The property was clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped with everything I needed for our stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to my messages and provided me with all the information I needed for my stay. I would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend it to others.

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

No words can describe our stay at Villa Natura, i am very happy Villa Natura team exceeded our expectations. I’m also happy that my family enjoyed their stay even my sister keeps on complimenting the place as it is very homey even my father wants the place and dreaming of same house in the future. Overlooking the Taal is one of the highlights of our stay! I also want to thank Villa Natura team for accomodating my request to change my booking last minute and giving me discount ☺️ We’re really looking forward to stay here again.

This is a gem! Our stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was incredibly clean, spacious and surrounded by peaceful nature, creating the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. My family had the best time here. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and completely at home. The pool and hot tub were the highlights of the trip. We spent hours soaking in the beautiful surroundings. The whole place was spotless which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen quickly became a favorite gathering spot. It was well equipped and expansive (good for large groups). The staff were amazing! They were friendly, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check in was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, which set a great tone for the rest of our trip. This place has everything you need for a peaceful, memorable getaway. I can't recommend it highly enough, and we're already looking forward to coming back!

I had a wonderful stay and was able to relax for a couple of days. The place was peaceful, clean, and exactly what I needed for a short getaway. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. The only problem I encountered was that there were times that the WiFi was not working, but overall, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice private place perfect for team building. The only thing is it is just for dipping with a space perfect for a day of long talk. I hope the pool was a bit larger than it is, but for day and night chikahan that warm pool is perfect.

Our 2nd time with this resort and definitely not the last. Overall experience is amazing!

We spent our Christmas eve at Jovencio’s place. The place was huge enough for us. Even when we were such a big group, there were enough beds for everybody - and the place has a hall which has enough space to do games and party. They also served meals, which was very convenient for us, because we did not have to bring and cook anything. The food was great. Ang sarap ng pancit!!! We’re really grateful for their service. Everybody was so welcoming and nice. Thank you to everybody who made our Christmas party even more fun and memorable.

If you want to spend time with your loved ones with no distractions, MyFarmhouse will give you that. Its quite remote hence its more natural and peaceful. We went there with our dog and loved every minute of our stay. The host is available on cell and their caretaker is always there to take care of any of your needs at all times. The house is very clean n well maintained with lovely artifacts. It has all the facilities available. It is very spacious and can easily fit 4 people (since it has a pull out bed also). The kitchen has everything you may need in a kitchen. There were some basic grocery items also provided. All you need to carry is your own food & water. The outside of the house is quite big and it has birds, chickens n horse. Its all very natural and calming. With a lovely view of Mt. Malarayat, its a wonderful getaway. It’s our 2nd time to stay in The Baysprings Family Rest House and we did enjoy our stay. The place is very homey & relaxing. Ms. Menchu is indeed a great host & Ms. Lizzel is very nice & responsive as well. Really love this place!🥰👍

Great place for family gathering!

I booked Emma's place for my cousins who are currently vacationing in the Philippines. According to them, the place is cozy and clean, and in a convenient location. Emma was a great host as she (or her husband) responded to my messages right away. They provided clear and detailed instructions for the unit. I will definitely recommend their place for anyone who wishes to stay in Sta. Rosa area. My cousins and I would like to extend our sincerest thanks to Emma.

Clean, quiet and homey living space with complete amenities - suitable for seniors and even PWD adults. The host was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and very helpful. We encountered issues outside the accommodation and were promptly assisted by the host. Even security staff of Amaia Steps were very helpful. Overall, our stay was relaxing and worth every effort made to secure the accommodation. Would recommend to family and friends.... and certainly look forward to booking this property in the near future.

Casa Luminaria was more than what our group of 16 expected. The place was unique and offered a lot of open spaces where the adults and the youth could hang around to chat or just snooze. Loved the pool! It was just the right temperature for either a morning or evening swim, plus it was really photogenic. The staff was nice enough to prepare us a spot for a bonfire which we never really got to use because we were already blissfully distracted with our card games. The property is secluded enough and vast that we didn’t have to worry about being too noisy for the neighbors. You could see that the place needed some cosmetic fix-ups, with some dried leaves and plants on the ground, the roof and in the gardens. But, overall, it was a nicely located charmingly rustic piece of heaven for young folks and seniors. Rowena supplied drinking water & a coffee maker but do drop by one of the fresh buko stalls nearby. Appreciated how Rowena was so accommodating. Definitely worth a return visit!

Our family of five had a fantastic stay. As the only guests on the premises, we enjoyed a sense of exclusivity. The property's spaciousness and the variety of activities within walking distance were perfect for keeping us entertained. The true highlight of our stay was the three wonderfully warm pools. During the chilly and rainy season, these pools provided a cozy oasis where we could relax and have fun despite the weather. Whether it was a relaxing dip or hours of family swimming, these pools were an absolute blessing. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade for the night, ensuring we stayed warm and comfortable. The staff's outstanding service made our stay even more memorable, as they catered to our every need, despite the smaller guest count. This place surpassed our expectations, offering the perfect setting for a delightful family getaway during the rainy, cold season.

The owner Dr. Alva was the one who welcomed us on our arrival. She even offered to pick us up from Nuvali to her place and even helped with carrying the luggage. On the first night of our stay, the electric stove went kaput and the whole had a total power outage. As soon as I messaged Grace who manages Dr. Alva’s property, regarding the broken stove, in just 5 minutes, Dr. Alva and her son (if I am not mistaken) went to the unit ang gave us a new electric stove to use. The electrician and security staff at this condo are all helpful too. Grace, herself, was very prompt and helpful in relaying the questions for Dr. Alva. The place is good for one person only with a small bed near the window, but since we are a family od three , Dr. Alva provided us a mattress for two. The whole place is very nice, close to all high end subdivisions and great for breathing fresh air and simply getting that peace you need from travelling in the busy streets of the metro. The only downside is that there are no regular tricycles that a passenger can get on unless the security quard callsmone for you. The tricycle ride can cost you 70 pesos just to get to the closest supermarket which is Rustan’s. When you go to Paseo or Nuvali, that will cost you about 120-130 pesos. Pretty pricey indeed. The commute was the only downside of renting at this place but otherwise, it was a very nice, safe, and peaceful community.
