We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Ms Ann were super responsive and welcoming. The house was clean, cozy, and perfectly located.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. We'll definitely book again!

The place looked exactly like the ones shown in the photos. It has a great view of Taal Lake and the listing had everything you need even a washing machine. The best part is it's pet friendly.

Hi. We enjoyed our short time stay in this house We felt comfy and we spent well out time to rest Very quiet place and the whole house is very cozy , complete appliances that you can use.

We booked this place for our helper, driver and dog to stay in for the weekend during a wedding and it was perfect. Jannette was so nice and very flexible with our check-in and check-out requests. She was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone who needs a simple, comfortable place to stay in the Nuvali area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Super satisfied with my stay at BellaVita Lipa Haven! 🌿✨ Maganda ang location – tahimik at peaceful, perfect for relaxing provincial life. Sobrang affordable pero hindi tinipid sa quality. Malinis, maaliwalas, at may simple pero eleganteng aesthetic ang buong space. Bonus points pa dahil nakasolar sila (eco-friendly!) at malakas ang internet, kaya work-from-anywhere ready kahit nasa probinsya. Kompleto na rin ang amenities – truly a great place to unwind or even stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm yet connected stay in Lipa. 💯👏

Very nice and clean place! It had all the right furniture - small sofa for lounging, small table for dining or working, comfy bed - well thought of design! Host was also quick to respond and very accommodating.

Mr. Conrado has always been very accommodating and consistently exceeds our expectations—that’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back. The place is not only peaceful and quiet, but the people are also genuinely friendly. This has truly become our go-to Airbnb.

Ms. May's place is cozy. It's minimalist but provides exactly what you need. It's clean and pristine. I only had one issue with the universal remote control. I initially thought it was a battery problem, so I changed the batteries; luckily, Ms. May keeps spare batteries in the kitchen drawer. However, it wasn't a battery issue; the remote and TV didn't work well together. But other than that, everything's good.

The house is in a private subdivision, and the neighborhood was peaceful throughout our stay. I woke up to sunlight streaming through the kitchen window. My child and I enjoyed the board games and the movie night we had in Netflix. The selection of snacks in the honesty store is enticing. The kitchen also has all the appliances you need and all are perfectly working-- the fridge is spacious, utensils and dinnerware, microwave, and electric kettle. Internet connection is good. Thank you for making our family vacation more relaxing and comfortable while we are far from home.

Ms. Lady was a great host! She accommodated my last-minute request regarding the number of guests. Most of all, she recommended an activity (Fountain of Lights Festival) that my kiddos enjoyed! Her place is highly recommended for content creators as it was beautifully designed. Thank you, Ms. Lady!

Daren’s place was compact, private, and clean—exactly what I needed to focus and get some work done. The location is convenient, with a 24-hour convenience store at the nearby Shell station and a great Persian restaurant right in the building. Daren was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again!

Second time at Vicka's place. Host is friendly and responsive as always. It is really worth every penny. I liked that the car parking is not difficult and even though sometimes we have to park at the open space, it still looks safe. The area overall feels safe and the security staff of the building are friendly. Vicka's place is really good and practical, specially if you will stay for some weeks. 💕

We had a pleasant stay in Ms Mary Ann's unit and most of our requests have been quickly responded. The place was clean, cozy and in perfect location. Check-in was easy as well. I highly recommend!

If you're here to attend a wedding or anything related to St. benedict's, sakto lang. walkable and perfect amenities. May sewing kit and steamer for our dresses etc
