This was such a great place to stay. A stylish, well equipped & well loved home in a really special location. Highly recommended. The only downside for us was the full moon that spoiled the star gazing!

This place is simply stunning. The views alone are worth a stay, but the home is very comfortable and quiet. The host was very responsive to texts and very friendly. We will most definitely be back!

Roadrunner Ranch was a magical place to stay. Great communication from Rob and a lovely home that matched the description. We were not disappointed.

A lovely place with great outdoor space - my wife and I enjoyed staying here while working and exploring Joshua Tree! The inside is well-considered and the outside is well-equipped. Do note that the road getting to the house is pretty rough, be sure to follow the instructions but it is manageable in a sedan. Also the wifi is "fast" in terms of bandwidth but is a bit laggy for remote work; you can get by but it's not ideal if you have to take a lot of calls.

Our family's first stop on a cross country road trip, and it was perfect! Beautiful place, cool decor, and quick responses from Vanessa! Next time we take a trip to Joshua tree we'll definitely want to come back to this spot.

We were very satisfied with the set up of the house. An amazing big backyard for dog to run around with the kids. The highlight was the pool table and ping pong table. We were able to cook, wash, and watch tv and relax. The only recommendations woukd be a welcome gift with miniature products. Thank you for the hospitality

Amazing stay with Heather! This place is gorgeous and peaceful. We had a calm 2 weeks just enjoying the desert and nearby activities. Heather made it all so easy for us.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very nice clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, and even small touches like extra toiletries and cozy lighting. The space was also incredibly aesthetically pleasing, with modern decor and a calming color palette that made it feel both stylish and homey. You can tell a lot of care went into setting up this place. I really appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderful stay! The attention to detail was on point. You can tell they took a lot of pride in the product they are proving people. Very friendly hosts and very responsive. I’d stay here again in a heart beat. The movie room exceeded our expectations. Value was very worth the money.

Really stunning house, the inside is immaculate and so well done. Loved the outside space, truly stunning. Nice being so way out. Though there are houses around so not completely private. Also we lost power for about 5 hours the first day, had to find a neighbour so see if it was just us or the neighbourhood but apparently can happen anytime. Just something to be aware of as it happened again on second night. But house and everything included is fantastic, highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights, and it was absolutely peaceful. Just what we needed to unwind from our busy jobs. Our goal was to do nothing, and this place was perfect for that. Private location (we didn’t even need bedroom curtains!) and a great layout. We paid extra for the jacuzzi, and it was totally worth it since the water stays cold even during the day. note: only the jacuzzi is heated, not the pool, as stated. Areas for improvement: both rain shower heads had mineral buildup, making post-pool rinsing a bit tricky. We’d read reviews about this and hoped it would be resolved, but it wasn’t. Lots of dog hairs were on the carpets - I am allergic to most of the dog hairs - and was sneezing a lot. Still, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Next time maybe with one more couple :)

We had an amazing stay at Horizon House! It was spacious and beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed our getaway and our kids were very entertained in the pool, observing and walking the terrain, and at attractions that are close by. Sunnie is the perfect host—she was very responsive, helped us with recs while we were there, obviously has a keen eye for design, was kind, and even stocked the coffee/tea pantry with our likes in mind. We would love to stay again or try another home in the mirohaus collection. Thank you!

From the moment we first walked in, we were immediately struck by how beautiful and inviting the place was. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, just like the photos had promised. The hosts were truly outstanding—some of the best we’ve ever encountered when it comes to communication. They were responsive, helpful, and easy to reach throughout our stay. However, there are a few things that could use some attention. The bathroom handles near the bedrooms were broken, which was a bit inconvenient—though we managed. This house was a dream come true for a quick desert getaway. It feels like a direct extension of the desert landscape around it and is decorated and appointed meticulously to help you feel immersed in the calming desert scene all around you. We didn't want to do much besides drift in the pool and soak up the scenery, and it was a perfect match for our laid-back goals. Close enough to town that we could run in to get some last-minute supplies, but far enough away that town felt non-existent if you were just looking around. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in the desert.

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! Everything was as described, and the attention to detail in the home decor and the landscaping/surroundings was impeccable. It was so peaceful and private. We loved hanging by the pool and watching the wildlife, exploring the town, and hiking nearby. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This was my second time staying at Anastasia and Milen’s awesome mountain retreat. I adored their comfy, relaxing cabin, especially the outdoor deck which provides incredible sunset views and extraordinary birding opportunities. I can’t wait to return! Anastasia and Milen get my highest recommendation!

This is hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs that I’ve ever rented. I stayed here for a creative retreat and felt so relaxed and inspired. The layout of the space is perfect, the shower is large and relaxing, the decor is spot on and doesn’t take away from the natural surroundings, the sheets are linen, all the kitchen supplies you need and most importantly views for days!! I did a solo trip and felt completely safe and so inspired. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was an unplanned, last minute booking and we were so lucky that John’s place was available. It gave us the perfect escape from our busy lives. My partner and I fell in love with the animals. They are all so friendly and approachable. We loved feeding the goats, chickens, roosters, ducks, turkeys and the emu. The emu is the cutest and friendliest! The place was private and had great books. We slept comfortably. Thank you John for having the AC on by the time we checked in. It was extremely hot outdoors. We really appreciated that. Most importantly thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

The cabin has all the amenities, but it was such a calming environment, that just sitting together for our anniversary, listening to the sounds of the forest and feeling the pleasant breeze was enough. Of course we used the hot tub under the stars and watched a bit of Stanley Tucci's show about Italy on Hulu during breakfast, but the cabin and it's location are the best thing happening. Going to dinner in town was about 5 minutes in the car, but we liked the cabin so much, we ate and returned to spend more time together, in a place so very different from our home in San Diego. We'll have to stay longer next time. Thanks David!
