Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Miguel de Allende

Excellent host, the truth is a very nice apartment and the subdivision is very quiet, it has many amenities and the view is very pleasant. We went to a gastronomic event, but the restaurant in the subdivision is highly recommended, all the dishes we ordered were excellent. We had a great time and you are invited to come back many times.

This apartment is truly outstanding-spotlessly clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. The terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, and the apartment comes equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Guests also have access to a heated communal pool, ideal for relaxing. The property is situated outside the city center, only a few minutes away by car, within a secure gated community that offers 24-hour security. The host was welcoming and always easy to communicate with, making the entire experience enjoyable.

Absolutely 10/10 experience staying at Quinta Tenerias! Sharon was so helpful and communicative. The apartment was so beautiful and spacious for 4 people - two full master bedrooms. The concierge going grocery shopping for us saved us a ton of time and added a nice touch being able to cook breakfast every morning. Best part is that housekeeping cleaned daily and addressed every need! What an incredible, walkable, safe part of San Miguel. We will definitely be back!

My first time In San Miguel de Allende was made even better with this beautiful home. I was traveling alone... but enjoyed having so much room. Beautiful courtyard sitting area, bright colorful kitchen, dining and sitting room... with all the comforts of home. There were breakfast treats waiting for me. Charming bedroom, bathroom... and even a full laundry room. Excellent wifi and tv service... although I stayed so busy in town (a short walk away) it wasn't much needed. The view from the rooftop patio is breathtaking. I drank my coffee up there several mornings... watching the hummingbirds buzz around. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Can't wait to get back soon. Thank you Brigham and Lynn.

This classy, well-kept, and well-located place is wonderfully accessible to the Cathedral, the main plaza, and other key place places at the city center. As a poet and novelist, I loved the fact that the upscale apartments were named after major Mexican literary figures, such as Nobel Laureate Octavio Paz: respect for writers! I was grateful for, among other things, the sumptuous king-sized bed, the elegant rooftop terraces, the bedroom balcony, and the responsive and friendly hosts.

We stayed for a month in this apartment and felt that it was perfect for us. The location is ideal for access to everything. There are a lot of stairs to the unit so a person with mobility issues might prefer a unit on the lower level. We cooked every day and had all of the needed items. The blender was a definite perk! And the view from the rooftop is spectacular. Highly recommend this accommodation!

We traveled with another couple and Hugo's place was perfect! Casa de Los Chiquiados has multiple units and we stayed in the "Topaz" unit which is a 2 bedroom unit and it's perfect for 2 couples because it's spacious and each couple has their own restroom and it feels as if you were in your own unit. It has a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable seating area. The entire complex has a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The entire unit is very beautifully decorated with lots of Mexican art. The beds are very comfortable and the entire unit is spotless. You will not see a speck of dust. If you need any clean towels or would like your bed changed while you are there, Rosa who has worked there for over 10 years is always around to help. They have a beautiful terrace that is shared with the other guests but we never saw anyone else up there. Hugo's place is at a walkable distance to the main plaza but yet far enough from the noise of the main plaza. We will definitely be coming back!

Stacey’s place is beautiful, convenient, and well-appointed. It had tons of space, was close to the town center if we wanted to go out to eat, and close to the mercado and a cute little neighborhood grocery if we wanted to cook. There are lovely outdoor spaces upstairs and downstairs for lounging; everyone in our party of six was very comfortable and happy in the space. Stacey herself was extremely accommodating and helpful both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in San Miguel de Allende! The house is even more charming and spacious in person than in the photos, with thoughtful design touches throughout. The location couldn’t be better — just a short, scenic walk to the heart of Centro, but tucked away on a peaceful street that feels like a true retreat. The outdoor spaces, especially the rooftop terrace, were incredible — perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets with sweeping views of the city. The bedrooms were all comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals at home. Every detail felt cared for, and the property was spotless. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, making check-in and the entire stay completely seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable experience in San Miguel!

The house is very spacious, very accessible price for what it offers in terms of space and amenities. As shown in the photographs if you visit this house, you will have a very pleasant time with the family.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in this peaceful and beautiful home. We loved the neighborhood, it was quiet but friendly, had several little grocery stores nearby plus a tortilla shop, meat shop and fruit and vegetable shop. We met a few ex pat neighbors who were also very friendly. We walked to the centro every day, an easy downhill 20-25 minute walk and then took a taxi back for the uphill climb in the heat of the afternoon. The home and garden made us especially love just hanging out when we got back from our daily adventures. Sitting down outside in the shade with a mojito garnished with a lime from the tree in the garden was delightful. A few but not many mosquitoes, no worse than home. Enrique was so helpful and fun, we were good friends by the end of our 8 days. He drove us to many places that we wanted to visit (pay the taxi rate) and suggested nearby restaurants and shops. I am a folk artist and loved all the wonderful art. I would highly recommend this home.

We loved our stay at Aurelio's house. From the beginning, Aurelio was a very responsible and attentive host. The house is simply beautiful: everything was impeccably clean, and the details such as the floors, terraces and fountain make it truly special. We have a car but we don't use it at all, since the location is unbeatable: everything is just a few steps away. The house is super central, which made every day very comfortable to explore the area on foot. Don't miss the handicraft market, it's a local gem! Thank you Aurelio and Rafa for everything. This home hosted by Vani in San Miguel de Allende was everything we hoped it would be. The location is excellent. Most restaurants, sites and shops are within a 5 minute walk. The beautiful Parque Benito Juarez is a 7 minute walk and a terrific place to start your morning with a stroll. The home itself is impeccable and clean. Veronica made excellent breakfasts for us every morning and cleaned daily and Efrain was incredibly responsive when we had questions about how to use appliances etc in the home. Vani was very responsive to us, made great recommendations for dining and helped us arrange transport to and from the airport. We highly recommend this home in San Miguel for a lengthy stay. It works beautifully.

This place was great. It was close to everything and no hills! The stairs weren’t an issue for us but may be for some. The washing machine isn’t working but Jorge and company did our laundry at no charge. Over all a very nice place to stay.

We loved this accommodation, super central, with parking very close and with air conditioning. It was a very pleasurable stay. The hosts were always on the lookout. It is incredibly quiet and peaceful even though it is in the center.

The weather was warmer than usual, but we were so comfortable with individual ACs in our rooms. We ate at the same restaurants every day for breakfast and felt like we were so pampered with fresh made juices every day! I highly recommend this place, and I will be back.

We didn’t want to leave!! This is definitely one of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed in. A beautiful, very spacious apartment in a very quiet beautiful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the two patios and the huge bathroom. As other people have mentioned, it is a steep hike back up from the center of town. We are lucky enough to not have mobility issues and enjoyed the challenge, but it is a challenge. However, it is very easy to get an uber or taxi, so don’t let that discourage you from staying here. We would absolutely stay again.

Yulia's place is modern clean and exceptionally taken care of by Carmen her house manager. As good or better than pictures. Very walkable to the plaza or park or City Market. 2 dollar ride to most places in city , abot 5 to farthest place you would go . Very clean and safe city lots to do. Is in a private enclave of 8 units very safe. Yulia is easy to reach. Enjoy
