Apartment holiday rentals in San Pedro

We loved our stay at this Vacasa Rental. It was like having our own private beach. The locals were very friendly and we got to know the staff at The Hula Bar on the pier, which had just recently opened. Waking up to the rustling sea and palm trees was magical. We kayaked for free and I even saw a stingray in the water. I could really get used to living like that. Love love loved our stay!

We had a little hiccup at check-in, but the host was absolutely incredible with accommodations. The location is absolutely perfect- very close to the split and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beach access is right next to the home and you have access to Kayaks, and bikes which is super helpful in Caye Caulker. Definitely would recommend!

Vincent's place was amazing! Its proximity to the split was very convenient. The private beach in the back was beautiful and secluded. I read on the rooftop every morning. Vincent was extremely responsive, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay in Caye Caulker!

We stayed a quick four nights here and loved the location. We were in caye caulker a year ago and stayed a little further inland. Loved the convenience of being so close to everything, yet still not in a super busy area. The staff was very helpful and responsive with all questions. I clean Airbnb’s back home in SLC and loved walking into a nice clean unit. Usually i am picky :) Our one issue was we didnt have hot water. It never warmed up for us. The staff was quick to fix it, but it never warmed up. It was manageable and we were just so happy to be there that we didnt make it an issue. We will be back! Thank you.

Have stayed with Sue several times, it’s a great place to stay, it’s on the water, great view and breeze and Sue is a great host, communicates well, place is clean and comfortable and you feel very safe and secure. Great pool is added bonus!! Will stay at Sue Casa again!

We stayed in the Coral Suite and loved it! Jeymie our host was excellent in communicating and answering any questions we asked. The location is perfect. Right out the outskirts of the main town but still within so many amenities. The Alibi Restaurant in the building is amazing! Great prices for drinks and food. Joe the owner is the best! Highly recommend the Reef Lofts and will come back again!

The place was front and center of BluZen. The pool is right there, the restaurant/bar is right there, the boat taxi is right there and you can’t beat the ocean view in the morning. We loved Caye Caulker and Scott’s place and are already talking about going back. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We traveled with our 5 and 7 year old and they both had a blast. We used the bikes quite a bit and rode to Bliss Beach on 2 of the days we were there, which we loved. We also enjoyed the Pelican Sunset for dinner and sunset. Sting rays at the Iguana Inn was also a favorite thing. BluZen reception people were always helpful and responsive when we had a question as well. It was really nice to have the option to have it cleaned midweek, as we sometimes don’t like airb&bs because of no cleaning.

Condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The location is a bit out of the way so I’d definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around. Very quiet and safe area. Had a bit of an issue with the AC and it was resolved almost immediately and communication was excellent. Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay! Everything is as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. All was well appointed and made for a refreshing vacation! I would book here again and for reference I am a picky traveler. Lol

Conveniently located in the heart of San Pedro. We rented a golf cart but it was only needed for the trip to secret beach as we were able to walk to bars, stores and our tours meetup spots. The apartment was super cute and had everything we needed. Communication was great, always received a response within minutes to any questions we had.

This was our third vacation in Belize but first time staying in Caye Caulker. We loved it! The people, the views, the food, the serenity….it’s all unmatched! This unit was perfect. View from the balcony was gorgeous. We even watched the sunrise! Perfectly peaceful! A pool and bar were only steps away. If you’re looking to relax, chill, and unwind this is the place! We’ll be back, very soon!

My family and I had the best time at Bryan’s place. His staff Monique and Freddy were both super responsive to us and beyond helpful. Freddy became a friend! We would suggest this home and place to anyone and would come back in a heart beat! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This was a perfect little home for us to explore Caye Caulker from. Lucretia was friendly and helpful from beginning to end. We used the kitchen and fans and everything was as expected from the listing. We loved our time at Lucretia's home in Caye Caulker and recommend it. It was close to the Split, a little beach, and all the restaurants around.

Great place. Great location. Everything is just a cart ride away. Also lounging on the roof is great.

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

Great location and the host was very friendly and responded fast, connected us to people on the island so we had someone nearby to contact and to give us a ride from the boat to the room.

Caye Reefe Condos are great for a small family or 2 couples. I went with my daughter and we felt safe, were able to walk around and just steps from the beach!
