The two apartments are composed of: independent entrance, a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, if required there is also room for the addition of other beds. Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of renting only one room inside the villa, which also has a private entrance and a private bathroom. Large garden and relaxation areas available for guests, in the summer months you can use the outdoor pool and green space to eat. Ideal for a romantic stay, both for those who are passionate about nature and culture (nearby you can visit wineries and oil mills, or the most important art cities of Marche) for those who choose to take a holiday by the sea not even two kilometers away you can reach the velvety beaches of the Adriatic coast, with all the services for fun and leisure.

The old brick farmhouse is located near the historic center. It is spread across two floors. The first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom and the second floor consists of 3 furnished and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of guests.
