This place was amazing! We had a full size apartment that was fully stocked! The manager met us when we got there with rum punch drinks. The apartment was so beautiful! Everything looked brand new. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Fully stocked with all essentials. The pool and beach and pier were so relaxing. There was kayaks and cornhole but we didn’t use them. We would definitely stay here again if we came back!

This was truly the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! Our host went above and beyond in every way. She helped us book a taxi and purchase a golf cart, and when I unexpectedly had to stay in Belize City, she connected me with a local taxi driver to make the process seamless. She even helped my partner plan a surprise for me with balloons and dessert—such a thoughtful and personal touch! The Airbnb itself was exactly like the photos—absolutely stunning. The master bedroom was beautiful, and the 2-bedroom, 2-bath setup was perfect for the price. The location is amazing, with a delicious café across the street serving great coffee. The pool was so relaxing and quiet; it was truly a peaceful escape. I can’t recommend this host and property enough. If you’re considering staying here, book it—you won’t regret it!

This condo was beautiful and spacious! Lots of room and a great balcony to sit out and enjoy the breeze. Also it was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at an Airbnb! The pool was large and relaxing. We did have to deal with a little construction noise next door while at the pool but we were ok with that. The location was perfect. It was close to downtown San Pedro but not too close and close to other restaurants that you weren’t having to travel to far. Overall great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset. The layout was perfect for my family. Loved the views and the peacefulness. Would definitely stay here again.

This location requires a ferry to reach, but the location is peaceful and easy to navigate. Beautiful property that you will no doubt be able to just hangout and spend some relaxing time.

The modern amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable, and the multiple pools overlooking the beach and ocean were absolutely heavenly. The resort features two fantastic restaurant options, both offering delicious meals with stunning views. We also indulged in the spa facilities, which were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. The condo is impeccably maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of fresh towels provided. Additionally, the transportation to and from the airport was seamlessly arranged, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. We had an amazing stay at Velento. The accommodations were perfect for our large group. The views are breathtaking and the grounds and unit were incredibly well kept. The staff is so friendly and went over and above to make our stay memorable from decorating our unit before we arrived so we could celebrate our recent college graduates to helping us throughout our stay. We enjoyed our stay at the La Perla Del Caribe. The listing and photos accurately described both the location and the accommodations. The staff was amazing. They were kind, helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was exactly what we wanted. Fabulous communication by Ester from booking to departure from property. Anything and everything you need she can help. She booked my bd dinner reservation at a restaurant that really makes the celebrated person(s) feel special. She also booked an amazing full day of fishing, snorkeling, feeding tarpon & stingrays, and barbecuing our catch for our lunch on Caye Caulker. The property has fully stocked kitchens (2), each of the 3 BRs has its own bathroom plus a half bath upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Comfortable beds. AWESOME private pier with a covered hut (thatched cover) at the end and 2 lounges & a hammock as well as bench seating. Access to the sea water is at the end of the pier too. Loved being able to go topside to another covered hut & hammock to watch the sunsets. Also 4 more lounge chairs closer to the house. THE MOST AMAZING VIEW of the sea, pier and palm trees. We feel it was worth the $ and would liked to have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed. Great AC in every room. The views are breathtaking, windows everywhere. With that being said, outside noise is on the loud side. Especially on the weekend being right next to the split. If you are a light sleeper that could be an issue. Stephanie was the BEST! She was extremely helpful with arranging transportation to and from the airport. The meals at the hotel are delicious and at a great price. You can rent a golf cart if needed but we walked almost everywhere on the small island and didn't need one. Really enjoyed the stay and it is a true five star! The pictures don't lie, beautiful place! Would love to stay here again.

This house and the pool and the dock area are all wonderful. Very peaceful and was exactly what I was hoping it would be. My husband and I had the upstairs suite and my son and his girlfriend had the downstairs suite. There was plenty of space. The golf cart was a great add on. We toured into town and beyond a lot. The only negative was that it had rained a lot while we were there and it made the road very hard to drive. The 3 miles down the gravel to the pavement took us up to twenty minutes to drive. I seen on line that they fixed it the day after we left. Of course. We sat on the dock and watched the fish and stingrays. Pretty cool. We kayaked and fished as well. Everything we needed was there. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting a beautiful home with an amazing view.

Definitely a beautiful location, we had a group of 5 women and everyone had their own space. It’s exactly like the pictures describe. Things to note: there’s not much to do in San Pedro but the restaurants are amazing. The location is further out BUT there are treats around it

When we first arrived, we had been in the jungle area of Cayo for several days. San Pedro felt hectic and busy - like the Brooklyn of Belize. But Capt. Robby’s place is magical. It’s just far enough from the hustle and bustle to really slow down and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings and what the island has to offer. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is utilitarian but so comfortable. We slept great every night in the darkened rooms. The rest of the time we were either outside on a boat tour with Thomas (we did two days of fishing and snorkeling, worth the trip alone), walking to the delicious and easy Tropical Escape restaurant, or watching the day unfold on the porch with their lovely dogs frolicking and the Caribbean Sea serving as a stunning backdrop. The family lives upstairs and were gracious and welcoming. There are there if needed, but not intrusive in any way. We plan to come back again and again. Rent a golf cart so you can get around - though you won’t want to leave.

My wife, two young boys, & myself had a wonderful experience at Shades of Blue. From crystal clear waters, to stars galore, beautifulviews, a fantastic care taker of the property, plenty of marine life, etc. The island is fantastic & the home itself is located in a great location if you want a quiet spot. The home has everything you could possibly need. I never like being in the busy areas so this was perfect for us. The only thing I would say is if you’re traveling with young ones & it’s not peak tourist season getting the appropriate groceries & can prove to be a bit of a chore. They offer a service to have groceries waiting for you upon your arrival & I highly suggest utilizing this. A golf cart is absolutely essential due to the location of the property in respect to restaurants, San Pedro Town, Secret Beach, etc. The only issue we had during our stay was a problem with the keyless entry, but the caretaker took care of it immediately.

Perfect place for 2 couples and centrally located. The pool ended up being a perfect cool down and we even used the grill on a day when our dives were canceled due to windy conditions. The apartment was also pretty spacious and Yunior was always very responsive.

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

This is a resort, it's location and staff are excellent. Cleaners came daily and refreshed linens, coffee, and washing machine pods. Condo itself needs some updating, but we spent so.much time on the pristine beach that it didn't matter. Really high tax on all food/drinks, so be warned! We used the dock as an excursion pick up and drop off point, that was great. Very slow and even unresponsive on the airbnb app for communication before arrival. So, this is a resort and you check in at the front desk and have to put a credit card on file before getting keys. Check your bill daily .

We loved staying at Ron's place in San Pedro! It was a beautiful location. It is outside of the busy downtown area of San Pedro which is very nice. The pools were amazing! They have 6 pools and 2 hot tubs as well as a beach area to swim in. The swim up bar was so nice, the Banana Daquiri was delicious! The condo was so big and had everything we could need. It is nice that there is also a grocery and liquor store right there. We picked up a few things like water, Rum and juice. We were able to watch the Chiefs win the Super Bowl while we were there. It has a nice patio area to sit in and hang swim suits to dry. We also ordered pizza one night and it was a quick walk to the grocery store to pick it up. We ate breakfast and lunch at the swim up bar and both were delicious. The other nice thing was that all of our tours we booked picked us up right at the dock at Grand Caribe. That was beyond nice! Definitely would stay here again! Thank you, Ron!

We absolutely loved this place! It’s away from the noisiness of the city on a very great location. The owner was really kind and helped us anything we needed. Great place, I highly recommend!

The highlight of our stay was Rafael, the caretaker. He greeted us on arrival and gave a full walk-through of the condo, showing us how to use everything and offering tips on where to eat, shop and explore. His insight into local culture and customs was invaluable, especially for first-time visitors. He even followed up after our night out and checked to make sure we made it home safely. The condo itself was spotless and fully stocked, with beach towels (a huge bonus), a kitchen ready for cooking and comfy beds with more pillows than Martha Stewart would dare use. The pool was crystal clear, the neighbors were friendly and secure parking was available for our golf cart. The TV included local cable and popular streaming apps. From start to finish, Rafael made us feel like family. His warmth, thoughtfulness and attention to detail turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. Every Airbnb should be this welcoming.

The condo worked perfectly for our family of four. It had everything we needed and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall, we really liked the condo. The welcome cocktails were a cute touch. We loved the location and loved Coco‘s Loco bar being right there attached to the swimming pool. I had seen another review that mentioned that as a negative, but we thought it was definitely a positive. We hung out there almost every night, and met both locals and tourists at the bar who became friends, and we thought the owner and bartenders were great. We liked the general layout and size of the condo. We only used the master bedroom, and found the bed quite comfortable. The master bedroom light flickered often, which was a bit annoying, but not a huge deal. The bathroom was decent and stocked with brand new towels. The kitchen was well-equipped and roomy, with a fridge stocked with beer, soda, and juice. Alexandra was attentive to any needs that arose while we were there, although communication took a bit longer than we’d prefer, but I guess that’s due to “island time”. We will happily stay here again!!
