I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

An amazing place to stay in Manila! This was my very first time going into this beautiful country and I would recommend this Airbnb if you would like to feel safe and have a luxury place at the heart of Manila. The most amazing thing about this place was the view! From sunrise to sunset. Waking up with that view I felt right at home Also the instructions were clear and easy to understand and staff were nice at all times

My friends and I originally planned to stay for just one day, but we ended up extending to four because we felt so comfortable in the unit. So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly one of the best BNBs I’ve stayed at. The experience felt like I stayed in a hotel with the quality of everything that was provided by the hosts for their guests (comfiest bed, enough towels and toiletries, free coffee, functional appliances, sleek furniture, fast wifi, etc etc). 10/10 would recommend.

we enjoyed our stay greatly. very close to ammendities, walking distance from a 7 eleven and a bunch of restaurants. security around 24/7 making it very safe. clean house with good furniture and appliances.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of all the action. The place was a nice break from all of the hotels prior and felt like a nice, clean, homey apartment with a nice balcony view. Had an amazing stay at Christine's unit while we are reviewing for our exam. Just had some problems with extension cords for us to use our electronic devices but she is very responsive to all our concerns. The place is also accessible to everything so if you forgot to buy something, you can easily get it right away.
