The accommodation has private parking.

Nemo Studio with Wi-Fi and Netflix

The "Nemo" accommodation is a studio in an old Canarian building, in the village of Las Breñas, 10 minutes from the beaches of "Papagayo" and Playa Blanca. It has a private bathroom, kitchenette (not for cooking) 1.40 m double bed in mezzanine, private toilet and small TV lounge. The equipment consists of Wi-Fi, microwave, espresso machine and small fridge in the patio. For stays of 2 nights, a €20 cleaning fee will be charged.

The accommodation has 100m2 of housing on two floors and 100m2 of terrace. The 3 bedrooms can accommodate two double beds and one single or one double bed and three singles. Cleaning included for 7-day stays. For stays of 15 days or more, the guest will have to pay for an extra cleaning, with a cost of €75, and sheets and towels will be changed. For less than 7 days, the cleaning will cost 100.-€, with early payment.
