It was a great stay at Glady's place. She was responsive and provided us with information needed in order to get into her place smoothly. We watched a concert and as advertised, it was indeed a 5-6 minutes walk to MOA Arena. ☺️

The unit was spotless, n i really appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing toiletries. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. The property also offers great amenities like the gym and pool. What stood out to me the most was the host's communication style-- always polite, respectful, and professional. Highly recommended!

Great place! We booked it due to our event nearby. Plus points sa parking lot as well. Only disappointment we had is for not staying long. 😅 Will definitely come back again. 💯

Our family stayed at this condo for almost a week in June, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The unit was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants, grocery store and a Mall. The building was secure and quiet, and check-in was seamless thanks to clear instructions from the host. I’d definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. Thanks again for a wonderful visit!

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

Clean and beautiful view from this apartment I watched then sunset and sunrise each day. Conveniently located beside the century mall. Easy to get around to.

The level of hospitality by ma’am Nel and sir Tony was beyond exceptional! The area could be a little intimidating at first, especially the alley to the entrance but the neighbors were actually very nice and friendly. The place was comfortable for our family of 9 and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for accommodating ma’am and sir!

This is the perfect place for me whenever I visit Manila – conveniently located near Rockwell, yet in a very quiet and secure area. I'm not a fan of large condos, and this townhouse offers a unique charm. The second floor features beautiful, old wooden floors and a spacious bedroom. There's also a small patio outside, which adds to the cozy, inviting atmosphere of the house. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Manila. It’s truly a hidden gem!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

At first I felt hesitant seeing previous reviews about the place, since I was planning to have a surprise birthday party for my partner. I'm glad to say that I had a very pleasant stay and all my guests enjoyed the party. The host was very responsive and friendly, all while still being very professional. As for the caretakers, I barely noticed them (only saw them when I needed them) and they're very friendly as well. Check in and check out was a breeze and the place is really spacious and it was clean as well. As for the quiet hours, I would say that we did get a little loud and rowdy but we had no noise complaints (caretaker politely reminded us about the quiet time a few minutes before). I guess as long as you respect and are aware of the quiet hours wherein you'd be more mindful, you'd have ZERO PROBLEMS. Overall, we all had a great time and I would book them again :))

We used this place as a staging ground for my daughter’s first birthday. It is a 1.5 story house with 3 bedrooms on the second floor and another on the lower ground floor. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor had a full toilet and bath. The 4th bedroom on the lower ground where the kitchen and dining areas are does not have its own bathroom but a common full toilet and bath is just a few steps away. All the bedrooms have split type airconditioning units. There are 2 living rooms located on the upper and lower ground levels complete with tv and sound systems. There are two kitchens but we made use of only the main kitchen. It has everything you’ll need if you wanted to cook and has a large cold ref but we just ordered food. The dining table seats 8 but can easily accomodate 10. The best part for us is the huge garage which can take in 6 SUVs. Rafael was extremely helpful and prompt in his reponses. Thank you so much, Rafael! We will definitely stay at your place again.

Vanessa was a great host throughout my stay. Always available, very knowledgeable (especially regarding real estate), and goes the extra mile for her guests. Kristine and Regine were great co-host, in that they knew the technical aspects of the electronics listed. The listed price is definitely worth it. I will gladly consider working with them again in the future

Second time here, no problem at all. The Balcony gives you a great view, you have great access to the Venice mall, the room is spacious and looks great. We will come back again, 😁 thank you Penpen.

Just bring your clothes and your toothbrush, EVERYTHING is provided - soap, paper towels, common cooking spices, first aid kit, etc. Damon and his nephew Martin were super responsive and extremely accommodating especially when it came to the super late check-in time. My wife and I loved the unit and its amenities. After a few days, we encountered a problem with the microwave but Damon and Martin came through right away and fixed the issue. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic and a welcome surprise especially coming from a place where low water pressure is the norm. However, as a downside to this is…beware of the bum gun! TMI? Hopefully we will get to stay here again the next time we are in Manila.

Jon was very responsive. The place was neat and organized and every corner has simple instructions. I love how it feels cool as soon as I got into the unit too. Will definitely book again next time I needed to go back to BGC for business trip.
