Pet-friendly holiday rentals in San Nicolò

We were two at Silvio's and enjoyed the stay very much. There was a large bed and a large, very comfortable sofa bed. We were able to park in front of the house on the street and explore the area from there. Silvio was a very friendly host for us, who was always available and who could also help us with the purchase of a property. Pizzo and the surrounding area are worth a trip, beautiful old town and many very good restaurants (definitely eat the pistachio Tartuffo at Dante's) with wonderfully long secluded beaches. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Fortuna. It’s Right in the old city of Pizzo and close to the piazza and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and we didn’t miss anything! Paola was a perfect host and very welcoming and forthcoming!

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

Beautiful new home very close to the beach and restaurants. Lots of amenities, numerous clean washrooms and bedrooms and fully functional kitchen. Washing machine was a bonus! Very safe and private, and our host provided many recommendations and help when asked. Nice and close to Tropea and easy driving! Definitely recommend a stay here!

Lovely place, especially the garden. Super well located. Great communication and super flexible check-in. Well equipped kitchen. It was also great to have cooking basics in the house!

A very special place with a very special host We stayed at Isabella and Giovanni's for 2 weeks in July. After the long and winding drive from the coast to the converted yard, you'll be rewarded with great panoramic views and a cool mountain climate. (No sweating while sleeping) Isabella is a very friendly, attentive and at the same time reserved host who fulfills every wish with joy. Everything is new spacious and very clean. Huge refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, mosquito net in the bedroom, large shower and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is great, rich, and delicious with homemade cake. On the first drive, you still think you would have gotten lost and the sand slope does not want to end, but quickly you get used to it and appreciate the solitude and relaxing tranquility. If you don't like lively hotels, this is the place. Car or motorbike is a must. We would vacation here again at any time.

What an amazing place. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Rossella and her family made me feel safe and right at home. I was traveling solo and the area is very safe, especially for a solo woman. The house is in a perfect location and if you are traveling to Tropea, this is the place to stay—only a 15-minute drive. The garden is beautiful, and the accommodations are perfect. Thank you again and I hope to see you in the future.

We had a peaceful and enjoyable family time at this place. The accommodation is exactly as described and has hosted us very comfortably (4 people). The beautiful terrace with sea views and the private beach in the immediate vicinity guarantee to make the most of a privileged geographical location and one of the most beautiful coastline in all of Calabria. Lucia was a perfect and considerate host: responsive, cordial, accommodating and providing advice to ensure a successful stay. It was a very nice way to close our summer vacation and an experience that we will be delighted to repeat in the future.

Overall this place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and and amazing outdoor area that we took full advantage of, including the relaxing outdoor shower. Private parking and a quick drive to anywhere you needed to get to. I would highly recommend staying here 10/10

fantastic place to say the least, it was perfect for a week of complete relaxation. we stayed with our dog who had all the space she needed and her beautiful dogs already in the house to play with. the hosts were super helpful and kind for the entire stay, giving us tips about the area and meeting us where possible. special mention for the view of the sea from the house that made us dream.

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

Since we arrived at the time we left, Alessandro was an absolutely fantastic host. Upon our arrival, he personally welcomed us, helping us with luggage and giving us a tour of his beautiful apartment. He also gave us great tips for breakfast and nearby beaches to visit. During our stay, Alessandro was readily available to answer all our questions whenever we sent him a message. The apartment is a short walk from wonderful beaches, has an incredible view of the sea and a large terrace that was perfect for watching the sunset or having our coffee in the morning. Looking forward to booking this beautiful apartment again!

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Maria Teresa welcomed us very warmly. She was always available for anything. Listing was the same as described. Even the pool view of the Stromboli was accurate. We saw great sunsets. There is a very good atmosphere very close to the large pool (bar, restaurant with pizza and other Italian specialties, ice cream...). The only downside is the access to nearby beaches. There is plenty of walking to get there or very steep paths. On the other hand, it's really worth it to suffer a little to get there because the beaches are beautiful with crystal clear water and very clear. There's a lot of fish close to the edge. The car is essential to discover the surrounding area. In summary, we had a wonderful stay in large part thanks to Maria Teresa and all the people who help her to make her hosts' vacation go smoothly. A big thank you to Maria Teresa and Nicolas.

We had a lovely stay at Marco’s amazing home on the beach. What made our 4 days stay extra special in the downstairs apartment was the very comfortable bed, the new kitchen with everything we needed, the ample outdoor space and the beautiful beach right in front of us.

Very well equipped house, spacious, with terrace, garden (common) and private parking in front of the house. Maximum availability and courtesy of the host (Valeria). There is no direct access to the sea but within walking distance there are the most beautiful beaches on the Costa degli Dei. p.s. remember to bring or buy everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom (salt, oil, detergent, foam bath, etc., etc., which are not available), which are not available).

Andrea and his family are very helpful and the communication was very good! The facility is simple, but functional and quite in accordance with the description and pictures. The location and the view are truly exceptional!!! Actually, you hardly have to leave the accommodation, because the sea is literally at your feet. For us, a very relaxing and beautiful short break. The view is really beautiful from the nice garden. It is blissful to bbq'and while you enjoy the sunset. Everything is available in the house. The welcome is warm and the communication with Aurelia and Antonio went smoothly despite the language barrier.

A beautiful and peaceful place above Capo Vaticano with a breathtaking view. The hosts are kind and welcoming, and there’s a great restaurant right on site with delicious food. Surrounded by nature and farm animals, it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

What an incredible experience to stay on the cliffs of Tropea! We’ll be back…

Very nice house with magnificent garden in the middle of the countryside with a breathtaking view of the sea, Stromboli, the Aeolian Islands and Sicily (with Etna) and spectacular sunsets. Although the house is a true haven of peace due to its location, you can reach all the highlights of the area the places, coves and beaches of Capo Vaticano, the Costa degli Dei with Tropea in a short time. I particularly liked the really very good amenities, which also makes longer stays (5 weeks) very pleasant and Eleonora is a very nice and helpful host who responds very quickly if you need additional support. Another note for drivers of electric cars: the AC shop in the immediate area (San Domenica, Tropea) and the coast up to Pizzo is very easy and for longer excursions in all directions such as Catanzaro, Crotone, Badolato, Gerace, Scilla, Pentedattilo you will always find some fast chargers along the way.
