Family-friendly holiday rentals in San Pedro del Pinatar

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

No le doy 10 estrellas, porque no hay. Si fuera una nota numérica, sería un 11 sobre 10. Antonio es un anfitrión muy amable, atento, siempre pendiente de que estemos bien y vayamos a lugares de ensueño. El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización privada, con dos piscinas y jacuzzi en cada una de ellas, jardines muy bien mantenidos y una comunidad de vecinos tranquila. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en cualquier apartamento de Antonio. Muchas gracias por todo de parte de las tres, Antonio.

Super bon séjour, hôtes parfaits, communication parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement la maison est très bien équipée. Par contre il faut une voiture.

Todo perfecto: apartamento muy agradable con todas las comodidades, excelente atención del propietario, ubicación perfecta en una bonita urbanización pegada al campo de golf de La Roda y a centros comerciales, restaurantes, zonas de ocio y playas. Totalmente recomendable. Si hay que poner una pega es que la alcachofa de ducha del baño principal está bastante mal. Por lo demás, totalmente recomendable.

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as amazing as a couple of years ago. Exceptionally clean with the most wonderful terrace and easy access to the pool. In a fabulous location within a short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. Would not hesitate to recommend and we will hopefully be back!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top: ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und komme definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Alles, was wir brauchten, war da. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Wasserboiler und Pascual hat sich sofort darum gekümmert.Super! Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und danken Pascual sehr für die Gastfreundschaft und das Willkommens-Geschenk im Kühlschrank💐Sehr empfehlenswert, wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

We stayed for only a night but enjoyed it greatly. We were a group of 9 people mid 20s. All was very well laid out nice and cool for June, the pool was lovely. To put one minor point against the place would be the upstairs bathroom as its almost completely open plan, so it does limit a bit but with good communication theres no bother and we had no issue. Mari Carmen was very lovely and welcoming, we couldnt thank her enough for the warm welcome we received.

Nos sorprendió mucho el piso. Unas vistas preciosas y con mucha tranquilidad. Supera las espectativas. Pero lo mejor fué Paco. Nos atendió muy amablemente y nos explico todo a lo que le preguntamos, incluso nos pasó un gran listado de donde ir y que hacer. Es bonito poder decir que volveré porque realmente estuvimos muy a gusto. Nos quedariamos cortos diciendo todo, porque os aseguro que ir aquí vale mucho la pena. Un gran abrazo y muchas gracias.

Este piso fue un verdadero oasis durante mi mudanza. Necesitaba alojarme unos días en un sitio tranquilo y realmente este alojamiento ha superado mis expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable, a un paso de la playa, y la tranquilidad de la urbanización me permitió relajarme en un momento de mucho estrés junto a mi perra, una Golden Retriever de 8 años. La urbanización es muy segura, con parking privado y daba gusto dormir por las noches. Nada de fiestas ni de ruidos por parte de los vecinos. El piso es precioso, muy bien decorado, con unas vistas estupendas al mar, super limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La comunicación con José Carlos y Marta fue excelente, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. ¡Recomiendo este alojamiento al 100%!

One of the best ABB’s we have stayed in the only thing would be to remove the pallets from the outer courtyard but that is being petty. Great place

Prima verblijf, schoon en comfortabel. Gerrit reageert snel en adequaat op vragen. Veel supermarkten en restaurants op loopafstand. Goede bedden.

We had a fantastic 11 day stay. Mark and Emma were great to deal with. We had no issues at all and did not need to contact them during our stay, however before our stay both got back to us very quickly with what we were looking for. The apartment was exactly as expected, the only issue we faced was the pool as we found it very deep for our children (1 & 6) and the kids pool is very small but this was only a personal issue! It is about a 10 minute walk to the strip and maybe 15-20 to the beach and 15 minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

wir waren über Sylvester eine Woche hier… war etwas kühler als erhofft, aber das Haus lässt sich gut heizen, hat alles, was man braucht und ist gemütlich! Die 2 Schaukelstühle auf der Terrasse sind für Raucher natürlich der Knaller :)) Mietwagen ist zwingend nötig, wir waren reiten und natürlich Kartfahren im Club Elche - davon muss ich abraten. 2 Autos mit Motorproblemen, keine Ersatzwagen, dabei waren wir nur 6… sehr enttäuschend. Ansonsten natürlich in der Lazy Cow gebechert und pool gespielt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed a month and loved every minute of it. The Home has everything and even more than we expected. Literally everything you could possibly need. The sea view from the balcony was amazing. We had coffee every morning there. Great place for couples and family. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen clean and comfortable. TV had Netflix and Prime video and other channels available. The WiFi never failed. It’s a 3 minute walk to neighborhood restaurants, bus stop, pharmacy, bars, and a 24/7 convenience market. The best place so far. Definitely recommend. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. There are restaurants and a boardwalk nearby too. The city center is a 5 minute drive by car. Many restaurants and shops there as well. I just can’t say enough. Alberto was absolutely amazing and responses quickly. Thank you so much for allowing us the pleasure. We hope to come back.

Rosalia and Pepe have a beautiful home. It was perfect for your trip and we felt instantly at home. The place is filled with wonderful paintings by Rosalia. The lay out is perfect for not being on top of each other, and the amenities were great. Looking forward to seeing the padel court go up! Rosalia and Pepe were very helpful and patient with our limited Spanish speaking and made us feel very welcomed. Would go back again.

Vi fick ett personligt mottagande och en genomgång av huset när vi kom fram. Huset var perfekt för vår familj alla bekvämligheter som vi önskade. Margarita var mycket vänlig och mån om att vi hade det bra. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
