We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. This was one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! TOP!! We were 8 adults and 6 children between 1 and 11 years old. The outdoor area is absolutely fantastic, the pool is incredibly beautiful! The water is very good quality. There is also a small level for the little children, so that the bathing fun is guaranteed for everyone. There are numerous seating options to enjoy the evenings. It was also perfect for our dog! The plot is very large but as far as I have seen completely fenced. The hosts are very nice and were always available and really took care of everything. Absolutely recommend!!

Our stay with Sheila and Silvia was fantastic! They were terrific hosts, and the property exceeded our expectations with its beauty and impeccable cleanliness. We opted for extra meals and a cooking class, and everything was outstanding. Silvia is an incredible chef, and the dinners she prepared were some of our best meals during our trip to Italy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The property offers stunning views, nestled in the hills about a 20-25 minute drive from Cortona via scenic, winding roads, so having a car is essential. There’s so much to explore within a 30-minute to 2-hour drive, from lakeside towns and wine tastings to thermal baths, spas, charming medieval villages, and plenty of Michelin-starred restaurants. I highly recommend booking here for a relaxing, delicious, and comfortable getaway.

We were two friendly couples with two dogs and had a wonderful time! The house and the location are perfect for resting and relaxing. The two separate bedrooms incl. There was also enough space for four in the bathroom. We felt very comfortable! Especially the fenced outdoor area and the private pool made the stay perfect for us! The view of the surrounding mountains and the quiet location also invite you to relax. The next largest city Città di Castello (about 25 minutes by car) is also worth a visit. There are also some restaurants and shops. The hosts were very attentive and available at all times and also surprised us once with a delicious cake. We had a great and all-round successful holiday - thank you Tiziano!

We had a great time in the beautiful Casa Isabella! 2 rooms and a mezzanine are on the top floor around a large living area, the kitchen and bathroom are downstairs and lead out to two large terrace areas and the beautiful private swimming pool. The view from the terrace and the pool are stunning! Everything was perfect for us; we loved the peace and quiet, the hosts were always responsive and helpful, the house is well stocked and feels like home straightaway and there are some great restaurants just 15min away in pretty much all directions.

The house of Maria Cecilia is a true gem. It has a great view, you can park the car easily and there's always sun. Inside you have everything you need and you can stay there for months as it feels immediately like home :-)

This house with the surrounding garden, embedded in a dreamlike landscape, is an absolute paradise. The garden is huge, beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. The view is breathtaking and we have taken daily hiking trips and bike tours directly from the house. The peace and quiet is incredible, you can usually only hear birds and when it gets dark, the nightingale. The house itself also leaves nothing to be desired. Extremely clean, including in the cupboards and drawers. Everything you need is there, but (despite very tasteful decoration) not overcrowded. Just right and everything is very high quality. Super comfortable bed & sofa and beautiful bathroom. Veronica is an outstanding host and her mother (who welcomed us) is very sympathetic. We received gifts directly from the garden and Veronica is responsive and extremely courteous in communication. You can tell from the beginning to the end how much love is in this house.
