Amazing apartment for a stay in Austin. Lots of space and everything was done so nicely. Left a really helpful sheet of recommendations also. Easy to walk to main Soco street with really good food and shopping options. The bus runs straight into town from here also. Would recommend to anyone!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was close to everything within walking distance. The pool was a plus in the hot weather. I would stay here again when I visit San Antonio.

We have stayed and many Airbnb's but this our first experience with an apartment which we were very hesitant because of concerns with privacy and outside noises. Not here its amazing how quiet this location is! Getting into the garage was so easy Mario's instructions were so helpful. The location was super convenient to almost anything you would want. The apartment is on the top level which was very important to us, although it was next to a busy road and next to other units you would not know it was so quiet in there. The window units and sound machines were the PERFECT touch to get some great sleep. Speaking of sleep, the beds, pillows and bedding were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept on! One thing that is super important to us that many Airbnb's don't offer is blinds and blackout curtains, natural light is not for us! If you are like us you'll love this place its super easy to get some good rest and relax after exploring S.A. They have a wonderful gym and pool as well!

Check in and checkout was smooth with the tutorial videos sent. We liked the privacy and security of the building the place was perfect. Everything was clean and neat. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently returned for my second stay at this fantastic Airbnb in San Antonio, and I couldn't be happier! Richie is incredibly welcoming and focused on ensuring my stay is perfect. The space itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated, blending comfort with style. I loved the cozy living room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to recharge after exploring the city. This time we also used the pool which was extremely refreshing. Location-wise, it's perfect. Just a short drive to all the main attractions, yet located in a peaceful neighborhood. You are right on the Riverwalk so it’s super easy to walk to almost all key locations. Overall, my experience was just as great as the first time! I can't recommend this place enough and look forward to my next visit. Thank you for another memorable stay!

Great location for a weekend in Austin!

Great location, walking distance to Zilker park and Barton springs pool. I would enjoy both daily. People are nice in the community. The place was cozy and had majority of what you need. The living room has windows looking out on to a common walk way so I kept those closed most of the time. Not the best place for a long term stay because of coin laundry and towing in parking lot, but great area.

This is a very nice, clean and quiet apartment. The kitchen has everything you may need. The location is great, close to San Marcos, Austin, San Antonio and the BBQ Capital of Texas, Lockhart. We will recommend this place to our friends and family.

Overall, this apartment worked great for my boyfriend and me. The location is walking distance to Barton Springs, had a spacious layout, and the aesthetic was fresh and inviting.

Christopher was a great host. Once of the best we have ever worked with. Hospitality was truly amazing. He accommodated well and was very responsive to any questions we had. Apartment was very clean! In our opinion better than the pictures. Instructions were clear and apartment easy to find. Bathroom was beautiful and equipped with everything we might need. Kitchen was clean and stocked. AC was cold and lighting was perfect! For us the beds were a bit stiff but I have a bad back so honestly it’s not a fair opinion. Pool was well maintained. We have a baby and initially I was worried about how busy the pool was and noise that came with that, but by dark everyone was gone and no one was over the top noisy. Neighbors were very quiet and respectful. Our unit was on the third floor so if you have kids or have a lot of luggage be ready to be out of breath! 😂😂 overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back when in town!

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super clean and comfortable. We were able to use the pool, gym and other community areas. It was just a quick 10 min drive to downtown. Drew was quick to respond whenever needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We made this reservation last minute and Walt and Sandi were very responsive and accommodating. This second floor apartment is very nice. Great layout and super comfy. It's also a very short drive to restaurants and stores. Great location.

perfect place for a kid free night with the wife. Private and quiet, close to anything you would need.

We had such a wonderful time! the condo was clean and smelled great. Bed and pillows were comfy. The balcony had a great view of the deer and courtyard. Zach was very responsive and gave great directions on parking and how to locate the condo. We will definitely return!
