and Kristina's place from the airport. We had taken an evening flight so it was great to only have to drive a short distance to our accommodations. But what was amazing was the selection of restaurants, shops and live music available once we got settled in. Next door was a wine bar, there was an amazing restaurants with an acoustic singer a few steps past that. It was so nice being able to have a great meal after a long day. The walkability of the entire area outside of Floriana and Kristina's place was ideal for an already beautiful area. After dinner, we went for a walk down to the ferris wheel and got some great views of the area. The apartment itself was gorgeous - so clean, exactly as described and it was very quiet in the evening. We had no issues with falling asleep - we were in disbelief that this bustling area outside had no impact on the quietness of the interior of the apartment. Love these accommodations and wish we stayed longer!

Had a great stay at the penthouse. Leonardo was a great host and attentive to all needs. He even made sure the place was stocked with milk for our little one in case shops were closed as our flight was in the evening. The terrace has beautiful views and the kitchen is well equipped. The space is great and the beds are comfortable. The only thing that might be difficult is the stairs leading up if you have a little one. But other than that would definitely return. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo questo alloggio a causa di un cambio programma. Antonio è stato da subito disponibile rispondendo velocemente alle nostre domande. Prima dell’arrivo ci ha inviato informazioni dettagliate per l’ingresso anticipando il check in e posticipando il check out senza nessun problema! La casa era pulita ed esattamente come descritta, perfetta per 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Zona giorno un po’ buia ma è possibile utilizzare il portico esterno per mangiare restando comunque riparati e nella privacy. La piscina ad utilizzo comune è molto bella, pulita. La zona è tranquilla, ha vicino un piccolo market (10 min circa a piedi), gelateria e pizzeria/rosticceria. In macchina a pochi minuti si raggiungono spiagge bellissime!!

Norma’s place was sparkling clean, a few meters from the beach and from the piazzetta. The apartment we were looking for for our holidays in Porto San Paolo. I can only recommend!

L’appartamento è davvero bello e in una posizione stupenda che domina la piazza centrale di San Teodoro. Il figlio Lapo ci ha dato tante informazioni ed è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie

Katia’s place is spectacular, right next to the water, offering two private beaches, a beautiful garden with a stone table with incredible view! Loved the gallery space outside of the house and the inside is super clean and modern. Katia was a super friendly and attentive host, she lives on the house on top but she always respected our privacy. Also the place is fully equipped with anything you need and more, there was cooking stuff, wine, coffee, water, fruits, many hygiene products, sunscreen. One of the best places we stayed!

Uitstekend en erg goed uitgerust appartement met een mooie veranda en tuin (privé). Simona heeft ons vriendelijk wegwijs gemaakt en alles uitgelegd. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Bedbank slaapt prima. Strand, haven en dorp op loopafstand. Ook andere leuke plaatsen dichtbij. Kortom uitstekende plek om een aangenaam verblijf te hebben!
