Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Frediano, Florence

From the moment we arrived Leonardo and Gabriela were just above and beyond what any other air bnb we have stayed in. They had wine, water, a huge chocolate egg and the typical Italian bread for Pasqua for us to enjoy. Fruit, walnuts, eggs….just above and beyond! The local restaurants are absolutely amazing! Some is the best food in Florence. Podere, Gualtieri for breakfast and espresso, the pizza place, S’Brino is the best gelato in the city! A quiet place that is close to everything and with views of the city that are un matched. Look no further, book this amazing paradise in Florence now!

Great Airbnb less than a 10 minute walk to the train station and all that Florence has to offer. AC worked VERY well and we were able to store our bags when we arrived (prior to check in time). The washer and dryer worked great! Definitely recommend!

Superbe logement extrêmement bien situé en plein centre touristique et malgré tout très calme. Magnifique terrasse avec super vue. Appartement avec air conditionné qui est le bienvenu quand il fait chaud. Appartement extrêmement propre et tout est beau et choisi avec goût. Hôtesse très gentille et toujours prompte à répondre aux multiples questions et de très bon conseil. Ce logement a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Nous avons adoré et le recommandons. Juste peut-être un parasol sur la terrasse serait le bien venu quand il fait chaud. Mais vraiment ce n'est qu'un détail.

The apartment was perfect! Very clean, cute, nicely decorated, and safe. It was in the absolute perfect location and I would totally stay there again. Instructions were clear and easy.

Very centrally located, especially to the Ponte Vecchio. Air conditioning was a plus.

If you are someone who values cleanliness, this is the place for you! This lovely unit is impeccably clean, stocked with quality amenities, offers a comfy bed, relaxing shower and is peaceful and quiet. It truly feels like a home away from home after long days touring the beautiful city of Florence. It is located near numerous restaurants, shops, stunning parks and is a quick walk to all the places we came to see. Upon arrival, we were met by Laura and Paolo, who carried our bags up and took just the right amount of time to explain the ins and outs of the unit and neighborhood to us. They even presented us with a bottle of local red wine! Staying here was a highlight and our only wish during our stay was that it could be longer! Thank you, Laura and Paolo.

Excellent stay. Beautiful apartment. ** Maybe it was a miss on my end to check this out in the description of the place but if you are coming in with lot of luggage, be ready to help yourself carrying 4 stairs ..no elevator** Other than the one issue I faced, rest really went well. Great location right in the heart of Florence - steps from the Duomo and a 10 minute walk to everything else. Very walkable to the train station. It was so nice to have a place to come and go easily in between all of our activities. The space was comfortable for our family of 4. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms and the washer/dryer. It was the perfect 'home base' for us during a long stay.

This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in dem traumhaften Appartement verbracht. Der Garten und das dazugehörige Anwesen einfach zauberhaft. Das Apartment sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannten sucht kommt zu 100 Prozent auf seine Kosten. Florenz bestens zu erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Danke für den unvergesslichen Aufenhalt! Wir würden es immer wieder empfehlen.

Great place, location, and attentive hosts. I highly recommend! No stairs which is nice if you have a bunch of luggage, you just walk right in. Clean and has everything you need to feel at home.

La Capella was beautiful! Titti was there to welcome us and made sure we had everything we needed. This stay is in between the beautiful Tuscany country and the city of Florence. Perfect to get both experiences! We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay! This was my second visit to this apartment because it’s in a perfect location, beautifully furnished, in a quiet neighborhood but five minutes from everything. The two bedrooms are very private and have a nice amount of space between them. Can’t recommend this more highly!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

Bryan en Marina hebben een waar groen paradijs gemaakt rondom deze fraaie oude boerderij. Naast Bryan en Marina zijn in het gebouw 2 appartementen opgenomen, benevens een derde appartement dat door anderen verhuurd wordt. De appartementen van Bryan en Marina zijn zeer smaakvol ingericht met een Engelse touch. Wij hebben daar heel veel van genoten. De mooie grote tuin en het terras wordt met elkaar gedeeld, voor het appartement is nog een klein eigen terras. De locatie ligt erg mooi en handig om de vele bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving te bezoeken. Wij vonden Bryan en Marina zeer hartelijk en we hebben veel leuke gesprekken met ze gevoerd. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. Barbara’s place in Florence was our favorite during our trip through Italy. Great location, easy to walk to every place on our itinerary, and a perfect fit for me, my wife, and our two teenage daughters. We highly recommend!

Perfect little quieter part of town, loved being in an older historical building (keep that in mind if that might not be for you, with the quirks of the building) loved the way the place was decorated. the whole airbnb smells gorgeous too! Said hi to the turtles, didn't see the cat! Host is very responsive and was accommodating for our later flight arrival.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Florence. It was exactly as described and better, it’s bigger in real life than the photos show. Very easy to get around, a short walk to all major attractions and an amazing area for restaurants and night life. If noise bothers you the sounds on the street do continue until well after midnight, but it didn’t really bother us. The added touches to the space really made us feel welcome.
