definitely would recomend this home to anyone the price is more than fair and it's literally close to the beach and the strand i couldn't have found a better spot for the weekend

Tara was very responsive from the start and during our stay. The home was very clean access was perfect and the pool was awesome. Awesome game room downstairs with great AC, games darts and fun times. I would highly recommend this location.

This place was absolutely perfect! My teenage son loved the fishing my 10 year old loved the kayaking and my husband and I loved how peaceful the surroundings were! Definitely coming back!! Thank you Robin for this magnificent stay!

The place is gorgeous. Perfect for families. The place has games, everything you need to for kids, and the space is really pretty and well decorated. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. It is very close to the beach and the instructions have everything you need to make your stay super easy. We are definitely coming back and recommend this house/location for anyone looking for a nice getaway with friends/family.

We all felt right at home! I felt comfortable relaxing by the pool while the kids and husband took walks or went to the beach. I would definitely book again for some much-needed relaxation soon.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! Even with nearby homes, it felt quiet, peaceful, and surprisingly private—perfect for our family getaway. House was exactly as pictured, with a cozy, beach-weathered charm. The downstairs outdoor space was a highlight, and the hot tub was a great bonus (some sand in it, but totally expected at the beach!). The beach gear was definitely past its prime, but still appreciated and useful. The views were absolutely unbeatable, and despite the slightly higher price, we felt the experience and location were worth it. The only issue we had was an unexpected visit from a man who said he was there to check on some repairs. No one had notified us, and he entered bedrooms—including one where teenage girls were sleeping and our personal belongings were out. It caught us off guard, and I had to reach out to confirm he was actually sent by the host. A heads-up beforehand would’ve made us feel much more comfortable. Overall though, we had a fantastic stay!

Adorable beach house in THE BEST location!! Literally a walk through the backyard and over a bridge through the dunes to the beach!! Loved that we shared this area with a few families that rented on the same row. Almost like having a private beach at times. The host was always super friendly in her communication! Will definitely consider rebooking this property if ever back in Surfside 🏖️

The home is very roomy and perfect for a family or a larger group. The home has been nicely renovated and is decorated well. It has a charming and cozy vibe. The pool area is very nice, well maintained and clean. This home offers so many amenities. Gregg and Elise are wonderful hosts and communicators. They have anticipated and provided for every possible need that may arise during a stay.

Place is beautiful. Sean was quick to respond when I had questions. beach is close and the view from the front porch is gorgeous.

Great location for our stay with it being only a block from the boat ramp. We loved all of the details in the home decor, it felt very inviting and welcoming. The host was very easy to get ahold of when we needed anything.

Let start by saying we have had Large family Beach Vacations for over 35 yrs and we owned a Beach Vacation home in Port Aransas for 13 yrs. Surfside Paradise was more than we expected. This was our first visit to Surfside Tx so we were not sure what to expect but we were all very pleased with the Town, The Beach, the people,and restaurants/bar&grills. Everyone was extremely friendly. The House and its location was perfect. The house is extremely well thought out and decorated it was very comfortable with our 15 family and friends (7) being kids. Cooking for large group was easy with everything there to cook with, and on days that it rained the kids loved the upstairs game area and the adults enjoyed the large table downstairs for card games.The indoor Elevator was a welcome convenience. The Beach location was perfect and very easy to get on and off with the private Boardwalk, the beach was clean and being able to sit on the porch and watch the sunrise made for beautiful day.Thank You

This is a great place to stay. Close walk to the beach. Beautiful views of the Ocean when you sit out on the front deck. Pretty views of the bay on the back deck. The back deck is quiet. There are places close by to get gas and groceries at the Dollar store or a few convenience stores just 5-10 minutes away. Also Jamaica Beach is a town with a couple of restaurants just 10 min. away. Cons: The road is noisy intermittently when sitting on the front deck. The place is a bit far out. It's about 20-25 min. to the seawall, grocery stores, Walmart and restaurants by car. Watch your speed through Jamaica Beach. It is 35 mph and you will get stopped and given a ticket if going over that as we did. Overall we loved this place and hope to rent it again in the future. We stayed 4 months.

The Cozy Beach House was perfect for my family's weekend beach trip. The location is great, with views of the water and a 2-minute walk to beach access. It's on a quiet street filled with vacation homes with convenience and liquor stores nearby. Beach chairs and a wagon were provided in the downstairs closet, the washer/dryer was really nice to have, and the AC kept everyone comfortable. Super easy contactless check-in and check-out. The listing photos accurately represent the place. The only downside was the cleanliness of the place. A wet towel was left in a sink, the floors - which our toddler was crawling around on - were visibly dirty with sandy footprints in the rugs which came out with vacuuming. Almost all of the stainless pots and pans had food burned on them, making them unusable. I'm being generous with my 5 stars because beach houses like this are admittedly difficult to keep clean, and overall we were really happy with the place and the price we paid.

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for! The home was spotlessly clean and filled with thoughtful details that made our stay very comfortable. The covered parking below was very convenient. The decor had a beachy, cozy feel and we loved the outdoor speakers and all of the games available. It really felt like home away from home. What truly set this place apart was the host! She went out of her way to order us a baby gate to ensure our little one stayed safe~such a kind and thoughtful gesture that we very much appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very clean, quiet, family getaway!

Great home in Pointe West! Views of both sunrise and sunset. Fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for our getaway with 2 other families. Bonus game room upstairs for kiddos. Close to the lazy river pool, walkable. Clubhouse across the road. Drive on beach just past clubhouse if desired or walk to beach from clubhouse. Loved our stay. Would definitely rent again!

My wife and I spent a week with our 2 sons and daughters in law. We enjoyed the privacy, how quiet it was, the close access to beach which was nearly always ours alone. We brought and cooked most of our meals but did enjoy a few meals out at restaurants on the island. We only had to wait longer than 20 minutes once so our trips to Galveston to visit aquarium or shopping was not an issue. This home is more for those seeking a more solitude experience and for that need this property is excellent. Would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We absolutely loved this place. Very, very clean and cozy!! We were not disappointed at all. The house was totally stocked with all the necessities you will need. The neighborhood was quiet and we had plenty of space on the beach to ourselves. Much needed relaxing beach vacation. I would most definitely stay here again. The only thing I would change is the door locks. They were tricky and I had daily arguments with them. Lol!!
