The accommodation contains 3 double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, utility room and 2 bathrooms (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom is locked off for the non present owners). Fiber optic 50Mbps, TV, Bluetooth speaker for music or radio. Fully equipped kitchen, outside BBQ area and shaded chill-out areas. 25 min from airport, 10 min to "Blue flag" beaches, There are about 50 bars and restaurants in the area. Nearest area is 450 meters from the villa.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Very close to supermarket, bars and medical center, all within 2 minutes walking distance. The urbanization has 2 water parks (for a fee) and is located 5 km from the beach, about 10 minutes by car. There is bus service from the urbanization to the beaches every hour and a half . We are also a 20-minute drive from Alicante airport and 45 minutes from Murcia airport.

Came home last night from our trip. Can’t even begin to describe our experience. First of all, Jenn and Vilma were both amazing. Communication was on the top, always there, very responsive, friendly, ready to help. The place was amazing, the kids LOVED the pool, couldn’t wait in the morning to be done with breakfast and then dive right into the pool 🤗 We felt like home, really enjoyed everything about the place. Location was beautiful, peaceful. Beaches were near, we did rent a car, so that was very helpful for us (travelling with 3 kids aged 6, 5 and a 3 month old baby). We will definitely go back, and definitely stay at the villa again! Thank you so so so much for this beautiful stay Jenn and Vilma!🌸

We had a wonderful time in the two-room apartment, which we rented for just under a week. The facility is very nice and well maintained, everything was super clean and welcoming. Especially the pool was a highlight – perfect for relaxing! A big thank you to our host Philippe: a warm, helpful and humorous person who made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a joy to meet him! We highly recommend the place and the host and would be happy to come back.
