Apartment holiday rentals in San Lorenzo

We had an amazing two-day stay at this Airbnb in Makati City - definitely one of the best experiences me and my family have had. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all six of us. It truly felt like a home away from home. One minor thing we wished for was a bigger cookware since we cooked a few meals, but everything else was spot on. We’re also very grateful for the host’s flexibility during checkout - we ended up oversleeping (that’s how comfy the place was!) and they were kind enough to adjust. Highly recommended for families looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the city! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

Abyzz and Rody were wonderful hosts!!! They were very responsive! I really loved the balcony. It was nice and peaceful so it was great to sit outside and have breakfast/dinner:) As mentioned by other guests, their place was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in Manila. I’m not a fan of little crawling critters, so I was happy to stay at a place that had NONE!!! 🤩 The kitchen was complete as well, so it was comfortable to cook :) It’s rare to find a 3-4 range stove top + oven in these condos, so it was such a great bonus to have for those that love to cook. AC was also great!!! Thank you so much Abyzz & Rody!!

I loved Joann’s place. It was very clean and looked exactly how the photos look like on her page. The surroundings gave me many choices of fine dining restaurants. Nice area outside, and I felt very safe walking around during the day and night.

This was a rush booking that we had to made the night prior and Abie was really helpful and responsive and even had to book us a parking slot at the last minute. Place was spacious, clean and easy to locate. Water pressure was not a problem too.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I had a great experience staying at Ryan’s unit in Prince Plaza II Condotel. The location is incredibly convenient—right in the heart of Makati and just a short walk to Greenbelt, restaurants, cafes, and shops. It made everything so accessible. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. I also appreciated the kitchenette setup, which was handy for making light meals. Ryan was a great host—very responsive, accommodating, and made check-in/check-out smooth and hassle-free. He even provided clear instructions and helpful recommendations for the area. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely book again when I’m back in Makati. Highly recommended!

I loved Chris's place. The unit has one of the most comfortable bed, quality linens, six pillows plus two extra. Plenty of closet space, numerous hangers, two beautiful mirrors, full size dining table, full size microwave. All appliances and utensils in kitchen were good quality. Decent Internet speed 10 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speed. Functioning aircon in both bed room and living room . Indirect lighting; tasteful interior decoration. Outlet every where. No useless nick-knacks for decoration. Amazing view from window and no facing building. giving utmost privacy. Clean towels and hand towel. Good quality body wash, shampoo and hand soap bottles (not the cheap sachets). No trace of cockroaches (a rarity in Beacon apartments). Everything was functioning except the aircon remotes, that needed batteries. Chriis was lightening fast in communication. Truely deserves the Premier Staycation label. Will I return? You bet!

Carla's condo was a great stay! The condo was very clean, spacious and matched the photos. Carla was very helpful when I had questions and even checked in on me. The security guards at the condo were very friendly and helpful. The location perfect and in the center of the nightlife. Will be back soon!

Will's place is quite spacious with plenty of room to move around. it has everything you ever need in a vacation home. Host is also responsive which made communication seamless.

The place was clean and conveniently located. The amenities of the building were also good. Good Wifi and the kitchen was nicely equipped. We did encounter an issue trying to access the unit initially but that was eventually resolved. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're looking for a base around Manila.

Sweet home is a great place to stay if you want to be close to shopping centers and restaurants. My family enjoyed the amenities in this condo unit and having a washer was a big plus to prepare ourselves for the next itinerary of our vacation in the Philippines. The place is a little old, but it has everything that you need to call it a sweet home for the meantime. My husband said that we will definitely use this again in our future Philippine vacation. I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless and smelled fresh the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the kids have toys, books and even towels. The host was incredibly friendly and very accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. If I could stay here longer, I definitely would, it's that inviting. Highly recommended!

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

We had an amazing and comfortable time staying at this property. The place is clean, full of character, and has an amazing view of the city that we enjoyed waking up to. It is very spacious and did not feel crowded with 8 guests. There are lots of things to do within walking distance of this place. We are thankful to Venica for being a great and accommodating host and we are keen to rent her property again if the opportunity arise.

I got lucky finding Habeeb’s place. I booked it again immediately after staying for an initial week. I like that he doesn’t price-gouge. And for what the location and place offers, it’s a good deal. I travel for work and I was pleased with this find. I just wish Habeeb has a more responsive property manager. There were a few items I raised (bedside lamp, toaster, kitchen outlet, balcony light were all inoperable) that were not addresses during my stay. I should have been more relentless, but then I was outside most of the day. Will privately email Habeeb my suggestions to improve value to his offer. Will stay again here. Definitely.

Ms Myra's place is beyond my expectation. .. Feels like our own house. what i love most is its in the corner which our kids love the view outside. And they really enjoy the pool and the playground. We are looking forward to stay here again for our next vacation in the Philippines. Highly recommended ❤️❤️

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson! I'll definitely come back again.
