Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

The house is nice and the area is quiet. It has all the listed amenities plus other stuff to use or play with. everything is clean :) the hosts are also very friendly! good unit to book if you are looking for a house to stay with after going to the nearby amusement park or just a quiet place to relax.

We had a wonderful stay at Homefortzone! The place was spacious and perfect for our big team of 14. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We’d love to come back again and hopefully enjoy the full amenities next time!

Rosita's listing is very homey. The living room is airconditioned as well. Street parking is provided. Just a heads-up for people who are not fans of stray dogs (This is not the host's fault.) There are a lot of stray dogs on the streets. If you have a car, park in front of the gate to avoid the stray dogs. Will definitely book again if there's a need to stay in Batangas.

We are a frequent visitor of BK, we usually stay in the Lodge or in the open cottages but it’s our first time to stay at Julia’s place. We’ve had a wonderful time here, felt like home. Very private and perfect for family gatherings. my kid really enjoyed the spacious living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a hot shower. We will definitely come back and will consider booking Julia’s place again.

We enjoyed Measy’s place. It was very clean, clutter free and well thought off. We are visiting from out of the country so we appreciated that there was a washer along with fresh towels for us to use. The beds were comfortable as well. Love that there is a cafe right by the entrance of the gated neighborhood. Above all, Measy was very responsive and helpful. Super close to Robinson’s mall. Definitely worth a second stay. We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful—clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like providing essentials such as toothpaste, shampoo, and other toiletries. There was also access to laundry, which was a big plus for me. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Miss Noemi's place for 3 days and 2 nights due to our seminar in LPU. The place is so good, accessible to market and mini stores and ofc sa mismong LPU. Mabango ang house pag pasok mo palang, very clean and maayos ang mga gamit. The wifi connection is so fast to think na we are 11 pax and each of us has 2 devices connected to the internet. The place is also good for big pax since it is very spacious. The utensils is enough for big pax. I hope lang na meron pong malalaking pans na lutuan hehehe. But over all our stay is so good and Miss Noemi is very responsive to all of our inquiries. Thank you very much Miss Noemi! We will book again! 💜🩷✨

Had a wonderful stay at Ainoville! It's not only incredibly affordable, but also beautifully designed—exactly like the photos, which was such a pleasant surprise. The space was spotless and felt so cozy and welcoming and we truly felt right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was how accommodating and responsive Ferl was. She was super easy to communicate with and always ready to help. The yang chow we had from their food service was also very delish. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again. :))
