I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! I loved Joann’s place. It was very clean and looked exactly how the photos look like on her page. The surroundings gave me many choices of fine dining restaurants. Nice area outside, and I felt very safe walking around during the day and night.

Honestly one of the best BNBs I’ve stayed at. The experience felt like I stayed in a hotel with the quality of everything that was provided by the hosts for their guests (comfiest bed, enough towels and toiletries, free coffee, functional appliances, sleek furniture, fast wifi, etc etc). 10/10 would recommend.

everythung was clear and concise, from check in to chrck out. easy to communicate with. details are complete. no hassle at all. i felt like going to my own home. place was clean. i didnt need much to stay at the place so didnt also look for much. lots of great restaurants around the area and inside the mall at the lower grounds. building elevator did not take lonh for waiting even tho not all are working when i was staying.

Very nice apartment in a good neighbourhood. Close to stores, restaurants and Jeepney routs. Good security, beautiful pool area where you can walk around or just relax by the pool. Jemma is very helpful and easy to contact. Would definitely come back next time im in Manila .

Our stay at Ani's place was wonderful. The host is very communicative, with detailed and complete instructions for check-in, check-out, etc. Ani was also very accommodating when I asked if my parents could check in a little earlier than the posted check-in time. When we had a bit of trouble connecting to the wifi, Ani was very responsive and helpful. The place itself was perfect. A steal for the price, especially being in the Makati CBD. The condo was so clean, well-decorated and cozy. What we appreciated most is how thoughtfully stocked it is with all your essentials and so much more. This is one of the best airbnbs I've stayed in in the city, and will definitely be one I return to and recommend to guests.
