We enjoyed our stay at the La Perla Del Caribe. The listing and photos accurately described both the location and the accommodations. The staff was amazing. They were kind, helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was exactly what we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to return if our travels brought us to this beautiful island again in the future.

Villa Serenity offers the perfect blend of a private house and resort-like amenities. Upon booking, I was contacted by the concierge, Zoby, who went above and beyond to ensure our smooth arrival. Zoby arranged our airline tickets to the island, golf cart rental, and snorkeling tour before we even set foot on the island.Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and Zoby gave us a tour of the house and property. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to cook several breakfasts and dinners effortlessly. The rooms were spaced apart nicely, providing each guest with ample privacy. The property was well maintained, and the entire time we were there, it remained quiet and serene. We had the pool to ourselves most days, but even when other families were present, the design of the pool ensured that everyone had enough space to enjoy themselves. the house was beautiful with the best view. Watched swarms of dragon flys feeding in the morning on the screened off patio. It was so awesome to watch!! Ezickle was amazing and was very responsive if we needed anything. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you had fun fishing on the new deck as well.

Byron's place was the perfect place to unwind for the week. He had so many helpful tips and recommendations... especially for someone who has never been to SP. He recommended a small Golf Cart rental place, MK's, that turned out to be the perfect choice. You'll DEFINITELY want a golf cart while you are there as you are pretty far away from town. That was part of the appeal and charm for us. The golf cart rides exploring the island was one of our favorite things. It's a good idea to bring a small high powered flashlight to help with night travels. I bring one everywhere I go & I'm glad as the golf cart lights tend to be dim. Byron was so responsive & helpful wirh everything & the house & it's amenities were perfect. I highly recommend staying at Byron's! . Also Byron left binder with list of recommendations & very clear instructions on everything, & his manager, Rubio, walks you through everything. Also make sure you check out Maya & Viv for tours, a single mother & daughter team.

Very nice place. Not really walkable to eat and do other activities so you will need a golf cart. It was fine for me as I rather drive into the action and go home to peace. Hired a cook for the week… Marcelicoy… they were great and great food. Enjoyed our stay.

Blue Hicaco was a dream for my family of four. Mary met us at the door with keys and instructions along with recommendations for food and fun activities for the kids. We adventured all day and then spent evenings cooling off at the pool. We loved our time there and definitely recommend the house. It was a little off the beaten path and that was perfect for us!

Casa Holiday was perfect for my family. The property was very clean and the pictures matched what is shown on the listing. Very thoughtful, unexpected amenities like ground, coffee, shampoo and conditioner packets, small in room safes and a bottled water dispenser. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning units worked well. The screened in porch is nice for sitting out at night without mosquitoes. The pool area was perfect and well kept. Walking distance to several restaurants. Easy to get back into town by golf cart.

Casa Redonda was awesome! The golf cart ride into town is around 30 minutes, but the south part of the island was beautiful. The house had games, a pool, and a dock we walked out to every morning. It was perfect for our family trip! Barbara was so helpful during the entire planning process and answered all of my questions very promptly. Brian and Cynthia were the on-site caretakers and we're so helpful and nice. Brian even cut coconuts for us daily so we could have some coconut water. the house was everything you needed and it was great having the housekeeping service there each day. Thank you for a very enjoyable and memorable stay at Casa Redonda, looking forward to our return!

Casa Miradores was the perfect choice for for us! Beautiful home, close to town but very private and peaceful. Excellent, friendly management staff. The amenities, pool, beach, rooftop grill, etc, made for an absolutely enjoyable week in San Pedro.

Listing a little far from the center, but it was said in the advertisement. Johnny takes great care of his hosts and is very caring. On the last day, the valet was not there to bring our suitcases and Johnny took his vehicle to take us back to the port. We didn't get a chance to take a trip with him because we had a baby with us but I'm sure we would have had a lovely day. I highly recommend this place and the people who take care of it are just as important as the site itself. Thank you for these 4 days.

The host was amazing with communication. I had a little trouble finding the home at first but was able to video call with Gineli who guided me right to it. They had our rooms nice and cool upon arrival. The view is nice from the upstairs unit. Would stay again!

Water’s Edge did not disappoint! From the moment that my family and I got there, we enjoyed ourselves. Franz and Carla, the property caretakers, were great! They were responsive, friendly and always there to help. My son and I enjoyed fishing from the dock. I caught a Bonefish and hooked two tarpon with my fly rod from the dock, and my son caught his first Bonefish. My children loved hanging at the pool as well as taking a short golf cart ride to Secret Beach to spend the day while I was chasing Permit on the flats. There were a couple of small issues like the dishwasher was broken, but it was in the process of being replaced, and they had just installed a new stove but we couldn’t get the oven working. However, the guest suite downstairs had an oven so problem solved. In our mind, these were small things that didn’t take away from our great experience. We would stay at the spacious Water’s Edge again.

Wow, what can we say? This was a 5 star spot for us: quiet, secluded, and in a prime fishing spot! We love the trek up north to get away from it all and didn’t mind the 20 min golf cart rides from the Let It Go to get to the Chat And Chill, In D Wild, or Sapphire for meals if we didn’t want to cook. We brought groceries with us from town and bbq’d often as well. If you love quiet and beautiful, this is the spot! The kayaks are a sweet treat! It’s clear the owners of this property have poured lots of consideration and effort in brining their dream fishing retreat to life. Serjio is an incredible host who cares so much about his role and guests. He met us on site, showed us around and even came back to check on us brining local cuisine (INCREDIBLE) to sample. Super responsive and helpful guy.

Nice place, very clean and staff was friendly. Definitely would recommend. Make sure you have mosquito repellent and we did see a crocodile at the dock next to ours.

We had a fantastic stay at Ever Blue Villa just north of San Pedro! They accommodated our early arrival by letting us drop off our luggage prior to check-in. The place was beautiful, loved the marble floors, well equipped for our group of seven, and the pool was a dream for our afternoon swims. Beds were luxurious, en suites were beautiful, tons of space for our together time, and there were cool electronic devices like “Alexa” to keep us entertained. The hosts were fantastic and attentive! We thank them for their support in booking a taxi for us for our return to the airport at the end of our stay for a great price! Thanks to Jaime, Ciani, and especially Daniella! We highly recommend this rental to others!

gorgeous house & the pool is a plus. genuinely have no complaints. It was the best choice for my family and I. We were greeted at the ferry and taken to the house & got a ride back to the ferry at check out. Loved my stay here

Paradise! Look no further, best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Angela’s place is brand new and perfectly situated where you can see every sunrise and sunset, is quiet, and better priced than anywhere else we looked in Belize, especially for the house amenities and private beachfront. From the start, you can tell Angela and Amie truly care that your vacation is perfect, great recommendations, and helpful, like arranging transportation, I’m sure they will both be Super-hosts soon! I loved the iguanas, sting rays, and pelicans that you could see on site, from the beach or dock. The kayaks were amazing, and the water is so crystal clear. The north side of the split is way better, much quieter, easier to walk, and less touristy than the water taxi/airport side. I can see why Caye Caulker and the airbnb is Angie’s happy place, it is my happy place as well, and I cannot wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay! Sapphire Beach Resort is clean and peaceful. We felt safe and comfortable! The restaurant has excellent breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. They helped us book a snorkeling trip, as well as a fishing trip. The restaurant even prepared our catch! The build up of seaweed on the beach creates an unpleasant smell, but you do get used to it. The sand fleas are ready to feast on tender white skin morning and evening 😅 the front office said we should use baby oil. That worked much better than bug spray. Secret Beach is the best place to experience the Caribbean Sea…beautiful turquoise water, with no seaweed! And there’s plenty of places to buy food and drinks. We rented a golf cart to get around. That was a fun option for us! Would highly recommend. All around our week long trip was a great success and we’d definitely do it again!!!

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

Very nice place to stay and enjoy with the family! Sharilyn is very attentive as well as Jamal who guided us on how to get to the place. Everything is very clean, with everything you need to have an excellent stay. Loved it! 🌟

Lucrecia was so welcoming and kind! Made sure we had what we needed and gave so many recommendations. She was so helpful with transportation from the airport to the ferry and from the ferry to the birdhouses! Would definitely book again if we came back to Belize , couldn’t recommend this place anymore.

This was a great find! Great value for the property; it felt very high-end! Its a brand new villa on the ocean side of a condo complex currently under construction. When we first drove up I was concerned about possible noise or too many strangers around all of the time, but we really never new they were there due to the soundproofing in the villa and the seclusion of being forward on the property. Its in a great location, still close enough to town but far enough to enjoy peaceful evenings. A golf cart makes all things very accessible! I'd most definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect for our family of 4. The rooms were big and there were multiple places to set up our belongings. We loved sitting on the porch in the hammocks after settling in for the evening. The house is close to several bars and restaurants so even with people walking around the house at all hours, it still felt fairly quiet and private since you stay on the 2nd floor. Amelia was very responsive and accommodating. She brought fresh towels mid-way through our trip and was very helpful with giving an overview of the area when we checked in. We would stay here again and highly recommend to others.
