Holiday rentals with a pool in San Pancho

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

My wife and I and our two teenage kids stayed here for a week. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Casa Tiki. My son really enjoyed sleeping on the bed upstairs in the palapa and my daughter was in the very secluded pool whenever we were at the house. Very easy to get to from the airport and only a block away from the beach access point. The area is quiet being at the other end of town as the centro but because it’s such a small town it’s very easy to walk to the centro where all the action is, passing all the other restaurants and shops along the way. The house is also on the same block as Pepe’s food tour at Bici Bucerias which I highly recommend. Good coffee there too. Perfect house. No need to look for another place, this is it

Amazing place! Julie was so responsive and helpful with any questions we had and her home looked just like the photos and was very clean. Her property manager, Estela, was wonderful too. So helpful and nice and helped us get our golf cart back so easily and had a car service at the house to take us to the airport right on time. One of the best trips I've ever been on, can't wait to come back again. Thank you, Julie, for a wonderful place to stay!

Casa Brillante was the perfect vacation home for our girls getaway weekend! As soon as we stepped foot inside, we were blown away at how clean and comfortable everything was. All the green plants and trees felt like we were in our own tropical paradise. It was so relaxing to cool off by the pool or read a book in the hammock. The rooms were all so accessible and you could tell they really thought about their guests. There were fresh towels and even shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed. The house was perfectly located right above town. We rented a golf cart one of the days and parked up the hill to get to some of the beaches across town, but you could easily walk to them as well. We will definitely be coming back again and recommending to others. Thank you for a magical, much needed relaxing weekend!

We just left a week long stay at Casa Magia. This trip was everything we expected and more. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Close to town but far enough away to not be in the hustle and sounds of it. We could hear a roster crowing at different times but luckily it was far enough away to not annoy us. The wide open feel of the upper floor left us feeling like the world is just one big open place for a week. Miguel was very helpful on check in and with whatever inquiries we had. The drive up to the casa is a steep hill and golf carts are a must. A little expensive but definitely worth it. I could not imagine walking up the hill twice a day. I made ice everyday but buying one bag before you go would be a great effort saver. The beds felt very comfortable and everything was very clean. There were my husband and myself and our three kids in their twenties and everyone loved the spaciousness and luxury the home presented to us. I'd go back again.

Stunning home, looked like it was out of Architectural Digest, literally. It was right in the mix but extremely quiet and tranquil. The home was immaculate and the host was extremely helpful. It is walking distance to the beach, the shops, and anything one might want to do in Sayulita. The Ubers were easily available when we called for one to go out of the city (we took a Yacht for the day) and to the airport. The host was extremely helpful and I will absolutely be going back! If you are looking at the house - PICK IT I PROMISE!

Great spot to stay, a quick walk into town. Octavio was super quick to respond to our questions. The front door lock is a bit hard to turn with my arthritic hands, but luckily my friend was able to. The hammocks were wonderful, lots of birds, wildlife, and quiet further away from the center of town!

We had a great family vacation and made lots of memories in this space!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

The host, William, was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any needs with warmth and efficiency. Highly recommend this gem for a fantastic stay!

We had a great stay there this week, our family had an incredible time in PV and the place is beautiful and in a great location! The restaurant, bar, pool and gym were all fantastic! Highly recommend!

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

Excellent trip with our kids, ages 6 & 8. The pool in the front yard was perfect for morning and evening swims, and the ability to walk to both the beach and downtown was key. The condo matches the photos and was stunning. The beds were super comfy. Frank was responsive and delivered a golf cart for an adventure day. Special thanks to Frank for quickly mailing our 8 yr old’s favorite doll that was left behind.

Our family (daughters ages 19 & 21) loved Casa Achara! The convenience to beach and town was unmatched. After a busy morning/afternoon it was great to come back and lounge in the pool to plan our next move. We joined the band which played below us one night, and the other nights, while we heard the music from 9:30-11:30, it was nothing that a sound machine from my phone couldn’t drown out. Ebony’s recommendations were fantastic. A tequila tasting at the house with David at Taste of Sayulita was the perfect thing to kick off our stay. Captain Pato took us fishing/snorkeling one day. We caught a ton of fish and then made some ceviche for us to enjoy. We asked them to clean one fish for us and we cooked that at the house that evening, paired with pasta and we made fresh margaritas from leftover tequila. Ally Cat trip to Marietas Islands was is a MUST! Umbrellas/chairs at Don Pantaleon’s were $15 - service was great! Thai food cooked by Ebony’s husband Sam topped off a perfect stay!

Pictures don't do this Penthouse justice. It's absolutely incredible! The Views are outstanding. No need for a sunset cruise, you can sit on the top deck or lower deck and get the best sunset you've ever seen. The private pool was bigger as well. Most are just tiny lap pools. Not this one. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is readily available. It's very spacious and well equipped. The beach is right out in front of the condo building with multiple spots to hang out. Town is super close. You can uber within minutes of whatever you want to do. Pablo was awesome to deal with. I texted him a few days before our arrival and everything we wanted was in the condo ready to go. Groceries, refreshments, you name it, and Pablo will have it ready for your arrival. He also set up transportation to and from airport and a fishing trip for the guys. The owner Clive even checked in on us a couple times to make sure everything was great. I would book again for sure!!!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

We had the best time staying at Villa Vargas. It was clean and spacious and great for a group. The only area for improvement was the WiFi was pretty slow but otherwise everything else was perfect.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Don't think twice about renting this house! It was out of a dream. The architecture is absolutely stunning (coming from an interior designer). The rooftop has views of the ocean and is one of the highest points of any nearby structures. Each room has it's own bathroom and the rooms are cleaned daily (except for Sundays). The pool provided some shade which was welcomed as it kept the water cooler. House is walkable to the town via a quick walk. We enjoyed the quiet setting that was close to a vibrant area. We rented this property with their other property- Saturno - for a large group of 13. It was great to have the two connecting properties which can be opened via a gate. Honestly one of the coolest places I've ever stayed in. Hope to come back some day!

Our stay at Roberto's home was fantastic. The house is very unique and on the top of a hill with a beautiful view - it is just far enough from town to feel very private while still being a walkable distance from everything. Roberto was very friendly and responsive throughout the trip. I highly recommend staying at this listing - it will make your Sayulita experience unforgettable!

We researched many houses in Sayulita and it was a difficult choice to narrow down. With this place we picked the right one! Excellent location and easy to walk to and from town as well as the beach. Only one small section of steeper street to manage at the top but pretty easy compared to some of the other places around town and how steep the roads are. Plenty of golf cart rentals if you need one but we never felt it was needed for us. Everything is very close by as this is a nice smaller town that is easily manageable once you spend a few days here. The house has plenty of space and the roof top patio and pool were must haves to relax and enjoy the views. If you are choosing between a few narrowed down selections you won’t be disappointed with this house. We would definitely rent again. Prices in town seemed on average about half of Puerto Vallarta and other heavy tourist Mexico spots for food and drinks. Safe town. Friendly people. Incredible food. Always felt welcomed.
