Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in San Miguel de Allende

Excellent place, it has all the services and amenities, you will get to know a magical town without sacrificing comfort for you and your family, and it is only 5 minutes from the center, the residential has a van that takes you to the center, Friday and Saturday they have service until 1 am, the other days the schedule changes but it is a benefit that saves you a lot in parking and taxis, I would definitely book here again!

This is the third time we have stayed as a family with HOLT and, as always, it has been an exceptional experience. We love discovering their properties because we know that each stay guarantees quality, comfort and 5-star service. In San Miguel de Allende, its accommodations are ideal for family trips or large groups — well-kept, functional spaces with that special touch that makes all the difference.

This is a cute and cozy home with a great view of the centro from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook meals. There are so many restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area it's easy to find somewhere to eat out. The home is located on the top of a VERY steep hill so someone with mobility or health issues would be challenged walking up to the home. But taxis are plentiful and within the centro the charge is about US$4. The home faces north and we found in November the main floor was dark and the house was cold but they have provided room heaters which worked well. Holt was always very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our month-long stay in the home.

Our time spent here was very comfortable. The view from the second floor deck was amazing and the breakfast was very delicious (we had leftovers for the next day)! There were a few minor details but they addressed them immediately. The staff were very professional, attentive and kind. It was about a 10 minute drive to the shopping areas, but we discovered a lot of restaurants. Nights were quiet. I enjoyed the rain at night and mornings felts very refreshing. The drive from BJX was approximately 2hours. My kids enjoyed the pool, it was about 4ft deep with a sitting bench to soak up the sun. They sent a brochure to add to my phone with recommendations (which I used quite a bit) and they had step by step instructions for check out (which amidst the chaos with a toddler helped a lot). We will definitely be returning in the future! Beautiful city! Thank you!

The house is located within a private one that is very luxurious and have a lot of security, the house is very well equipped, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and can be left without problems up to 8 people, the house has all the equipment to have a pleasant stay, the host was always aware of my doubt, they have a heated pool within the development and gym, the house is located 5 minutes from some shopping centers

We loved staying at the house. The house was very clean upon our arrival and the rooms were very comfortable and very clean, Mr. Eduardo was very attentive and kind as soon as our doubts and questions. We certainly loved it. We would definitely go back.

What a great place to stay in SMA! The apartment is located very close to the center, with only a short, not very steep uphill walk to get there. The design of the complex is great, with the units facing an inner courtyard, so even though you're close to everything, there was limited street noise, so nice and quiet! We thoroughly enjoyed the small pool and hot tub after walking around town most days. There's a wonderful Cafe two doors down where we ate breakfast almost every day, after a lovely night's rest on the comfy beds. Highly recommend the complex and LRM as a host. Very responsive!

High-quality accommodation, small but nice. Very clean and as found in the photos. Alexis helped us on site with everything we needed, thank you! Water pressure is high and the beds are nice and soft. The airbnb is located in the second row to a very busy street, so it is rather difficult to reach on foot.

We’ve stayed here before and had a great experience, so we were happy to return. It’s still a great value in an ideal location—close to all the best spots but far enough to avoid the crowds. Just note that Sunday mornings can be loud due to the church across the street. This time, the room wasn’t quite as clean as before. There was visible dust on decor items and dirt on walls and the floor, and our feet got dirty walking barefoot the very first night, so it wasn’t something we had tracked in. We hope the host brings back the stronger cleaning standards from our last visit. That said, we really appreciated being allowed a late checkout by an hour—such a kind and helpful gesture. If you’re visiting in summer, bring bug spray. A mosquito kept us up one night—not the host’s fault, just part of the season. Overall, we’d stay again. It’s still a solid and convenient place that is good for the price.

Everything was great. Centrally located and you can order food on platforms if you don't want to go out, otherwise in the center there are many places to eat. We will definitely return

It exceeded my expectations, everything in perfect condition and clean, the bedding as well as the towels smelled delicious. Liz, the super attentive host,upon arrival offered us very delicious coffee; she has everything you need for cooking . Around you have small shops , greengroceries, small food shops nearby, I recommend that there is a taco shop very close that closes late and at a very good price. I must say that if this section of the center of Guanajuato, from 10 to 15 minutes (by car) , there is public transport that passes very close to the house to the center. Excellent everything. Our stay was very enjoyable! Gabriel is a great host, very friendly and he gave us recommendations and tips for sightseeing that served us a lot! The beds are very comfortable, it has TV in both rooms, the wifi works 100%, equipped kitchen and very cozy space as shown in the photos, we would definitely stay there again!

Everything was amazing, it will undoubtedly be one of our top lodging options for now that we're back in town. 🙌🏽

The place is very nice and very clean, they just gave us incorrect directions to enter the apartment, but once inside everything was in order.

Very good choice of accommodation, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it is on the ground floor of the building, private parking and controlled access but without problems to get in and out. All very clean
