From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you to Dahiana for her very clear explanations to find the apartment and her responsiveness to our questions .

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

All in all, a wonderful place to stay. You have absolute peace of mind, as you live secluded on a mountain. There is another accommodation in the house itself, which was not occupied during our visit. Kitchen utensils available, but you have to get everything for spices/oil. The ad says 2 single beds + sofa bed, but it is 1 double bed + sofa bed. It's not really big, but it's totally clear. If you are looking for luxury, this is the wrong place. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be. We were there for 5 nights, absolutely recommend it

Beautiful atypical apartment located in the heart of the village on a nice little lively square. Nearby bars and restaurants, some frequented by locals, which is very nice (don't hesitate) The ocean is 2 steps away with a nice coastal walk and natural pools. Beautiful terrace but with neighbors opposite, without any particular inconvenience. Evenings are quiet despite the terraces. However, do not be afraid of the stairs. Kathy's welcome was perfect and she gave good advice.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Julio’s apartment. The location for us was perfect and we found the complex and pool area very clean and peaceful, plenty of sun-beds available throughout the day. The apartment itself was very clean with a terrace overlooking the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a bonus when we needed it. Within walking distance to many bars and restaurants, you are spoilt for choice! Julio was very responsive when we needed any help or recommendations, he is a wonderful host. So much so that we have already booked to return next year!

This place has an amazing view, and It is right in front of the “Los Gigantes” . There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We experienced some difficulties finding street parking during weekends because host mentioned May is not as busy, so a parking in the building was not provided as indicated in the post. Another item is the shower drain is slow, despite trying to clean all the hairs. At the end of stay (starting 5th day), we do need to stop water a couple of times during each shower to prevent water overflow. If you are coming during peak seasons, pay attentions on these details.

The apartment was really great! It had everything you need, including a nice beachview from the terrace. We would choose it again.

Bea’s place has a wonderful outside area with the most scenic view of the water and cliffs. This is a great place to stay if you want to see the area, relax on the patio or hike some beautiful trails. We loved the entire condo and appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, assorted fruits and cookies! We would definitely return again.

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

I booked this house for a week with my family and we enjoyed it so much. The house itself is great and the view is just stunning! My kids LOVE jumping into the pool and jacuzzi! It’s also super easy to go explore the island as the highway is 5 min away. We went to Los Cristianos, puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz. There is a little path that leads to the beach down the cliff…a bit hard for kids but did it as a “trail” and reached the beach in less than 10min! Definitely recommend if you went to spend some quality time in Tenerife!

The apartment, what can I say respects the published photos, beautiful clean, brand new bathroom, super clean and very bright, and modern! The kitchen is small but super equipped, there is everything you need, the room is also super with a TV. We had a wonderful week at Playa San Juan in March 2025. The house could not be in a better location and the views are stunning. It’s just a few steps down to the sheltered beach and the house is equipped with chairs and sunshades. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, and a supermarket about 1 minute away. It also has a bakery. Check in was straight forward and we received a warm welcome and our hosts explained everything to us. Communication was good, in part because we can manage a little Spanish, and also thanks to AU translations. The highlight for us was a boat trip where we enjoyed dolphins cavorting and having plenty of fun. We also hired a moped in the village so that we could easily explore further afield. The house was clean and well maintained. The only slightly negative comment from us is that while there is a reasonable amount of draw space, there is nowhere to hang anything.

Beautiful apartment in a good location. Amazing views from the terrace and nice and bright inside. George was very helpful, giving good recommendations and promptly fixing an issue with wifi. Lovely place to relax in.
