Holiday rentals with beach access in San Pedro del Pinatar

Rafaela ha estado pendiente de todo. el lugar muy bonito, levantarse mirado al mar es maravilloso. El piso está reformado , todo exterior. Sin duda para repetir.

Amazing holiday in your apartment, so we'll equip and homely. Loved that we didn't have to buy oil for cooking or soaps and cleaning equipment. Bed linen and towels were super clean and it was great that there were extras. Would highly recommend. Thank you again, I hope everything is in order.

호스트는 친절하고 다정했다. 숙소는 내집처럼 편안하고 깨끗했다. 도보 5분거리에 멋진 해변이 있고 근처에 상점들이 있다. 대형마트나 쇼핑센터는 차로 15분 거리에 있다. 가격대비 만족도 높은 숙소였다.

Todo perfecto, la zona de terraza con la barbacoa las hamacas y las sombrillas, la casa siempre fresquita con los aires acondicionados y completamente equipada, a 2 minutos de la playa, zona muy tranquila, recomendable 100%

A 200mts del Ayuntamiento y quizá a 500mts de la playa. Con la opción de garaje privado dentro del mismo edificio. Nos tocó un 2º sin ascensor pero no viene mal algo de deporte aunque las personas de movilidad reducida deben tenerlo en cuenta antes. Baño pequeñito pero todo nuevo, todo limpio, buenas atenciones, buena situación, ideal para familias y hacer vida en los muchos y buenos sitios para comer y cenar de la zona. Probablemente estuviéramos estrenando la reforma de dicho apartamento ya que olía "a obra nueva", dicho esto sin que llegara a ser molesto, más bien como detalle descriptivo del estado en el que se encuentra. A mi juicio un acierto incluidas las atenciones de las personas que intervinieron en el proceso, un saludo.

Nos ha gustado mucho, hemos ido con un bebé y ha sido muy cómodo estar allí. Nos recibió con unos bombones muy ricos. Todo muy limpio, ubicación genial para no coger el coche, fácil aparcamiento sin pago, no le faltaba detalle, no necesitamos nada adicional, repetiremos.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Muy buen alojamiento , excelentemente ubicado , cómodo para familias y muy cerca de restaurantes y varias playas, no fue necesario usar carro para transportarme, muy céntrico

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus direkt am Binnensee auf La Manga, super ausgestattet, alles war da, was man sich wünschte. Nach knapp zweistündiger Fahrt vom Flughafen Alicante (auf der Rückfahrt mit 9,70 Euro Maut ging es schneller) kommt man auf einer Insel mit unzähligen Hochhäusern in ein kleines Idyll, in dem man sich am Rande von touristischem Leben und Trubel komplett in der Natur fühlt. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen oder länger unbewohnt gewesen, doch nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir alles so hergerichtet, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet zum wohlfühlen. Direkter Zugang zum Strand und Blick auf das Meer. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen!

Was allowed to check in early which was great as landed early. Villa was amazing…. Having 3 bathrooms was a god send as everyone could shower at their leisure Golf course was stunning and restaurant done lovely food - 16 min walk from villa Getting to nearest village / bars etc is short taxi ride Pavo was extremely helpful and always quick to respond Will defo rent again !!!!!

Top appartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het was schoon, aan het strand (incl stoeltjes en parasol), parkeergarage inbegrepen en een fijne host. Het gaf de mogelijkheid om lekker in het appartement te ontbijten en te lunchen, maar ook zit er wanneer je de deur uitloopt genoeg om dat buiten de deur te doen. Een fijne schone badkamer met ook de mogelijkheid om de was te doen, een fijne keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, en het bed lag heerlijk. Ook een fijn balkon waar je lekker kan zitten.

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

For en fantastisk leilighet! Den har perfekt beliggenhet på stranden, og med utsikt over strand og havet. Vi hadde lest noen anmeldelser som nevnte kirkeklokken. For oss ble det en naturlig det av lydbildet og sjenerte oss ikke. Leiligheten har alt du trenger for selvhushold om du ønsker det. Patrick og den lokale hushjelpen er hyggelige og de er lett å kommunisere med. Rett over gaten er et veldig flott bakeri, og på matbutikken må jeg nevne damen som jobber i ferskvaren. Hun hadde god kunnskap om ost med mer. Vi kommer tilbake og anbefaler Patrick og leiligheten på det varmeste😊

Aunque tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos para entrar al apartamento porque nos dejaron las llaves equivocadas, Marina fue una muy buena anfitriona y nos trató súper bien. Nos dio muchas recomendaciones sobre Santa Pola (restaurantes, alquiler de barco) y estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos y disfrutando. El apartamento en sí es lindo y tal cual las fotos, con una gran vista al mar. Lo recomendamos.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Det var lätt att hitta, och nyckeln var lättåtkomlig. Rent och fint i lägenheten. Värden hörde av sig flera gånger och undrade om allt var bra. Det var väldigt bra, och vi kan tänka oss att återkomma. Vi rekommenderar det till våra vänner
