Holiday rentals with breakfast in San Pancho

My guests and I had a wonderful stay at the villa and surrounding area. The villa was unique and comfortable. We all enjoyed breakfast daily presented by Sandra a very pleasant and friendly young woman with a constant smile. Her cuisine was delicious and included sliced fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice and great coffee. We mainly congregated upstairs by the dining area and the rooftop when at the villa. A minor point we couldn’t get the tv to work in the lounge area so we strolled to the sports bar to watch our favorite team and enjoy each other’s company. Nightly live music was right outside on the street and late night local snacks a block away. Of course the beach was great with waiters easily available. The beach walking vendors were a little too constant but just trying to make a living. It was a fun getaway enjoyed by all!

We rented the entire place, which made it a little different from the description (in a good way!). We had full use of both kitchens (if you rent a room, you don't have use of the kitchens). They served a nice breakfast every morning of fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola. The location could not have been better! Pharmacy and grocery across the street. Yoga studio and frozen yogurt shop right outside the hotel. Amazing restaurant (Carbon) up the street. Short walk to the beach. Short walk to the center of town. The place is off the street and feels secluded. The pool was great. The experience could not have been better!

Our group had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casey’s and Chris’ Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cozy linens to the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful house desing. The neighborhood was quiet yet conveniently located near great local spots. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. You can tell Casey genuinely care about their guests’ experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Corona Adobe was just what we needed. The cobblestone streets and the tastefully decorated rental in the El Centro served our family of 5 adults. The open air home is warm during the day but the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The dipping pool is refreshing. The views are spectacular. Fabi's food was simply delicious. Tomas helped us arrive and depart safely & easily. He explained things that needed explaining and worked with us to resolve our concerns. The street tacos next door were a highlight for our family. This vacation was a cultural experience and we loved it.

This was the perfect place for our vacation. The photos match the property. The house was spacious, clean and perfectly located. The area was nice and quiet and we enjoyed having nice beach clubs within a short golf car ride. My family and I had a great time getting pampered by delicious and freshly made breakfast and lunch everyday. Our rental included chef services and we just had to cover the ingredients. The house has all that you need so you can enjoy without having to leave the property. Jessica was a great concierge and was very helpful. We definitely recommend staying here.

The house is beyond gorgeous. The “houseman”, Antonio is a gem and the nicest man. He delivered a wonderful breakfast, great recommendations and just an all-around nice person. Mory was super accommodating, and made us all feel very welcome. Book your stay here. Terrific gem of a home!

Oliver and his team hosted us for 7 days and it was an awesome experience. He was super responsive and they made us breakfast each morning which so great. The home itself was kept clean and cleaners came almost daily, which was great considering we were a 16 person group who definitely tracked in dirt etc. They also cleaned the rooms and bathrooms when we requested! The location of the house is amazing! The home itself is nice and there's a really fun spot on the top floor to hang out and lounge. It can get somewhat loud at night but that's to be expected considering the close location to all the restaurants. Overall, Oliver and his team made the trip amazing and were always responsive to any thing we asked, super great stay!

Place is great!!! Definitely recommend staying here 5 stars for location and overall stay all the way…. A few things the only parts I was not so happy about. Again not a knock just some things I would have done differently. I paid for transport to and from airport to location via the concierge. The vehicle transport was an old van. Definitely doesn’t match the location, it was out of place and when I travel anywhere I usually book a private SUV. That was a let down for me for sure. I would suggest a private company and not using concierge services for transport. I also opted for breakfast service and grocery service via the concierge. I would say do grocery shopping yourself. Save the money. Also breakfast was a let down. We had a fill in lady who didn’t know how to make breakfast burritos. Again these were things I would have done different and tips for those planning on staying at this great place. It was an absolute awesome stay. I would definitely book here again.

Great place to stay in Saylutia. Walkable to get to the beach and town. Definitely eat at SUR 38 breakfast and dinner we’re very good and really close. The little breakfast place next door to SUR is really good. I will definitely stay again.

Beautiful stay in this penthouse unit of Villa Magna condos. Views from the balcony and beach location was exquisite. The condo itself was so well stocked- plenty of linens, kitchen ready to cook and beach items. Host was amazing and quick to answer any questions! 10/10

Great spot in zona romantica, close to everything!

El alojamiento es pequeño pero muy lindo, exactamente igual que en las fotos y la descripción. Está muy bien equipado y todo muy limpio. La anfitriona fue amable y siempre contestó rápido. El área de las albercas también siempre estuvo limpia y había mucha seguridad. Si van les recomiendo leer bien el reglamento de las albercas ya que es un poco estricto (nada que arruine la estancia ahí) pero considero que es un lugar más para descansar que para ir en plan de relajo. Lo disfrutamos mucho!

We stayed in the Cortez suite for 4 nights, there were four of us in the room and it was more than enough space. The hotel is charming & beautiful. The host is completely lovely and helpful. You will not regret booking here, we had the best time. I would absolutely re-book here without hesitation!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for one week in August and had such a great time. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony every day with the beautiful ocean view. It has very easy beach access. Walk right out the back of the building and you’re steps away from Mantamar, green chairs, and blue chairs. It’s also only a few blocks from the heart of ZR with all of the restaurants and bars. Not many people were staying in the building when we were there. We had the pool to ourselves all week. There is some noise from Mantamar during the day and the rooftop club next door at night, but it didn’t really bother us. This was a perfect spot for an introvert/extrovert couple. My husband enjoyed being right in the heart of all the action, and I enjoyed a as much of that as I wanted and then escaped to the peace and quiet of the this beautiful condo, the pool, and the beach.

I’ve stayed in Sayulita many times and love this quiet part of town, the apartment is a 5-10 minute walk away from the beach and restaurants and has peaceful jungle surroundings. The only issue we found was that the WiFi didn’t work well. The host was responsive when we brought the issue forward and said they would reset it, but it still was a very weak signal that sometimes didn’t work. Other than that we had a very nice stay and appreciated the daily turn down service and flexible check-in/out

Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, cuentan con mascotas que son muy dóciles y conviven muy bien con la gente. Un hostal cómodo, la cocina es pequeña pero tiene lo necesario para cocinar algo sencillo, en los alrededores hay súper y tiendita para lo que necesites.

Willy was such a great and kind host. He warmly welcomed me on my arrival and very responsive with his communication. He gave me helpful advice and tips. I got injured and he responded right away with a first aid kit. I enjoyed my stay, the place is close to everything and I love unwinding in the balcony at night. Gracias Willy!

absolutely amazing hosts! very accommodating, helpful, friendly and funny. took me on a tour of the neighborhood and gave me the best local taco spot, even let me stay past check out so I didn't have to wander while I waited for my flight to come in! 10/10 would stay again

El lugar está muy bien equipado, sin embargo refiriéndome a costo beneficio creo que hay un desfase aunque el lugar está justo en la entrada de san Pancho, por la noche escuché mucho ruido de música de los bares aledaños. Solo estuve una noche pero esa noche fue buena, hubiese querido que fuera excelente pero el ruido afectó nuestro sueño. Por otro lado, Jorge siempre estuvo al tanto de nosotros y de la llegada, responde bastante rápido, el lugar cuenta con todos los servicios que menciona y la cama es cómoda.

This beautiful riverside boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, with everything you need close by. The staff was amazing—so helpful and personable, making my stay extra special. I loved starting my mornings with yoga in the courtyard next to the river—it was such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were not only beautiful but also very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

I really enjoyed staying at Guillermo and Veronica's place for a few days. They were very hospitable. I really appreciated the lovely breakfasts they prepared - different every day. I happened to be there for New Year's Eve, and they invited all of us guests to join them for a New Year's dinner. With family, friends and guests there were over 20 people for dinner, and it was delicious. We then watched the fireworks together from the roof - Guillermo and his family's hospitality went above and beyond. The property itself is older, however they have made very nice improvements with electric door locks, A/C in the rooms, and flat screen TV's. My room was basic but very comfortable. I was very impressed with the hot water and water pressure (very good for Mexico). The street outside is very busy and can be noisy, but that's par for the course in Puerto Vallarta (earplugs helped me sleep like a baby). Overall I was very impressed and would be happy to go back.

Keith and Susan’s hacienda is beautiful , luxurious and relaxing. With a natural beach just steps away , gentle surf , friendly locals and great views. Wildlife abounds. The atmosphere is relaxing and safe. The breakfasts are a treat and Keith and Susan are beautiful people and fabulous hosts. Thanks we had the best time!
